“This was my first time using ROVER.and am completely satisfied!! We arrived at our hotel and learned that while it is pet friendly you can’t leave your animal unattended. We had planned two days of motorcycle riding and having him ride in front of me was not an option. In a panic I downloaded Rover from the App Store and found Michele!! The entire family was AMAZING!! About: Hi, I grew up around several different animals of all sizes from rodents/reptiles to livestock/dogs. I have always had at least one dog in my life at all times. The more the merrier. I love all animals big and small. I worked at a kennel where I learned about boarding and training dogs for about a year and I have pet sat for about 15 years in grand total. I currently work at a pet store in Sutter Creek. I love being around dogs and training or even just hanging out and playing. I am a outdoorsy person. I have experience with livestock animals also. Horses, cattle, chickens, Lhamas, mini animals, donkeys. I have references also if you would like them. Our home is completely fenced and sits on 3 acres. We have two friendly german shepherds. I work part time so some days I am gone at work. But our 17 year old daughter is always home. We also go to church Sunday morning so we would be gone for a couple hours but otherwise we are always home. I care for pets in my home as I would my own. I have 3 German Shepherds. 10 months to 7 years old. As for in home pet sitting I would follow whatever routine you have set for your fur babies already so it would be easier on them.

About: I have always been in love with animals, and so from a young age I have always been the one to help a person babysit there fur babies if needed, and what better way to spend time making money, taking care of different amazing animals. It brings me pure joy!:) I am pretty flexible and could do it any day of the week, but I prefer not to do over nights unless you are gone for long periods of time. I always make sure that other peoples pets are comfortable with me, and have everything that they need, and more. One on one time with the animals are also important to me as the bond clicks faster. I will always make sure everyone’s animals are 100% being taken of with only the best care! And loved!!!!

About: With 13 years of experience caring for a diverse range of animals, including dogs, cats, birds, and horses. I also bring 9 years of experience working in a small animal veterinary hospital as a Registered Vet Tech. I am focusing on pet-sitting as my primary occupation at the moment. My daily routine begins with feeding the dogs and horses, followed by a morning walk around the property. Throughout the day, I allow them to play in the yard, giving them the opportunity for exercise and enjoyment. In the afternoon, to facilitate some quiet time, I either give a puzzle toy or a no-hide chew treat, and we conclude the day with dinner and a final walk before bedtime. I offer boarding services in my home on a fully fenced 5-acre property. The space includes a small fenced-in dog yard, as well as a fence around the front area. I have automatic dog bowls outdoors that provide filtered water and are cleaned often. Additionally, I provide multiple dog beds for comfort. At night, I prefer all dogs to sleep in cages, so I have a designated room with cages for that purpose. I also have one bed available outside, with the option to add more beds if needed. All the dogs in my care are friendly and sociable with each other, and I only accept house-trained dogs that are good with other dogs.

“On June 28th, my super pregnant wife and I did maternity photos about 30 minutes away for a few hours and we had the absolute pleasure (and Oso's) of having Abraham and his lovely family look after Oso. This was our 2nd time leaving our energetic pup with him, his family, and 2 dogs. We know Oso always has the best time because we receive updates/pics of what he's up to and he's always smiling from ear to floppy ear. Whether it's playing with his 2 furry friends, going on walks, or shopping at Whole Foods while riding in a shopping cart, my wife and I were grateful that Oso was in the best hands. They watched him for about 6.5 hours and when we picked him up, he looked like he had the best day and was ready to come home and rest up! (Which is a welcome bonus for us). They are very communicative and reliable and make sure they understand your dog’s personality and care needs so they can make it a comfortable and positive stay. We had a meet and greet with their dog Rufus prior to setting up daycare and Bodhi and Rufus play very well together. They always send a Rover card documenting how the day went with photos and potty breaks. They even go above and beyond and give Bodhi mental enrichment with puzzles and healthy treats. “Michelle was great with my dog Oakley! I was so thankful she was able to take him on short notice and accommodate whatever we needed... Her house is on a large property that's fully enclosed and in a beautiful gated community in the hills. Whether you have a big dog that loves to run around and interact with other friendly animals or a small dog that prefers to spend time inside close to people, Michelle's house is an awesome place for pets! My dog has major separation anxiety, but instead of stressing out like he normally does when he knows I'm leaving him, Oakley immediately settled in and started exploring the property with one of her dogs right after we got there! I could tell from Michelle's updates and photos that Oakley was really enjoying his time there and felt comfortable he would be well taken care of if he needed to stay even longer in the future. The location of her house turned out to be really convenient and close to where I was going, but even if I'm further away the next time I'm in town and need a sitter, I know that Michelle will be our first choice for sure!”

About: Kevin and I have both been caring for dogs and many other types of animals for our entire lives and absolutely couldn’t envision our life without several animals. Kevin has grown up around a family dog business - participating in AKC scent trials, agility training, boarding and almost any other type of dog event & training you can imagine. I’ve had cats and dogs my entire lifetime and used to help foster kittens as a child and teenager. We currently have two dogs, several cats, chickens, turkeys and more. Your animals will be in safe and caring hands with us! We both work but set our own schedules and/or work from home so your dog will rarely, if ever, be left alone. Since we have animals of our own, caring for additional pets is not a problem and part of our normal lifestyle. We have a large fenced dog run outside, in home kennel area, along with crates for crate trained dogs. Our property is about 5 acres and fully fenced with front gates so dogs cannot leave the area. We also have a couple large lawns we use for doggy playtime, fetch and training sessions.
