About: My friends and family have relied on me to look after their dogs when they’re at work or out of town. My care consists of lots of love, running around in parks and more. I have experience in taking care of cats, dogs and elders! I’m a full time college student, as well as working for Rover part time. I will have lots of time to love and care for your pets! I am available on weekends for boarding and weekdays after 5pm. I have cared for my giant dog for the past 7 years. I love playing with him in the backyard, taking him out for runs and to the parks, as well as grooming his coat.

About: Hi! I've been in the animal care industry for over 20 years now, starting as an assistant at my local Veterinary clinic in high school. I have an Animal Science degree from UC Davis, and worked at the School of Veterinary Medicine there for over 6 years. I love dogs and have experience with a variety of breeds, sizes, and personalities! I have over five years of experience with training as well, and can provide opportunities for extra activities (walks, runs, trick training for enrichment, etc.) if requested. I’m so excited to help care for your pets when available, providing enrichment, exercise, or more. I am only available two days a week so that I can be sure to provide your pet with the time and dedication they deserve. I have been training dogs professionally for over five years and have experience with dogs of varying temperaments and training levels. I am happy to work with your pet to feel comfortable, and meet them at their training and comfort level.

About: I’ve grown up around dogs & cats my entire life and there is no job I would rather do than hangout with them all day. I pride myself on being attentive to the pets I watch as well as being communicative with the owners. I am currently home from college for the summer so I have nothing but free time. Feel free to turn to me for last minute bookings due to my wide open schedule. I love going on walks as a way to get both your pet’s exercise as well as mine. But most importantly I provide attention, safety, and comfortability for pets.

About: I have been talking care of animals all my life! Have had cats, dogs, chickens, and rabbits! I was apart of FFA in high school taking care of farm animals too! Animals have always been my passion of mine and I love their unique personalities! I currently work part time in a restaurant, but I’m never gone for more that 6 hours, I always have time to play with your pets, to feed them, and to give them all the scratches 🥰 I’ll keep them safe in there environment, make sure they get into nothing that they can get into. I’ve memorized all the food dogs and cat cannot eat! Keeping them safe, healthy, and happy in there environment is my #1 priority! 🥰

About: I worked at a pet store for 7 years and was a certified dog trainer for 4 so I am happy to work with your dog on some commands or potty training if needed! I’m a full time remote worker so I have open availability! My work does not keep me glued to the desk so I’m able to let pets out or give snuggles anytime! My workday finishes around 1-2pm so afternoon walks and naps are always an option! I don’t care for pets in my own home but will always promise to keep them safe and will not hesitate to message with any questions I have. As a former dog trainer, I have extensive knowledge on harnesses so I know how to make sure they don’t slip out during a walk!

About: I've been housesitting since 2010, mainly cats and dogs. Multi-pet houses don't bother me and I'm good at keeping with your fur kids' schedules. I have and RVT license that is current and have been an RVT for over 10 years. I took a break from housesitting to work at animal hospitals, including a 24-hour critical care hospital in the ICU. Medications and medical treatments are no problem for me. I have an open schedule and am comfortable with either staying at your home for your pet's comfort, or I can visit everyday to make sure they are cared for. I adjust to their wants and needs and stick to their schedule. I'm low stress and understand that sometimes pets just need to warm up to you. As for my personal pets, there's four cats with totally different personalities that run the house (I just live there).

About: Kevin and I have both been caring for dogs and many other types of animals for our entire lives and absolutely couldn’t envision our life without several animals. Kevin has grown up around a family dog business - participating in AKC scent trials, agility training, boarding and almost any other type of dog event & training you can imagine. I’ve had cats and dogs my entire lifetime and used to help foster kittens as a child and teenager. We currently have two dogs, several cats, chickens, turkeys and more. Your animals will be in safe and caring hands with us! We both work but set our own schedules and/or work from home so your dog will rarely, if ever, be left alone. Since we have animals of our own, caring for additional pets is not a problem and part of our normal lifestyle. We have a large fenced dog run outside, in home kennel area, along with crates for crate trained dogs. Our property is about 5 acres and fully fenced with front gates so dogs cannot leave the area. We also have a couple large lawns we use for doggy playtime, fetch and training sessions.

I serve all of Amador County. Although I would consider other counties on a case by case basis. I am a retired Health Care Provider with many years of Special Needs Pet Sitting experience and prefer to stay busy on my 3 acres of fenced in property. My pets and the pets that I host enjoy joining me on morning and afternoon walks on trails and playing fetch. I keep a close eye on them when we are outside. Then we all snuggle up on the couch and dog beds after meals while we watch a fun movie together.
