“Benny has been to Rodney’s house twice- once for doggy day care and once for boarding. He had a blast there and had tons of fun romping around with Rodney’s pups. Rodney accommodated a slightly different pickup due to ice and snow, which I greatly appreciated. Rodney also didn’t have a problem wiping off Benny’s paws (he had an allergic reaction to some treats right before he went), and his paws looked better when we picked him up. At other boarding facilities when this has happened (we are constantly fighting his allergies as we learn what he can/can’t eat), he has always come home in worse shape than when we left. Not at Rodney’s house. He received loving care during his stay and it showed! We also got tons of pictures from Benny’s stay. Thanks Rodney!”

About: Starting at the age of 11 up to today I have been trusted to take care, bathe and feed animals in my neighborhood, friends and family. I’m well at observing and giving medication if needed for older pets but also can be playful and help with the puppies/kittens as well! I currently work at an animal hospital which helps in my knowledge of feeding and taking care of pets. I work part time, mainly mornings but I’m willing to work around that if needed. I am available on weekends and holidays to take care of your pets needs. I can usually make something work around my schedule. At my house, there is acres of land and space. About: I do not own a dog personally, however I have had experience caring for dogs. I have dogsitted for as long as I can remember, feeding, walking dogs and genuinely caring for them. I love all dogs alike and at the end of the day I just want to see your dog happy. Services will include -Meet and Greet. -Only one dog at a time guaranteed. -Convenient/flexible drop off and pick up times. -Excercise/walks at least 3-4+ times a day or whatever is preferred by the owner. -Sanitized rooms, vacuumed daily, and house will never be shared with other pets. -Around the clock attention for overnight boarding, I am able to be work from home every day when I have a dog in my care. I work from home in Ellicott city with time dedicated to care for pets. I am pretty flexible and willing to go out of my way for pet care work. I live in a very walkable and safe neighborhood community in Ellicott City. While not gated, it is a closed community and offers numerous paths for dog walkers, including a dog park nearby as well. One of my favorite things to do in college was to walk the dogs at the humane society and we even had an event to walk dogs with other people in greek life on campus! About: I grew up taking care of my own cairn terrier and years of being the go-to dog walker for three dogs in my neighborhood, giving me experience with dogs of all ages, sizes, and breeds. I know how hard it can be to leave your pet, and will make sure to keep them feeling loved and comfortable while you're away!
