“This is the third time I’ve had Judith care for my cats while I was away and she is prompt, caring and plays with my cats who have challenges with health issues. I’m very grateful to her thoroughness and regular updates which allows me to relax while I’m away. I highly recommend her.”

“It’s really not the most attractive behavior in meeting new people…Nor does it help my carpet. Lol Thank you for the help, yes she loves that trail behind the house! She is a good girl. It’s hard she’s hurting!”

About: I've had animals my whole life. They have became a normal part of life! Growing up I always had at least 1 cat and 1 dog (sometimes more!). Now I currently have 4 dogs in my home. 1 GSP, 2 chihuahuas and a French Bulldog. I love all the different personalities they have. I am always the first to volunteer to Pet sit for Family & Friends. I can follow any schedule you have for you pet, or I can simply hang out with them while your gone. I work full-time, but have a lot of flexible time during the day to stop in and care for them. Weekends are always free and I can be with your pet all day/night! I have a fully fenced yard that cannot be dug under. I have a doggy door as well in my garage so they can go inside/out as they please

“Jase was very reliable and always sent great photos of our pups playing and having a good time. The dogs were happy and healthy and we would absolutely trust him again. He visited the house exactly when he said he would and left no dog messes behind. Thank you Jase!!”

“Sierra was amazing! She paid attention to every detail. This is my first time leaving Jasper and Peaches alone and I was worried about them. Sierra was thoughtful and attentive. Playing with them every visit so they were happy, relaxed and content. I plan to book with Sierra exclusively. ✨💫🌟”

“She did great!”

About: Hello all! I grew up on a cattle ranch with all sorts of animals around, all the time. I've raised / fostered / adopted dogs & cats of all sizes and breeds. I moved to Blaine, WA in July 2020 from Orcas Island, WA - and we live 5 minutes from the beach. Beach day, all day! I was certified as a therapy dog trainer in Oregon in 2009 and have carried techniques and skills learned there through my entire adult life. I can offer tips and tricks for training certain behaviors, if that is something you need support in! I can't imagine what life would be like without our fur family and I can ensure your fluffy buddies will be treated as family as well in my care. Have a whole farm? We can chat about a budget that works for you! Even farm owners deserve to take a vacation once in a while! :) Located in Canada? We can make arrangements for border travel, no problem! While currently on a hiatus from fostering, I serve as a behavioral rehab support to multiple rescues that serve Whatcom county. If you have a question on behaviors or something you’re struggling with with your dog - I’m happy to brainstorm and offer options to help! I work from home part time during the week. My weekends are free 100%. I also can bring dogs along in my truck (in the cab) and potty/walk them throughout the day. If we go on an adventure, your fur baby will ride in the back of my car with the climate controlled depending on the weather. They can be transported with or without a crate as well. Our yard is fully fenced with 6 ft no climb wire fencing. The yard is separated into 3 sections, to allow space and time for introductions. No dog is left outside without a human supervising. Crates are available upon request (so you don't have to pack yours up!), and the house can be divided 3 ways to allow for space and time as needed. Wherever your dog is most comfortable is where your dog will sleep (even if it's in our bed or on the couch!). PLEASE NOTE: We have our own pack of SIX (6) dogs (see below). I make sure to allow for proper introductions to any new pet on site. This means that for meet & greets and for pickups/dropoffs, our home may sound a little like a ZOO! And, if you’d like to meet everyone that’s onsite - plan to allow plenty of time for the interaction (and let me know ahead of time so I can plan my time as well!) I can assure you that we maintain safety above all else & are happy to accommodate preferred practices for your canine.

About: I have had dogs my entire life. Fun fact: my first word was doggie. I’ve dealt with all kinds of breeds: Keeshond, pug, chihuahua, jack russell, lab, Australian shepherd, you name it! I SO enjoy dogs, and treat them (perhaps) better than family at times. I firmly believe that dogs are a humans best friend and just want to share my love of them by helping people care for them. I had a pug for many years and towards the end of her life, I bought her a wheelchair and a doggie stroller so she could still enjoy the outdoors with myself and my other (now senior) dog. I moved to Birch Bay in February and was commuting to work in Canada up until the end of June. Since then, I have been looking for work and secured a few house cleaning and Airbnb cleaning jobs for the time being. That being said, I am local and available almost all the time now. I take my own dog out about 5-6 times a day and have been assisting my neighbours dogs (2 golden retrievers) while they’ve been away on shorter trips. While I do live in a condo with stairs, there are several grassed areas in my complex where dogs can relieve themselves. We even have dog bag stations throughout the complex and many owners and renters have dogs here, I can name all of them in my building. My dog goes where I go. She’s allowed on the couch, she’s allowed on my bed. My house is her house as well.

About: I have experience working as a dog walker for a professional dog walking company in Vancouver, BC where I had the pleasure of walking and training a wide variety of dogs using safe handling methods and positive reinforcement. I am confident walking dogs with a range of behavioral challenges: leash pulling, reactivity, high prey drive, and anxiety. Through my work experience and basic training in obedience and agility with dogs of my own, I bring a calm, confident, and patient approach to caring for dogs. I am certified in pet first aid (Dogsafe) and have been a dog owner since childhood with experience raising dogs from puppyhood through to their golden years where administering medication and assisting with mobility issues are often required. Currently, we have a 12 year old Sheltie named Coco who is finally starting to slow down after years of running the show on our small farm east of Blaine. I look forward to hearing from you and chatting about your pet care needs! Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. My schedule is currently open to dog walking during the day M-F, and drop-in visits 7 days a week. I volunteer at the Whatcom Humane Society a few hours a week, but otherwise my schedule is open for private pet care. The safety of your pets is top of mind for me. Dogs will be leashed at all times on walks and we will avoid meet and greets to minimize the chance of unpleasant interactions with other dogs.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind since I was 10. Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed and bathe their pets. I’m currently working part time, so I’ll have plenty of time to play with your pups! I’m available for boarding on weekends and weekdays after 9am. We have a big fenced yard where your pup can freely safely play, water front home, and a one sweet and very friendly dog to keep your pup company.

