About: I own my own dog, who is well trained, along with caring for neighbors dogs, and training. I have puppy sat at my own home for multiple nights. In my free time I watch a lot of dog training videos and love to do animal research. I enjoy cats while I do have limited experience. I am a full time college student however, I have my evenings free on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and weekends work great for me as well. I love dog training and I am extremely passionate about animal research, so I love to learn more. I am detail oriented, I have a dog of my own, and I actively pet sit. I am really good with communication, and respond frequently and in a timely manner, and I am relatively flexible with timing if need be.

About: I know firsthand how stressful it can be to leave your pets with someone new. I’ve lived all across the country, and every time we moved, one of my biggest worries was finding someone I truly trusted with my dogs. That experience is a big part of why I want to provide the same kind of care and reassurance I’ve always looked for in a sitter. Animals have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. I have three dogs and two cats of my own, including a rescue pup so I totally get having a dog with some special quirks. I also spend time taking dogs from Louisville Metro Animal Services (LMAS) out on field trips, giving them a chance to get out of the shelter, explore, play, and get some much-deserved one-on-one attention. I have a soft spot for the pets who need a little extra patience. One of my dogs is extremely anxious and terrified of thunderstorms, so I understand that not every dog immediately warms up to a new person — and that’s okay! I’m happy to take things at their pace and learn what makes them feel comfortable and safe. I’m comfortable caring for dogs of all sizes, as well as cats, and I’m comfortable administering medications and following detailed care routines. My experiences as a pediatric ICU nurse has taught me to be attentive to small changes, stay clam under pressure, follow detailed care instructions, and understand just how important it is to have someone you can trust caring for a member of your family. My dogs can be pretty anxious, so leaving them with a stranger has never been easy for me. I’m the pet parent who wants lots of updates and probably way too many pictures while I’m gone! When your pets are with me, expect plenty of photos and updates. I know how reassuring it is to see your dog happily lounging on the couch, enjoying their walk, or just being their goofy self while you’re away. I want you to enjoy your time away without wondering how things are going back home. Most importantly, I genuinely love spending time with animals. Whether your dog wants long walks, someone to throw their toy 100 times, or spend the evening curled up next to me, I’m happy to meet them where they are. I want you to be able to leave home knowing your pets are with someone who understands how much they mean to you - because I know exactly how that feels. I work full-time, but I have a flexible schedule that still leaves plenty of room for pet care! I work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays, which gives me even more flexibility for drop-ins, walks, and spending some extra time with your pets on those days. I’m also an early riser, so morning visits are no problem for me — I’m happy to start my day with a walk, breakfast, litter box cleanup, or some quality time with your pet before heading to work. I know how important reliable scheduling is when someone is depending on you to care for their pets, so I’ll keep my Rover calendar updated to clearly reflect my availability. If I accept a booking, you can feel confident that I’ve made sure I have the time to give your pet the attention and care they deserve — along with plenty of photo updates along the way! Your pet’s safety and your trust are my top priorities. I’ll always follow your care instructions closely and respect your home as if it were my own. Before walks, I’ll make sure collars, harnesses, and leashes are secure, and I’ll never let a dog off leash unless specifically instructed in a safe, designated area. During drop-ins, I’ll be mindful of doors, gates, medications, food, and anything else that could pose a safety risk. I’ll also pay attention to your pet’s behavior and never force interaction if they seem nervous or uncomfortable. As a pediatric ICU nurse, safety, attention to detail, and noticing when something seems “off” are second nature to me. I’ll keep you updated during each visit and communicate right away if I notice anything concerning. My goal is for you to feel completely comfortable knowing both your pet and your home are being treated with care and respect while you’re away.

