About: I have owned dogs my whole life. My dog now gets walked 1-2 miles almost everyday. I also walk 4 miles about 5 times a week on my own for exercise, so I’m willing to walk short or long distances for your dogs. I have watched my neighbors’ and family members’ dogs multiple times, meaning I have experience with walking up to 4 dogs at a time! I’ve been a stay at home mom for the last 10 years, but I’m a recent empty nester looking to help others with their busy lives. I’m flexible throughout the week to walk dogs and can’t wait to get to know them! I’m Angie, a lifelong animal lover who grew up on a farm up north surrounded by animals of all shapes and sizes dogs, horses, pigs, chickens, rabbits, cows, and even deer! 🐴🐶🐰🐷 Caring for animals has been a natural part of my life for as long as I can remember, and growing up around so many different animals taught me patience, responsibility, and how every animal has their own personality and needs. Over the years, I’ve continued caring for dogs and other pets through house sitting and pet sitting for family, friends, and personal referrals. I recently decided to take that experience beyond my personal circle and join Rover! I’m 20 years old and work a flexible part-time schedule, which gives me plenty of time to provide your pets with attention, playtime, walks, affection, and care. I’m comfortable with energetic pets, senior animals, pets who need medication, and animals with specific routines or special instructions. Drop-Off & Pick-Up 🐾 To make arrivals and departures as smooth as possible, I ask that drop-off and pick-up times are confirmed with me in advance. 🏡 Boarding: Drop-off and pick-up are available between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM. ☀️ Doggy Day Care: Drop-off begins at 8:00 AM, with pick-up by 5:00 PM. I understand that travel plans and schedules can change, so I’m always happy to accommodate different times when possible just communicate with me ahead of time! 🤍 Please keep in mind that boarding stays extending significantly beyond a 24-hour period may include Rover’s extended care rate. Alize was incredible. For starters she is extremely professional, respectful and trustworthy. My dog Tyson is extremely particular with people, but he just LOVED her. The drop in visits were 3x/day for a week, and she was punctual for all of them. She made sure Tyson got his daily exercise by taking him out and playing fetch the ball with him. She even showed up with more food for him because towards the end of the week he was running low on some of his food. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