About: I was born and raised with several different breeds and sizes of dogs! I spent the last 15 years being a dog mom to 2 amazing beagles. I have experience with medication administration, geriatric, and puppy care. I am a nurse by trade and will provide the same care and compassion to your pet as I do my patients. New to the area and currently at home during the days. Happy to host your pet in our home for boarding and daycare. Available for drop in and dog walks as needed! We live in a safe neighborhood with plenty of walking paths nearby. Ranch style home with some green space allowing for plenty of sniffs and potty breaks!

About: I have taken care of pets since I was a kid. My partner and I have 2 young, high energy dogs as well as 3 cats. Gus is a 2 year old Golden Retriever and Pennie is a 3.5 year old English Shepherd. Cats are ages 10, 6, and 5. I am not a dog trainer, but I have attended training classes at Tails-a-waggin as an owner with my 2 dogs and I am comfortable using positive reinforcement techniques with dogs. I work remotely out of Ferndale. I have the ability to work from your home or I can stop by on my breaks (timing can be flexible). I have an hour lunch break so plenty of time for a walk or potty break if you live near by. I will be very diligent about the safety of your pets. I have a lot of experience making sure pets are contained in their home or yard. I do not allow on leash greetings with other pets or people when on a walk for your pets safety. I have reliable transportation just in case a pet may need to be transported to the vet.

About: I’ve lived with dogs my entire life. Being in the army I also get called to take care of others pets when they are out of town. Once I am scheduled with a pet owner they assume priority after I get off work M-F at the latest 5PM and I get weekends off I get a full understanding of the owner’s expectations with me and there pet in there home when they are out of town. I try to make constant communication with the owner too.

About: I currently live with 5 dogs with ages ranging from 1-8years old. I have always had a dog growing up and I love them so much! I love hanging out with dogs and cats! I have a week off every month from my job and would enjoy filling that time with pets. Thanks for meeting me! I have a lot of property and it is all fenced in. I have 5 dogs that love other dogs and would be happy to keep your dogs company.

“Our two cats were happy and healthy when we returned from our trip. Allison took excellent care of them. I highly recommend Allison if you need top quality pet sitting.”

Brianna R.Star Sitter
“Brianna has been the biggest help and influence I have received since I adopted my puppy. She is well versed in pet training and care, and will go above and beyond for your fur-baby! She is excellent at giving your pet the attention it needs while also keeping you up-to-date with all of the activities that they are doing!”

Charissa H.
“Charissa has cared for our dog several times. She loves animals, spends time playing and walking our dog when in her care. We were away on a long trip overseas and received regular updates and photos while away. She even looked after our dog when she was still being trained and that takes dedication to consistently take the dog out. We will continue to book Charissa to dog-sit!”

Amanda S.
“Omg Amanda and her husband Josh SAVED us. I'm not exaggerating. We were overseas (in Asia) on an extended trip to visit family in the hospital when our regular sitter messaged us that our two pups were having health (GI-related) issues and that she was unable to care for them. In addition to this stress, the time difference and both my husband and I got Noro/food poisoning, to say we were stressed is a HUGE understatement. We contacted Amanda and arranged for the handoff. Unfortunately, our sitter was unable to make the dropoff, so Amanda picked them up!! We were mortified that she had to go out of her way to do that, but she put us at ease. Almost immediately under her care, the pups' GI issues settled (possibly stress related?). Not only did Amanda follow all our instructions (the pups are on a limited ingredient diet due to allergies and other health issues), she took them on daily pack walks with their resident sheltie, Koko. She gave us daily updates without us asking, which put us at ease. We were nervous about our 3 lb pomeranian Keelah adjusting to someone she hasn't gotten to know very well yet (she's a rescue from a hoarding situation, VERY cautious and flighty, nips when afraid) - we liken her to a feral cat. But Amanda did SO WELL with her and we could see in the photos, Kiki became more at ease with each day that passed. Amanda is such a great balance of honoring our preferences around their feeding protocol, as well as making sure SHE had enough information to make informed decisions on our behalf in case they had flareups again. The pups returned to us happier, CALMER (can they live with you forever?!) and less anxious. They live on a gorgeous farm property so there's plenty of room for the pups to explore. My husband and I wanted to cry tears of relief when they were under her care - she seriously removed all our stress. IF you're looking for a sitter who's empathetic, detail-oriented, and truly cares about your animals, look no further. We would seriously drive an hour one way to use her services again!”

“There is not a person I would trust more to take care of my fur babies than Jordan. She loves and cares for them like they are her own children and goes above and beyond to make sure their needs are met. I have had Jordan take care of all of our dogs over the 14+ years I have known her and every single one of them has loved her. We even had one fur baby that knew her as “Auntie Jordan” and would get so excited at the mention of her name. So rest assured that your dog will be in the most caring hands and safe, loving environment if they are lucky enough to hang out with Jordan!”
