About: Hi, I’m Arieh — a lifelong animal lover and your pet’s next favorite human! With a background as a strength & conditioning coach, I’m fully equipped to handle dogs of all sizes — from tiny terriers to giant breeds with serious pull-power. But my real strength? Loving care. I grew up surrounded by pets — dogs, ferrets, goats, birds, fish — and I bring years of hands-on experience to every animal I meet. I’m especially experienced with senior pets, puppies, and pets facing health challenges, including giving medications and providing extra patience and TLC. Plus, as an amateur photographer, I’ll keep you updated with adorable, high-quality photos — because you shouldn’t have to miss a single happy tail wag or goofy smile while you’re away. Your pet’s comfort, happiness, and safety are my top priorities. I can’t wait to meet your furry (or feathered!) family member! Pet care fits beautifully into my daily life! I run my own e-commerce business and work remotely, which means I set my own schedule and have the flexibility to adjust my days around pet care — including accommodating last-minute bookings. I’m currently single and love staying active, so taking pets on walks or spending time with them throughout the day feels like a natural, joyful part of my routine. Whether it’s a quick potty break, a long walk, or some quality cuddle time, I’m happy to make sure your pet’s needs are met with love and attention. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities. When I care for pets in your home, I do everything I can to maintain their normal routine — from feeding schedules to walk times, play, and rest — so they feel secure and at ease while you’re away. I’m respectful of your space, tidy, and always leave things as I found them (or better!). I pay close attention to each pet’s unique needs, whether that means giving medication, monitoring energy levels, or offering extra patience and affection for senior pets or puppies. You can expect regular updates and photos from me, so you never have to wonder how your furry family member is doing.

“Jen is so sweet! She’s reliable, punctual, caring, and passionate about caring for fur babies. Our dogs love her and are always excited to see her. We will recommend her to anyone!”

About: From furry to feathered, I've been surrounded by animals my entire life, nurturing a deep understanding and unwavering passion for their well-being. Growing up with cats, dogs, birds, hamsters, fish, and rabbits has instilled in me a lifelong commitment to providing exceptional care for all creatures, great and small. This isn't just a job for me; it's a continuation of a lifelong dedication. What truly sets me apart is my experience with special needs animals. My own beloved dog, Charli, battled a severe form of epilepsy, requiring meticulous management through specialized diets, precise medication administration (oral and nasal), diapering and attentive seizure care, including mobility assistance with a supportive sling. This personal journey has equipped me with invaluable skills and a profound empathy for animals facing health challenges. I also have experience administering oral medication to rabbits, syringe feeding, and even IV hydration. Beyond my personal experience, I actively volunteer at SNARR, a special needs rescue in Brewster, where I walk and socialize dogs of all breeds and temperaments. I'm also currently pursuing my dog training certification, further enhancing my ability to understand and address canine behavior. Animals have always been an integral part of my life, and their well-being is my utmost priority. When you entrust your pet to my care, you can rest assured they will be treated with the same love, attention, and dedication I would give my own. Animal care and welfare is my full time job, so I can easily adapt to your pet's unique needs and provide personalized care. I am Pet CPR and First Aid Certified. When pets stay with me, they become part of our family! My home offers a comfortable and safe environment, with a large, partially fenced yard (full fencing is in progress!) where they can enjoy supervised playtime. Inside, I have cozy beds and ample space for crating if needed. I understand that every pet is unique, so I'll tailor my schedule to perfectly match your pet's exercise, feeding, and medication needs. We're fortunate to live in an area with plenty of beautiful walking and hiking trails, perfect for exploring with energetic pups. My two children, ages 8 and 11, are animal lovers who understand the importance of respecting individual needs and temperaments. They're also fantastic playmates for dogs who enjoy a good romp! Finally, we have a house rabbit who will always be kept separate from any visiting animals, ensuring everyone's safety and comfort.

About: Hello Pet Parents! I'm available for pet sitting, dog walking, and house/plant sitting on a one-time or recurring basis; I am available for boarding only if your pets are dog-friendly & potty trained. Certified by the American Red Cross in Pet First Aid for cats + dogs, fully insured by PCI, and experienced with my own 3-legged 11yo rescue dog's medical needs, I am prepared for any emergency situation life may throw our way. I always travel with a first aid kit for pets (and humans too). I have no problem carefully administering food and medicine (including insulin injections) alongside other care for senior and special needs animals. I am local to Cross River (where I was raised) and can travel up to 12 miles from 10518. I can do overnight stays but cannot be present in the home 24/7, as I have my own dog to feed and walk as well. I only host pets in my own home if they are dog-friendly and potty trained. I will always make sure to leave the home leashed (unless going into fenced in area) and ensure your pet gets back home safely & happily.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of different sizes since I was a kid. I am very active and playful with pets. I am responsible and inquisitive about your pets specific needs. I am currently on the job hunt so I have more freedom to spend time with pets. I’ll take your pet(s) out frequently and spend time playing! I have an apartment in NYC and a family home in Connecticut if your pets are staying with me. But I prefer to pet sit at the clients home so the pet(s) keep their routine.

