About: Hi! I’m Mary. I am a stay at home mom of 5 year old twins and a 12 year old shihtzu mix. I became a dog walker 5 days a week in September of 2024 by chance and realized how much I love it. I’ve been around animals my whole life, currently including my 8 chickens! If you’re looking for a dog walker, I walk in all weather. I can also just pop in and hang out for a bit and let them out for a potty, change litter boxes, feed, etc! About: I was raised on a small family farm, and have cared for goats, chickens, ducks, pigs, and more while a part of that. As a child and teenager, I trained dogs through my local 4-H program, and later on started petsitting for family friends. I've cared for puppies, senior dogs, cats, chickens, cows, pigs, goats, turtles, geese, canaries, ducks, and so many others, and I'm always willing to learn something new! I work full-time, night shifts during the week and mornings on weekends, but I'm typically only gone 8 hours max, so there's still plenty of time for me to provide plenty of care and attention to the pets! I typically stay overnight, and will either crate the pets if needed, or let them sleep with me, I wake up with them and spend my day hanging out with them, playing or just relaxing. I do my best to care for each pet as their owner would, to help minimize stress.