About: Hi! I have been taking care of animals for as long as I can remember, and animals have always been one of my biggest passions. I currently have two rescue dogs and a rescue kitten, so I am constantly surrounded by animals and am very familiar with the care, attention, and love they require. My dogs are apartment dogs with a small yard, so we average about 5–6 walks a day. Walking, playing with, and loving on animals are genuinely some of my favorite things to do. My mission is to provide the best care possible for your pet while also making sure they feel comfortable, safe, and loved while you’re away. I have plenty of experience caring for puppies, kittens, elderly dogs and cats, administering medications, animal hygiene, and more. I am comfortable around animals of any size, color, or breed, and I understand that every pet has their own personality and needs. When I come to walk, play with, visit, or take care of your animals, I will dedicate my time to making sure they are happy, comfortable, and well cared for. I love being able to spend my time doing something I genuinely enjoy while giving other people peace of mind knowing their pets are being cared for. A little about my own pets: I have my Pittie, Bandit, who is 6 years old and a rescue. I also have Koda, my 3 month old Pitbull/German Shepherd mix who is also a rescue. I am a full-time online student at ASU, which means I am home most of the time and have very open availability. I am also very flexible and can often accept last-minute bookings I have a fenced in yard and two very friendly dogs! I also walk my dogs very frequently and don’t mind to add more to our walks. I have a large 2 bedroom apartment with plenty of space and beds for playing, sleeping, and zoomies!

About: Had pets of my own and helped pet-sit for others since I was in middle school. I’ve always had a huge spot in my heart for all sorts of animals. I would say I’m good at walking bigger dogs due to daily strength training and owning a large dog of my own. I make my own schedule for my sales job, therefore I can work things out to be able to take proper care of your fur baby! I have a dog and cat at my apartment, and both are friendly with other animals. Can easily crate my animals or yours depending on your wants. Can either come to your place or bring your pets to mine. However, I don’t have a fenced in yard and have to walk fur babies on a leash if coming to my place.

I try my best to give my animals lots of mental stimulations, either a puzzle to work with or a fun catch game to play, there's never a boring day in their life. Our dogs and boarding dogs will be out for their walk ( unless extreme weather prohibits the walk) 1-2 times a day. In my home, there is a fenced backyard, where the dog could play. I have a room dedicated for dog, and a backup room dedicated for dog training. I have all emergency vet number on speed dial, I also know how to perform CPR/ First aid for pets if accident happens, I'm getting my official pet CPR license right now.

I usually am available from around 8 AM to 9 PM and can likely accommodate your schedule. I am currently only accepting nearby requests for quick visits, with more flexibility for overnight stays. I do not offer boarding or daycare, so when your pet and I are hanging out it while be in & around your home. Any rules or preferences that you have will be followed and respected as if it were my space.

About: I’ve dog sat and house sat for friends before and they have trusted me with their house and animals, generally for 1 week but sometimes for longer or shorter. I take very good care of the home and animals, listen to instructions careful and apply those instructions in order to be helpful. I am not married nor have any kids yet so it’s just me. My schedule is pretty flexible in the morning to early afternoon due to having to serve at night generally. I play with the animals if they want to play, pet them, feed them when they need to be fed, take them on walks (dogs), just have fun with them!

About: I’ve had pets my entire life and have been caring for the animals of friends and family for many years. I have experience caring for puppies and older dogs. I understand how hard it is to leave the furry member of the family to someone else’s care so I am dedicated to treating them as my own. I am currently a PhD student so I have many flexible hours throughout the day. With access to a car, I can reliably drop in and walk animals several times a day if needed. I can come to the home to care for and walk pets as needed. I know how to walk dogs of many sizes safely and have even leash trained my cat. Pets have different care needs and I am well equipped to adapt to each pet.

About: I have pet sat on and off for years with family, staying over and learning specific routines of each animal. Each animals expects different things! I'm also highly active and flexible so if you have an energetic furry friend, we'd get along great! I am part-time employed and a online college student. My availability will be extremely flexible due to that! My times will vary across every two weeks when I receive my work schedule. Pets in my clients home will be treated exactly as they are used to, if that means walks on a leash or letting them out to roam their fenced yard then that's exactly what we will do.
