About: While I do not have professional dog care experience, I was placed in charge of caring for my old boss's dogs (Black Lab and Great Dane), one of which I helped raise from a puppy. I have learned how to crate train, as well. I have also cared for family and friends' dogs, including overnight stays and administering medicines. I am primarily available in the early morning or late afternoon - evening. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays would be the best days to schedule with me! I make sure that my cats get enough attention, and have plenty of toys to occupy them. I am also working on crate training my cat so she'll stop clawing up our furniture. My cats are fed daily with occasional treats if they've been behaving. their litter boxes are cleaned daily, as well. When I care for a client's pets, I will take care of them in the way that their owner would care for them, but with a touch of how I would, as well.

“Margaret was easy to communicate with and very friendly. She stayed at the house and when we got home we could barely tell someone was there. And most importantly Maisy our dog was in great spirits when we came home! Will definitely hire Margaret again!”

About: I have grown up with dogs of all sizes, small, medium, and large. I have also dealt with several different breeds. I grew up very interested in learning about different dog breeds, and I love all of them. I enjoy being active, so you can count on playtime, unless they are couch potatoes, then I respect that. I worked at a dog grooming salon for a couple of months as a dog bather/grooming assistant and loved every second of it. It enhanced my knowledge on dogs and taught me the importance of introducing myself to a dog slowly with patience. I will make sure I do my best to make your dog comfortable and you comfortable with me around your dog. I am currently working part-time, but will have plenty of time to take care of your pets. My schedule is flexible, so I will have plenty of time to care for your pets. I am a college student so I am only working from May to mid-August then December-January. I will ensure that I have eyes on the pet at all times in the client's home so they do not risk getting into something that can damage the client's home or be a health risk for the dog. My current dog was a chaotic puppy, so I have learned the importance of ensuring I can always see the dog. If there are any restricted areas in the house by the owner, I will make sure the dog and I do not step foot in that area.

“I highly recommend Maddie. She watched my cats Julius and Junior for a week doing frequent drop ins through out the day. She send me pictures and kept open communication through out the week. I appreciated that!. She went above and beyond with their care, from basic needs cleaning little box, feeding twice a day, to wiping their eyes due to flat faces, play time and cuddles on the couch. I felt at ease the entire trip knowing my fur babies got exceptional care. She was professional, showed up as promised daily on time, locked doors and left everything in place as was. I will 100% be reaching back out for future trips to Maddie.”

“Perfect dog sitter! I have four dogs with varying personalities and she handled it like a champ. My dogs loved her! They also destroy my house usually but it was clean when we got home! She also sent pictures occasionally which I loved. Will definitely be booking again.”

I am knowledgeable on how to administer medication as well as insulin shots. I am able to take care of any kinds of pet do matter what their needs may be. I just came home from Indiana University for summer break and do not yet have a full time job, therefore I am very available. I am almost always free during week days, as well as most weekends.
