About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was about 12 years old and moved in with my dad. He had two red nose pitbulls who I loved and adored. I would play for hours and pet for hours. I would be the one responsible for their walking, feeding, and hygiene (baths, nail cutting, ear cleaning) and I genuinely enjoyed it. My grandparents had a Pomeranian for some years prior, and I would every weekend ask to go and see the dog. I loved him and he loved me, he would jump so high every time I walked through the door! I taught him how to do “paw”, roll over, and many more tricks. When I reached a driving age, my grandparents asked me if I would care for him while they were out of town, which was often. I would either stop in 4x a day for potty breaks and food checks or pick him up and bring him for a car ride and long walks(weather permitting) with a nice treat after. I currently work full time, and am available to care for your pet(s) Fridays after 6pm-Sunday night, perfect for pet parents who planned a weekend getaway! I will treat your pet as if they were my own. I talk to them, I give them endless lovin’. I am very observant and take note of what they do/do not like, to avoid upsetting them. Even things like if they were needing to be brushed, have their eyes/ears wiped, I will do it without issue because I would do the same if it were my pet.

About: Hi! My name is Kimmy. I live with my boyfriend and our dog Kahuna. I am very excited to have the opportunity to get to know you and your fur baby! I love all animals in every shape and size. I have always had cats and dogs since I was very young. I have never not had a pet in my home, it just feels empty without them. I have also worked teaching about exotic animals like snakes, lizards and chinchillas! I have assisted in the birth of and care of 5 separate litters of puppies and kittens. I have assisted in end of life care for senior pets with varying medical conditions. I train my dogs with basic commands like sit and stay. I work on recall training with them and mostly walk them off leash, especially when we go hiking. My favorite dog breed is Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. I have one dog and his name is Kahuna. He is very mild mannered and loves his snacks. We bring him everywhere with us and I would love to have him tag along on walks with your pup too! I look forward to connecting! Every morning I take my dog out to go to the bathroom in his favorite spots, then we come inside for breakfast. Throughout the day we periodically take him out and go for a short walk. We go for a daily long walk, and go for hikes on the weekends. If we go out to the store our pup always comes along with us! We give him dinner in the evenings and always supplement with treats throughout the day! We have a neutral crate in our home to allow for a safe space for your pup to feel comfortable if they need. I give our dog his own blankets and pillows he likes to sleep on, on our bed and on the couch. He is welcome anywhere in our home. He has his own designated eating station with a water fountain to keep his water fresh. I give him a bath every 3 weeks accompanied with a blow dry. I brush him, moisturize his paws, and brush his teeth everyday. I clean his ears and trim his paws once a month. Whenever we come inside from a walk I wipe his paws with designated doggie paw wipes to keep him, and our home clean. I am very aware of dog safety practices including appropriate leash handling, body language, food safety, proper crating, car safety, and general health practices such as CPR and First Aid.

If your dog is a swimmer there is a pool that is dog friendly. They dog spend the dog running play and just being a dog. When night time comes they can curl up on a dog bed, couch or I will also share my bed with many dogs. **Special rules or requests** I ask that the dogs be dropped off before 5:00 pm. I can not take aggressive dog to other dogs or humans due to the animals and people that come into my home. Have been working with puppies recently on potty training and socializing.

About: Full time paramedic, taking online classes and looking for other ways to pay for those classes. I have plenty experience with animals and am very flexible, I’ve taken care of dogs from 7 months-end of age. I have worked alongside dog trainers and can fulfill special requests from the owner if needed. Specific training may be subject to price increase. I can house sit, host, day visit, or just walk. I can house sit/visit cats, but unable to host them. I can handle multiple pets simultaneously if needed; other experience includes terrarium based pets, hamsters, and birds. Availability can vary, my current days for any service is Tuesday-Thursday( all hours) and varying Sundays(all hours). I currently live in a house with a well kept yard and no pets.
