About: Since I was a child my family has had pets in the home. When I was 9 my sister and I collaborated to earn ourselves a kitten and since then pet care has been an important part of my life both the cuddly and the smelly. Most of my experience is with cats, I have one myself who is a total sweetheart once she gets comfortable. I’ve watched over and managed multiple cat households, senior cats, outdoor cats, and cats that have required oral medication. I also have experience watching over dogs, taking them out when needed, playing with them to help tire them out. I am comfortable walking dogs big and small, I am not professionally trained but know I can hold my own when needed. I’m currently between jobs so have plenty of time to care for your pets! Available all hours of the day and night, and I can be flexible with new jobs or cancellations. I have experience house sitting so I understand that it’s often about more than just taking care of your pets but also ensuring that your home is safe and well kept. People I’ve sit for can attest that I do my best to ensure everything is in its place and to make the space at least as clean as it was originally.

About: Dogs adore me. Lost dogs always find my house. When I go to the park, dogs want me to give them attention and I enjoy them….sometimes more than people! I work Part-time so it fits perfectly. I won’t dog sit on days that I work so my full attention can be given to the dogs Typically, we go outside for a potty break and then breakfast. Followed by another trip outside. Around 10:00 we go to the park and when we return, they get a dental bone, as a treat and take a nap. Sometime after their nap, they let me know it’s dinner time. Then back outside. Later towards evening we throw the ball and then they take another nap. Around 7-8 PM they get some vanilla ice cream. Rinse and repeat every day

About: I'm a huge fan of active dogs, and I love going on walks and playing outside with them. I also have experience with senior pets and in giving medications. I'm a self-employed clinical massage therapist, and am able to adjust my schedule to fulfill whatever needs you or your pets may have, including doing various walks or appointments as needed. I can drive up to any location and keep your pet in a safe and familiar space while I'm taking care of them, as well as make sure your home is maintained well.

Alister obviously had lots of love and attention showered on him and I feel quite confident that if anything had gone wrong he would have received any care he needed. He's actually showing me when in the day he got love and snuggles, when he had playtime, and he's trying to tell me he had treats any time he asked - but I don't believe that. I still prioritize regular walks, enrichment, affection, and maintaining your pet’s normal routine throughout the day. I’m thoughtful about only taking bookings I can genuinely show up well for, and I value consistency, communication, and helping pets feel safe, calm, and cared for while their owners are away. Safety, trust, and attentiveness are extremely important to me when caring for animals. I take time to learn each pet’s routines, temperament, triggers, exercise needs, and comfort level so I can provide care that feels consistent and supportive for them. In my home, pets are always supervised carefully and kept on leash outside. I prioritize safe walks, enrichment, play, companionship, and calm structure rather than simply letting dogs loose in a yard. I’m attentive to body language, behavioral changes, and environmental safety, especially for anxious, senior, or sensitive pets. In clients’ homes, I’m respectful, clean, communicative, and mindful of maintaining the routines and environment pets are already comfortable with.

About: I’ve been taking care of neighborhood dogs and dogs that my parents friends have had since I was in elementary school, and I have an 11 year old miniature poodle mix that I trained myself but I’ve always loved dogs of all breeds. I have experience working with tiny and huge dogs, anxious dogs, reactive dogs, high energy dogs, special needs dogs, untrained dogs, heavy pullers, and puppies of various ages. I’m also quite strong and can handle big/rambunctious/reactive dogs with ease, so you wouldn’t have to worry about whether or not I can safely handle your dog. I’m currently back from college for the summer and don’t have a lot going on (aside from taking care of my own dog) so I’m home and available all day most days (aside from when I occasionally go stay with my long term girlfriend for a weekend or so). I decided to start working with Rover because I love animals and I’m happier when I have such a fun reason to get some exercise and leave my house :) I have a large grassy (and freshly fenced) in backyard to play in and make sure to routinely check the integrity of the fence and that there aren’t any potential hazards in my backyard. My dog is quite the lounge-around-inside-where-it’s-cool type, so if you would want your dog to have some off leash time in my backyard, even reactive and dog aggressive dogs wouldn’t have issues because they wouldn’t be anywhere near my dog. I also make sure to follow house rules and instructions to the letter (and am strictly no shoes in any house ever) and keep my clients updated on how things are going with photos, videos, as well as update messages. All potential clients are encouraged to meet up with me before entrusting their pets to me, and if you have any interest in your dog having some off leash time with me in my backyard I would be more than happy to give you a tour. Not only those things- but any other requests you may have that can help give you peace of mind when it comes to entrusting me with your fluffy loved ones are encouraged.

Walked and sitter during day, weekend, or overnight for many years. Any ages comes to such flexibility for me, huge animal lovers. I’ve cared for dogs for over 12 years, including Italian Greyhounds, Dachshunds, Whippets, Chihuahuas, Poodles, Border Collies, and Terriers. My lifestyle is quiet and calm, which makes me especially attuned to sensitive, low-energy, and senior dogs who need a little extra understanding. My own dog, Clark, a whimsical and willful 12-year-old Poodle, recently passed from mitral valve disease which progressed to congestive heart failure. While this is sadly common in Poodles and other small breeds, it’s never enough time to say goodbye. Dogs will always be a part of my life, and I’d be honored to welcome yours into a calm and nurturing home. Through supporting Clark, I became deeply experienced in senior care- administering oral medications, monitoring for signs of distress, and creating a peaceful environment where he could feel safe and loved. I’m comfortable with medication management, light grooming (teeth brushing if tolerated, baths, and nail trims), and I keep essentials like pee pads, a litter box, and a playpen for dogs who are dual-trained or prefer enclosed rest. I also have a backpack carrier for pups under 15 lbs who like to come along on errands. I live near downtown Seattle, so I’m very vigilant during walks. I keep dogs on a close leash when needed, and for small dogs I’ll scoop them up if a large dog, bike, or scooter is approaching or when crossing busy streets. Safety is always my top priority. I’m typically home all day, and if I do step out, it’s never for more than 3–4 hours. I know the local emergency vets in Seattle and can quickly recognize signs of illness or stress. My goal is to provide attentive, reliable care that feels like an extension of your own love for your dog. Since I’m currently in school remotely, I’m home all day to provide attention and care. I may run errands but takes no more than 3-4 hours. If your pet is under 15lbs, I can Carry them in my backpack pet carrier and they can come with me. My apartment building is very secure. A fob is required on entry. The building is quiet and I like to keep a short leash upon entering and leaving.

“Kina was a great sitter! She was attentive to Finn’s needs considering he was on the last few days of kennel cough. She came for a meet and greet before and hit it off with Finn. When we left I felt comfortable and confident having her in my home and to watch Finn. With frequent updates and pictures I was able to see my baby from far away. She asked permission before taking him to a nature park and then allowed him to have an amazing time as well. I would definitely use Kina again and recommend her to those looking. ?”
