“Claire was *fantastic*! She took incredible care of our menagerie for five nights/6 days: three mid size dogs (50-60lb); two older, each on a number of medications, and a very spunky 5yo. We also have three cats including a frail 15 yo; and 9 hens. We live in an old farmhouse that is in various stages of renovation - for sure, not the easiest for house sitting. Thankfully Claire was undaunted by the challenge. During our time away, she was terrific providing updates and was super quick with replies when I had the additional need to check in- super reassuring, especially give that this was our first time with Rover, and having a combined housesitter/animal sitter at this house. We returned home to a very content crew - the truest sign of being well cared for in our absence, and the house in perfect order- seemingly better than we left it. We highly recommend Claire, without reservation. She was truly outstanding.”

About: I grew up with dogs all around me. My household, my families' households, I was never around any less than three pets at a time! I've taken care of dogs, cats, horses, birds, lizards, fish, rats, and pretty much any other pet you can think of over the years. I like to humbly boast my knowledge of care and training working with disability dogs. From wheelchair assistance to emotional support, I’ve worked with all manner of dogs from all ages! I work part-time at Lime Rock Park, and will be available during most weekdays because of this! Outside of major events I can also sit during weekends given prior notice. Unfortunately I am not currently available to sit at my own home, however I am more than happy to provide extended time for nightly stays given this! Please feel free to ask. Safety is always my #1 priority. Fun and enrichment is my #1.5! Your pet will be well treated to plenty of play time, restful naps, and as many treats as you will allow them to have!

About: I’ve had dogs all my life and have cared for family and friends pets numerous times. Have experience with training puppies, administering medication, bathing and walking dogs. I am currently working part time during the week but am available on weekdays before 10am and after 3pm. I am also fully available on weekends, leaving plenty of time for enriching play and cuddle time for your furry friends! I bring the pets I care for outside for long walks despite the weather and play with them for as long as they like so they can use all their pent up energy. Every pet I care for receives lots of pets and belly rubs to keep them happy and entertained.

I worked at a dog kennel for two years, where I cared for dogs with all kinds of temperaments, ages, and needs. I’m experienced with senior dog care and I’m comfortable with puppies too—whether it’s crate training, potty breaks, or just keeping up with their energy! Your pet’s comfort and safety are always my top priority. Pet care fits easily into my weekly routine since I have a pretty open and flexible schedule. I’m most available Tuesday through Friday between 11:30 AM and 4:30 PM, which works great for midday walks or drop ins. That said, I’m always happy to discuss and make arrangements that work best for you and your pet! Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, their safety and comfort always come first. I’ve been pet sitting for over 15 years and animals have always been a huge part of my life. I’m one of those people who naturally gravitates toward dogs wherever I go. I also have six dogs of my own (including large breeds), so managing different personalities, routines, and energy levels is something I’m very comfortable with. These days I focus on in-home pet sitting, because most pets are happiest staying in their own space and keeping their normal routine. I know how hard it can be to leave your animals when you travel, so my goal is always to make it feel like they’re just hanging out with a friend who loves dogs as much as you do. I have experience with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and ages — from energetic young pups to seniors who need a little extra patience and care. I’m also comfortable administering medications and following detailed instructions to make sure everything stays consistent while you’re away. I’m very attentive and tend to get pretty attached to the animals I care for. About: I have had dogs my whole life but 2 of my dogs gave birth to 11 puppies in October of 2022 and I helped take care of them all until they were ready to go to their new homes. I kept one of the puppies and have taken care of her since she was a newborn so I am very familiar around all types of dogs. I am currently working part time but am working towards having my own pet business one day. My hope is to meet new people and create lasting relationships that could lead to business opportunities I will make sure your pets are getting enough attention and exercise when you are away and will treat them like they are my own.

About: Ever since I was young, I have had a strong love for animals, especially dogs. I grew up surrounded by dogs and currently have two of my own. Over the years, I have pet-sat for neighbors and friends, and I always enjoy caring for and spending time with their pets. At college I am part of a club where we work with and volunteer at the local animal shelters. There are photos on my profile that highlight some of the events on campus I have volunteered at to raise money for the puppies at the local animal shelter. I do also have experience with horses. My experience has strengthened my passion for working with animals and reinforced my commitment to providing them with attentive, compassionate care. I currently have a lot of availability to be able to take care of your pets. I can board and attend to your pets any day of the week. I have a fenced-in backyard and two dogs of my own as well. I have a 10-month-old male English Bulldog and a 3-year-old female French Bulldog. They are both very friendly and love playing with other dogs. At your residence, I will respect any boundaries you may have and provide the best service I can.

About: Hi y'all! I am an all around animal lover. My girls and I take any dogs that we are watching on walks with us every night, we have lots of fun. Pets are allowed on the furniture, unless you state explicitly state you don't want them to be. I prefer not to kennel overnight, but there are always exceptions to the rule! I am able to help with puppies and older pups alike; age is not an issue. Please ask any questions you may have for me, thank you so much we can’t wait to meet you! I am currently working part time but I am always available for nightly drop ins or for any early morning stops on my way in. I am always respectful of your safety protocols, gates are always double and triple checked, doors are always checked to be shut correctly. Food and water levels are consistently monitored. Instructions are always followed to the letter.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs on and off for years and I’ve had a couple of my own. Would be happy to host your pet for a day or a few days, whatever your need is. I am fully retired at this time and will have plenty of time to play with and care for your pet. I am available weekdays and nights as well as some weekends. I am also available to watch them at your house as well if you’d prefer. I am happy to follow your feeding schedule and to take your pet for a daily walk. There are no young children or anyone else living in the house except me.
