About: I have been caring for dogs since 2016. I have experience with high maintenance dogs that require special medications and help going potty outside. I have time to play, snuggle, and take dogs for hikes. I have experience potty training animals and have been successful potty training several seniors. I prefer small to medium sized dogs, but I am comfortable with dogs of all sizes. They must be okay with small dogs, as I have two Chihuahuas of my own. I allow my dogs on the bed, but if you prefer your dog not be on the bed, that can be arranged. I currently don't work and therefore can spend most of my time with the animals, aside from my regular chores, like cleaning house and shopping. My home doesn't have a fence so your dog will be on a leash when outside at all times, including when we hike. Length of hikes will be based on your dog's endurance level. I always carry plenty of water. I am very attentive to animal language and watch for behaviors like heavy breathing, excessive panting, lip licking, excessive yawning, or other obvious signs of distress such as limping or lethargy. I watch for these behaviors during all activities, even if we are simply relaxing. When we set up an appointment, I will want to know what to do during an emergency, beyond calling you. I will want their vaccine status, as I will only accept vaccinated dogs unless they are too young. I will also want to know how often they hike and for what distance. If they are crate trained, I will need their crate. We can work out the details, depending on your dog's needs. I am very flexible and I want to do what is right for you and your dog.

About: Each dog will get at least one walk a day either in a group or by themselves depending on temperament. One story house with no stairs for those with aching bones. Love all dogs, no matter bread or size. Full time stay at home dog sitter, so pets will have 24/7 care and attention! I have a car so going place to place in the city is a breeze In my home I shall treat every dog differently because each dog is different, will play and walk with those who have more energy and will sit and lay next to those with low energy

About: Hello Everyone! Our names are Nicole and Cody. Nicole has been surrounded by and caring for animals since she can remember! She used to work at a zoo for 6 years before her time in the military. We both grew up with dogs and cats ever since we could walk. She has volunteered at professional dog shows and helped train K-9 dogs for search and rescue. We both find ourselves preferring to be surrounded by animals if given the option! We are both retired from the Navy and doing what we love full time now! We also like to offer grooming if you choose to stay with us! Rates will vary depending on size and what you are wanting done. We do have a doodle of our own and can provide photos of previous cuts we have done! Please remember we are not professional groomers though! We would love to help if needing anything from just nails trimmed to a bath or a haircut or all of the above! I hope that you all will give us a chance to pet sit for you. For house sitting requests we would ideally like to service all of Whidbey Island! With two of us we do really well balanacing out the boarding and house sittings as we receive them! Any requests off island we are open to discussing but will be a little more difficult depending on dates! We live in a quiet neighborhood with many routes that are great for walks, as well. About the experience: We know it can be stressful for owners and for their pets when going to a new place. Therefore, we would love to hear about your pet’s personality, routines, likes, dislikes, and anything else you may want to share to make this the most comfortable and fun experience! Usually one or both of us will be home but if we ever leave the house our two dogs are crate trained and we encourage bringing a crate if you have one. If not, we have doggy gates we can arrange to keep everyone separate. But, like I said, we’re normally home! Our pets are great about only eating out of their bowls but we still separate your pets while eating to avoid any possible food aggression and prevent them from eating a type of food that may upset their tummies/keep them with what they’re familiar with. We always have plenty of toys and treats (if allowed) to keep your pets feeling happy and loved! We also enjoy sending picture/video updates to give peace of mind if interested! About: I have cared for dogs of all sizes from the smallest chihuahua to the biggest Great Dane. I have also taken care of my own animals for the past 10 years! I will do anything you need for your pets! I am looking for jobs and this will provide some extra cash until I can find something more permanent so anytime works as long as I have enough notice! I can crate dogs, feed them, groom if needed and care for them however you see fit. Cats aren’t my specialty but I love all animals and I can always help where needed!

About: I have owned pets all my life and along the way I’ve picked up a few tricks that I can use. I am also currently learning to become a veterinarian so I have knowledge that can be useful in an emergency. I am doing a summer course that's online so I have lots of free time to keep your pet(s) safe. I have a couple camping trips planned but they are mostly on weekends. My schedule is only open until the 24th of September, after that I’m back in college. I don’t have a fenced in back yard but I can always hook up your pet to a leash. I currently own two dogs who are both crate trained so if they don’t get along my dogs can be crated.

I treat them like family and honor all the requests made by owners to ensure their pet is treated perfectly when they are gone!
