About: I have had animals my entire life! Mostly dogs that have lived well into their teens, but also cats. Most recently I had my dog Bella for over 12 years and the last 3 we traveled the country try between Seattle and Miami by car. She unfortunately passed due to cancer and not ready to own an animal, but still love having them around . I am great at playing with animals to keep them engaged and teaching commands. I also can accommodate animals to their needs if they need medicine or special assistance. I work from home for an agency based in Canada. This means that your animal wouldn’t need to be locked up all day if they stay at my house my flexible schedule also also allows me to add walks in the day and play time so your dog isn’t in a crate all day. I also have a yard big enough for throwing sticks for added fun! I do have a fenced in yard that would allow for your dog to run around. I also wouldn’t mind going to someone’s house if I needed to as well as I am mobile.

About: While working at a dog/cat/critter boarding, daycare and grooming business for four years, I was able to build upon my pet care experience. In addition, I have taken care of a rescue mother and her ten puppy litter from birth through adoption. I adopted the mother and cared for her through heartworm treatments and c-section recovery. Shy and anxious dogs are my specialty. I am very comfortable with rescue and medicine dependent pets. My schedule is very flexible. I am available days, nights and weekends. Pet walks, playtime and drop-ins are no problem. I am open to last minute needs and other special requests. I have been petsitting for friends and family for over twenty years. About: I’m Ashley! I’m NE born and raised. I’ve lived in Lincoln for almost 10 years! I received my bachelors degree at UNL and my Masters and UNO. I have experience caring for dogs throughout my whole life and have had dogs in my life and own home throughout my childhood and currently have my own dog as an adult as well. I was a dog walker in high school and walked dog packs of 6-8 dogs at once of all sizes with my best friend. 🥰 I’ve been a cat owner for 6 years as well in addition to experience working in a Cat Hotel and living/loving my friends kitties, so I’m pretty comfortable with our feline friends too! I’ve also worked for almost a year at doggie daycare locally in Lincoln recently to take us some of my spare time giving me more experience with routinely caring for fur friends that aren’t my on, following given food/medication regimens, etc. I work full time 9am-5pm Mon-Fri but am available for drop ins and house sitting before and after my work day as well as pretty much full time on the weekends. I am available for walks on weekends! I can spend extended time with furbabies on weekends or overnight any day of the week. I care for all furbabies with the same love and affection of being my own pet! I do my best to follow any instructions given per the FurMom/FurDad and make sure that your little fluff has a great time. :)

I also work at a vet clinic and have lots of experience. I am currently only working part time so I have plenty of time to spend with your pets! I am free nights and weekends as well. Alaina was so professional and helpful! She gave detailed updates and made sure we were up to date on what was happening with our cats. She administered medication well which was a huge help since we have a medically complex cat. We will continue to use her for visits in the future!
I cannot say enough great things about Mikayla! She took awesome care of our very shy older sweet kitty and got her thru the terrible fireworks in our neighborhood! Mikayla knows exactly how to soothe and cuddle and feed and care for her and she is always afraid of everyone! Mikayla is also a rockstar with updates and pictures and immediately communicates with us always! Reagan is honestly the greatest. Prompt, a good communicator, extremely kind, and very accommodating are just some of the things I love about her. When she stayed overnight in my home she left it cleaner than I did! I have many pets and she followed all directions perfectly. Cannot recommend highly enough. Katie is our very favorite! She has become part of Tuesday’s (our dog) family! Tuesday loves when Katie and friends come to play and romp in our backyard and even pivoted to walks when our back fence was down.
