About: I own my own dog, who is well trained, along with caring for neighbors dogs, and training. I have puppy sat at my own home for multiple nights. In my free time I watch a lot of dog training videos and love to do animal research. I enjoy cats while I do have limited experience. I am a full time college student however, I have my evenings free on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and weekends work great for me as well. I love dog training and I am extremely passionate about animal research, so I love to learn more. I am detail oriented, I have a dog of my own, and I actively pet sit. About: Hi! I have been taking care of animals for as long as I can remember, and animals have always been one of my biggest passions. I currently have two rescue dogs and a rescue kitten, so I am constantly surrounded by animals and am very familiar with the care, attention, and love they require. My dogs are apartment dogs with a small yard, so we average about 5–6 walks a day. Walking, playing with, and loving on animals are genuinely some of my favorite things to do. My mission is to provide the best care possible for your pet while also making sure they feel comfortable, safe, and loved while you’re away. I have plenty of experience caring for puppies, kittens, elderly dogs and cats, administering medications, animal hygiene, and more. I am comfortable around animals of any size, color, or breed, and I understand that every pet has their own personality and needs. When I come to walk, play with, visit, or take care of your animals, I will dedicate my time to making sure they are happy, comfortable, and well cared for. I love being able to spend my time doing something I genuinely enjoy while giving other people peace of mind knowing their pets are being cared for. A little about my own pets: I have my Pittie, Bandit, who is 6 years old and a rescue. I also have Koda, my 3 month old Pitbull/German Shepherd mix who is also a rescue. Lastly, I have Loki, my 4 month old rescue kitten. They are my world, and I would treat your pets with that same love and care! I am a full-time online student at ASU, which means I am home most of the time and have very open availability. I am also very flexible and can often accept last-minute bookings I have a fenced in yard and two very friendly dogs! I also walk my dogs very frequently and don’t mind to add more to our walks. I have a large 2 bedroom apartment with plenty of space and beds for playing, sleeping, and zoomies!

About: I've had dogs and cats in my house practically my entire life and have had the opportunity to watch friends' pets on multiple occasions. I have now been a part of the Rover Community for about 3 years. I am comfortable walking dogs, feeding and bathing and cleaning up after pets, as needed. I have a full-time job working 7 hours/day Monday-Friday so I am only available for weekend sitting services, unless your pet can be alone for long periods of time. Please feel free to reach out with any questions/concerns. I am available for house sitting, drop-ins, and dog walking in client's home after 3pm on weekdays and anytime on weekends. These would include potty breaks, feeding, walking and bathing client's pets as needed. I am willing to stay overnight as well. I can not watch pets at my own house as my own cat does not do well with other animals.

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover with years of experience caring for dogs with very different breeds, personalities, energy levels, ages, and needs. I’ve grown up around pit bulls and retrievers and am currently a proud Chiweenie owner. One thing I’ve learned from caring for dogs is that understanding their behavior is just as important as feeding them and taking them for walks. I’ve had experience recognizing when a dog is frightened or overstimulated and giving them the space and reassurance they need. For example, when my childhood dog became overwhelmed after a stressful interaction, I took him somewhere quiet so he could calm down. During thunderstorms and fireworks, when he would tremble with fear, I would bring him somewhere comfortable and stay with him until he settled. I’m also the person at family gatherings who naturally ends up keeping an eye on the dogs—making sure they’re getting enough exercise and attention while also making sure younger kids give them appropriate space and treat them respectfully. I’m comfortable with walks, playtime, bathing, and overnight care. I enjoy both tiring out an energetic dog and providing a calm presence for a nervous one. I’ve also cared for cats and generally find that they warm up to me pretty quickly. Most importantly, I will enjoy taking the time to learn your pet’s individual personality, routines, and boundaries. My goal is for your pet to feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while they’re with me. I am available throughout the day. I wake up early and care for my own dog before 8 AM every day. I can come by whenever is needed or stick around if that is preferred! I start by taking any instruction from you to heart regarding your pet's personality and habits. Outside of that, I generally would like to start by having a joint meeting between me, your furry friend, and their best friend: you! That way, they can establish a level of trust for when I come by on my own. I follow the routine that you would like me to follow while remaining alert to your pet in the present, just like with my own pup.

About: What started off as a favor for a friend turned into a genuine love for all pets. About: I’ve had pets my entire life and have been caring for the animals of friends and family for many years. I have experience caring for puppies and older dogs. I understand how hard it is to leave the furry member of the family to someone else’s care so I am dedicated to treating them as my own. I am currently a PhD student so I have many flexible hours throughout the day. With access to a car, I can reliably drop in and walk animals several times a day if needed. I can come to the home to care for and walk pets as needed. I know how to walk dogs of many sizes safely and have even leash trained my cat. Pets have different care needs and I am well equipped to adapt to each pet.

About: Not only have I worked with animals my whole life I also work with dogs specifically with a rescue organization called AdoptMeBluegrass. I help with their animal care weekly and am part of their foster program. My family and my own dogs have welcomed hundreds of others into our home and always provide excellent care. I am a local landlord and typically only go out to work at the pet adoption center for AdoptMeBluegrass. I have no set work hours. I spend my time with the dogs. I have a double fenced property on a dead end street. Dogs love the 3/4 dedicated dog yard for them to play on our 6 acres of land. We have crates and can make your pet feel right at home. I’m a treats giver so let me know if there is something they can’t have or any other dietary restrictions. I can also come to your pet for services while you are away.

About: I have pet sat on and off for years with family, staying over and learning specific routines of each animal. Each animals expects different things! I'm also highly active and flexible so if you have an energetic furry friend, we'd get along great! I am part-time employed and a online college student. My availability will be extremely flexible due to that! My times will vary across every two weeks when I receive my work schedule. Pets in my clients home will be treated exactly as they are used to, if that means walks on a leash or letting them out to roam their fenced yard then that's exactly what we will do. About: Hi my name is Audrey, I am a current nursing student at the University of Louisville. I have experience taking care of people, dogs and cats; as I myself have an Australian shepherd, a bulldog and a calico. I enjoy taking care of all animals and treat them as they are my own, as pets have always been a part of my life growing up as well as currently. I’m currently a full-time student, I have availability in the afternoon/evening Mon-Thurs for walks and drop-ins and all day availability Fri-Sun for overnights, drop-ins and walks. During summer/school breaks my availability will be completely open for morning-evening bookings. I prioritize safety and comfort for every pet I care for. I am experienced with both crate-trained and non–crate-trained pets and can adapt to your pet’s routine/needs. If possible I would love to have a meet-and-greet beforehand to ensure a good fit and a safe positive experience for you, your pet, and myself. During walks, pets will remain securely leashed at all times. I monitor behavior, surroundings, and any potential risks to keep your pet safe.