About: As a lifelong pet owner with hands-on experience in rehabilitating rescue animals, I bring a unique level of care and understanding to pet sitting that goes beyond the basic needs. My commitment to animal well-being has been a lifelong passion, enriched by years of nurturing animals and helping them thrive. With over two acres of open space, I can provide pets with a safe and stimulating environment where they can explore, exercise, and feel at home. This personalized approach, combined with my experience, ensures that each pet receives the highest level of care, attention, and compassion. As a full time parent to two sweet and caring boys, my priorities and work are centered within the home, a beautiful 2.5 acre property in northern westchester. Once your pets arrive at my home they are immediately treated as part of our family, that prioritizes love, empathy and care. Completely customizable to your needs, my services provide your pets with whatever is necessary for them to thrive.

“Jennifer was on time and my dogs loved her! She's definitely a dog person, very organized, listened well, and took notes. It was clear to see that she was very comfortable with 2 big active labs. Would definitely book again with her!”

About: I grew up in a dog-centric household, however I have taken care of my own dogs for the past 19 years. For the last 8 years, I've had the opportunity to foster dogs through different organizations, as well. It has been an extremely rewarding and educational experience with regards to learning about a multitude of different dogs and how best to deal with different dog personalities and what their mannerisms indicate. The foster dogs that I cared for ranged from puppies to senior dogs and included numerous different breeds. I've had dogs that were incredibly easy, as well as ones that were particularly difficult and high maintenance. These experiences have made me open to taking care of all types of dogs; I'm happy to help administer medicine, eye drops, insulin injections, etc. I've experienced it all! My schedule is flexible because I'm currently based from my home. This basically means that I'm available to provide care in whatever capacity needed beginning from late morning until the evening and any day that's necessary. I have two dogs of my own and my day heavily incorporates them into it. I made a concerted effort to do the same thing whenever I took care of foster dogs. Whenever a dog is my responsibility I make a point of giving them the care and attention that they require. I'm available to walk any pup beginning from late morning into the evening, including multiple times a day. I currently live in a house with 3 acres and a huge back yard with forest surrounding it, so it is not fenced. However, I'm more than happy to walk your dog if there's a fear that they will run into the forest. If there is a situation where your pup gets along with mine then it would be fine for them to hang out with us during the day if that's preferred for some company. Otherwise, we are able to separate my dogs and keep them upstairs while I care for your pup downstairs. I'm also open to dog-sitting for anyone going on vacation! Our house is set up to accommodate dogs visiting and staying due to my previous fostering, which is how I came to have my two current dogs. Also, I'm a firm believer in positive reinforcement to teach dogs acceptable behavior and manners, so no punishments that may traumatize or hurt the pup!

About: since i was little, i have held a special place in my heart for every animal. i have had my own for 6 years, and have been sitting for around 2. i love playing with/interacting with them no matter what size, and i promise to give them the best care. if you’d like to know more please reach out! i do not look at pet care as a job, i look at it as a passion. i will work any day of the week, i love taking of animals and taking them on walks or playing in the backyard, like i do with my own. If i am in a clients home, i will firstly make sure there is no food the pet can have access to. i will make sure their water bowl is full, and their food if they are not on a schedule. if they have a gated backyard, i always make sure it is properly closed. for the pets themselves, i believe boundaries are very important. i will let them smell me and take their time adjusting to me, and then i will start getting closer and petting them and playing with them.

“Arieh is an absolute rockstar of a pet sitter! He took care of my 80-lb golden retriever, Scout, as if she were his own—balancing her boundless energy with expert, coach-approved play circuits and twice-daily “sniffari” adventures that left her content and tuckered out. He was always punctual, super communicative, and sent the most adorable, high-quality photo updates (my phone’s full of them!). When Scout needed her pain meds for an old hip injury, Arieh administered them with calm confidence and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Dew G.Star Sitter
“Dew cared for my 5 ducks over the Christmas holiday for over a week, which involved feeding and moving the ducks between their locked coop in the morning and evening to their outdoor pen during the day. While I was gone, several states away, there was an issue with our water supply for the ducks for a day, and Dew was resourceful in making sure the ducks were watered. Due to low temperatures in the morning, the water could turn to ice overnight and needed to be melted - usually this could be done with water from my house, but there was emergency water work being done in my neighborhood while I was gone. We kept in good communication, and Dew brought hot water to our house to make sure the ducks could get water for the day. I appreciate that she went above and beyond!”

Jennifer T.

Emily I.
“My family and I went camping over the weekend and needed someone to take care of our cat, Mush. Since he’s very clingy he requires constant attention so we asked Emily if she could come over give him food and then stay an hour or so to keep him company. She did an amazing job taking care of Mush and making him feel loved while we were away.”
