“Natalie was amazing! I felt so safe leaving my two kitties in her hands. She gave me through updates and pictures every day, including how they were eating and general activity levels. I could tell my cats really enjoyed having her there. She also went above and beyond cleaning my place before she left! Safe to say I’ll be booking with Natalie again ☺️”

“Natalie did amazing with my little guy! He can be a handful since he is still a puppy and his breed has a lot of energy. She was so attentive, great about asking questions, and put me at ease the entire time I was gone. I will definitely be using her for future trips.”

“We were nervous leaving our baby with someone, which is likely a common theme. Melinda was very sweet to Penelope and took her on walks even though we told her she didn’t have to. Plenty of pictures were received to put us at ease, and she was very communicative. I would recommend Melinda to anyone!”

“Another amazing visit with Holly! Our 2 cats and 1 senior dog adore her, and Holly’s attentiveness and care allows us to leave town and not worry about our fur babies one bit. Thank you, Holly!”

“Olivia was so wonderful with our three girls. We have some special needs with some of them, and she was attentive, communicative and followed up. We also loved getting the pictures of them while we were away. I will be sure to book her again! Thank you, Olivia, for taking great care of our babies!”

“Elizabeth is beyond the best sitter for my cat “Timber” my fiance and I just moved here and travel a lot for work. We have already booked Liz 3 times first for stop by visits as our fur baby needs special attention for his nose and sinus issues and twice for staying at our place. She is practically family now as our cat loves her visits (even sleeps by her head for stay in visits). Very trustworthy as she sends photos and keeps us in the loop on everything with updates and if she notices something out of the ordinary she lets us know. She is the BEST! I wouldn’t pick anyone else to take care of our lil dude but her. Thank you sooooo much.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Jacob! He was kind and professional and gave my pup the best care I could have asked for. By far the most detailed and frequent reports of any caregiver I’ve worked with. The messages and photos kept me informed and confident my fur baby was in great hands. He administered fresh food and oral medicine with ease. Book with Jacob will not be disappointed!”

“It is never easy leaving your pets when you have to go out of town, but Lila made it so much easier. She checked in with us often, sending cute pictures and videos. She was incredibly respectful of our home. Our animals loved being with Lila and we can’t wait to book with her again!”

“Katherine did an amazing job with my pup Blue. She was very prompt and incredibly responsive sending updates all throughout the stay. She also went above and beyond by coming back to check in on her when we ran into some unexpected travel delays. Will use again and highly recommend!”

“Sabrina was very professional and made me feel really good about leaving my senior kitty for the weekend. She sent daily pictures and videos and my house was in better condition than when I left. Feeling lucky to have her sitting for us again in a couple of weeks!”

“I’m so glad I found Anna! She was extremely professional and responsive and took great care of my pets, including administering insulin injections for my dog twice a day. I felt completely confident in her care of my fur babies.”

“What an amazing caregiver and house sitter. Nikki loved on my pups every day all while reinforcing my house rules with them. I came home to a clean house and happy boys. They wanted to follow her home! Her training tips were spot on. Thank you! The boys and I can’t wait to see you again!”

“My husband and I cannot thank Morgan enough, so I will try to capture it in this review. Morgan was very responsive when I set a date and time we needed her. She asked to set up a meet & greet. My dogs were super excited, and she was straightforward to talk to; flexible with how to work things out for the stay. During her stay, she provided updates but was not overwhelmed with so many photos. Just enough to let me know the dogs are alive, and she hasn't pulled her hair out on them. We are confident that we'd like Morgan to dogsit for us again in the future!”

“Sharon stayed with my big Golden Retriever at my house and she’s the bed dog sitter. My dog is dog reactive and she took great care of him and also of our house. Sharon is trustworthy, amazing at communicating with me, sent me cute pictures of Charlie, took him for walks and she’s very responsible. I’d recommend her to anyone that needs an awesome sitter.”

About: I have cared for dogs and cats my entire life. My pets are my family. Zoe is my 4 year old German Shepherd mix who is sweet, loves to meet new people and new dogs and she loves long walks. Melvin is my 7 year old tabby cat who is happiest curled up in my lap. I am currently taking a break from my career in the medical field which means my schedule is very open. I am available for dog walking/house drop-ins/house sitting/cat sitting. I prefer to care for your pet in your home. I can follow the routine you have for your pet and make sure they are happy and get lots of love and attention.
Curtis Park pet parents share their Rover experiences
Isabella was great in every way. Easy and enjoyable to communicate with, responsible, and really wonderful with my cats, one of which has special needs, and the other that is very, very shy. She was able to give the special needs cat her meds--which I was worried wouldn't be possible for anyone but me--and she even managed to get the shy one out for a little playtime. She sent me lots of updates along the way and left the house looking spotless. I am grateful to have found her!
Holly has pet sit for us on several occasions now. She’s always so communicative and attentive, and our pets love her! We can always leave town with full confidence that our pets are so loved and cared for when Holly is around— she’s so patient and thorough with our elderly dog and all of his supplements in particular. Thank you, Holly!

My large dog Annie can be a handful with reactivity. I get house sitters instead of boarding because of her anxiety level. Aspen handled it all skillfully, with patience and care. My apartment setup is challenging for taking out a reactive dog but it didn't seem to be a problem for her. She treated my space with respect and followed my (detailed) directions for dog routine well. Annie is also able to settle around her, which is important to me. She kept me informed when Annie seemed anxious during her stay. I would absolutely recommend Aspen for house/dog sitting.

I highly recommend Anthony! He was very responsive while taking care of my dog and sends lots of pictures. I have a high energy German shepherd that requires allot of exercise and I felt at ease knowing that Anthony was providing everything my dog needs while I am away! Anthony has stayed overnight in my house a few times now and he is trustworthy and respectful.

Abreena gave our big dogs so much love and attention while we were gone and had no trouble walking a big German shepherd and husky mix at the same time. We can tell they were happy and our house was tidy just as we left it. We appreciate Abreena's communication and photos so much! We will be using her for our next trip too!

Briana is so great! This was our first experience with a house sitter, and after so many horror stories, we felt so grateful for Briana. She was so accommodating, clean, and provided so many updates - which was so appreciated given we are anxious pup parents 🥹. We're seeing her again soon and already feel at ease! Thank you again Briana!

Jacob is easily the best petsitter in Sacramento. On this trip, my dog had a stomach ache, and my flight got delayed, and Jacob graciously and diligently helped navigate these challenges. That included waking up before the sun to take my pup out for more potty breaks and accommodating a drop-in after our housesit period had ended.

Karin did an amazing job caring for my one year old Great Dane puppy for almost three days. She ran with her, tried biking with her and just plain wore her out! Not only did she care for Abbey but she kept an eye on watering the yard, even bringing me some succulents to add to my yard from her yard! She did some major re-organizing in my kitchen! I felt completely at ease when gone! She did way more than expected and I will definitely use her again!!

Camilla did a great job watching our three dogs and home while we were out on vacation. She was super responsive and spent lots of time with the dogs, making sure they got walks and cuddles! The day after she left, one of my dogs went looking for her in our guest room, which tells me all I need to know! They were well cared for while we were away. Also the house looked exactly the way we left it, so thank you Camilla for taking care of our home and pups!
