“Christina is a very sweet girl. My 2 kitties went right up to her, Nala is a little shy but she loved her. Christina did an awesome job! I had to book at the last minute and she was able to accommodate us. I will be using her in the future. Many thanks to Rover and Christina for being there ❤️”

About: I have loved animals all my life. I think they really are a part of a family, and they deserve to be absolutely spoiled and shown all the love they can take I am self-employed so I have a very flexible schedule. I don’t work a regular 9 to 5 so I am home longer than the average person I make sure to take care of all of their needs. Make sure they are fed, always have water, entertained, played with, loved on and completely taken care of
“Karibian was a lifesaver for our family! We had somewhat limited notice to needing our girls cared for and she stepped in and helped us. The girls were so happy to see her each visit, even though they had never met. All the photos of smiles and snuggles made this mommas heart happy. I highly recommend her service and will definitely rebook with her again!”

About: I’ve been caring for animals for over 10 years and truly treat every pet like my own. I have a degree in animal behavior, experience working in veterinary clinics, and have been training dogs since 2015. I also have extensive experience with cats and a wide range of other species, including exotics (allowing me to offering in-home boarding for exotic pets). I’m comfortable adapting my care to different temperaments, routines, and needs, whether that’s an energetic pup, a shy cat, or a more specialized pet. My goal is always to provide calm, attentive, and reliable care so your pet feels safe and at ease while you are away 🖤🐾 Availability varies depending on owner schedules. Send me a message and we can coordinate. My openings are flexible; I offer morning, midday, weekend, and evening check-ins, walks, and training. I know how important it is to trust someone in your home and with your pet. I stick closely to your pet’s normal routine so they feel comfortable and secure, and I take a calm, patient approach, especially with shy or sensitive animals. I’m very attentive to safety (secure doors, safe feeding, clean spaces) and always make sure your home is left just as you expect. I’ll keep you updated with photos and notes so you can relax knowing your pet is in good hands.
“Mackenzie did drop-ins for our 2 cats while we were on vacation for a week. She was great! She fed the cats, cleaned the litter box daily and played with our cats. She was always on time and very reliable. Would definitely be returning to her if we need her again. Highly recommend her to all pet owners. She’s extremely responsible and caring. She kept us updated daily with the pictures of our cats.”

“My babies are typically not too comfortable with people they do not know. Tatyjana Communicated with me that the dogs went under the bed but did not give up. She said she was trying to get them to warm up to her and they did. We will definitely have her back again.”

“Elizabeth is capable and friendly, and easy to communicate with. She clearly knows how to care for animals, and my two dogs and cat took to her right away. I feel secure in leaving my pets in her care.”

About: Hi, I'm Sarah, your local full-time petsitter! I've been a volunteer at a no-kill animal shelter since 2013. I've handled animals of every size and disposition with love and care in my time volunteering. I've been pet sitting independently since 2017, starting with a household of nine amazing fur and feather babies . I've worked with senior animals and those with special needs, caring for their unique physical and emotional needs when their parents are away. I've had practice giving medications orally, in-ear, subcutaneous injections, and am capable of following detailed instructions. I've been pet sitting through Rover since 2020, and I've also photographed pets professionally for several years, having worked with many different types of animals with patience and care. Besides all that, I was a cat mom for seventeen years and loved every second of it. CATS ARE WELCOME TO EVERY SERVICE I PROVIDE. I only book one family at a time, so there are no conflicts with other animals. I've always had an affinity for caring for animals and will always do my best to make sure they are comfortable, healthy, and happy. UPDATE for 2022: At this time I am no longer accepting new boarding appointments. I have however kept boarding open as an option so that new clients can find me. I know some families are skeptical of having someone come and stay at their home, but I find this is the best option for the welfare of the animals. If you are looking to board, but would be open to housesitting, please read my reviews (mostly gained from housesitting) and get in touch so we can set up a meet and greet. I look forward to hearing from you! DROP-IN Requests can be scheduled for up to 2 hours at the listed rate. Please message me with the details of your request if you would like longer than the standard 30 minutes. Notice of rate increase: As of February 1, 2025, single pet rates will be increasing from $65 to $70 in order to keep up with inflation. Multi-pet rates and drop-ins will remain the same. If you have booked with me already or have a booking pending, your rates will not go up for those bookings. Thank you for understanding, and thank you for being part of my Rover family! Since early 2020, I have made petsitting my full time career. I typically take one client at a time in order to provide the best care possible for animals that may struggle with separation anxiety or have set routines that their parents would prefer they keep while away. When I take a job caring for an animal, they become my priority. When I sit for a client in their home, their pet's environment, I dedicate the utmost respect to privacy and personal space. It's my job to care for an animal and I do that by observing their behavior, fulfilling their needs, and offering affection to the degree they are comfortable with; whether that's waiting for a shy animal to come to me for a sniff or to be pet, or an animal which has no concept of personal space at all (not an issue for me, I love cuddlers!). As for your home, I love to have a tour during meet and greets and get to know what rooms are accessible to me as a guest. I am very respectful of other people's homes and belongings and will always ask first if there's something I can't find or unplanned that I need to access during my stay. I pride myself on being trustworthy and tidy.

About: Hello, I’m Deanna! I have lived in the Buffalo area all my life & previously have had 2 dogs. I currently have a 3 year old dog at home. I have done 100+ services on another platform with a 4.98/5 rating. I am looking for some doggy’s to socialize with, provide them with activity & get some energy out! *Please note I am available for sitting but unable to sleep at the house due to childcare* I work remotely and am available during day for pets that need often check-ins. If your dog cannot be left alone for 4+ hours, I am your girl! I will follow instructions left by owner and check in with the owner if questions arise; everyone has their own routine and I want pet & parent as comfortable as possible.

About: I have had dogs and cats, and taken care of other small animals for my family for years. I understand the bond of families with their animals and respect that! I am retired from full time work, but do participate in volunteer activity. A part time role of caring for your pet as needed will best fit my schedule. Or providing in home care for your pet while you travel will work as well. I am happy to come and take care of your pets in your home, where they are comfortable in their own environment. I respect the pet owners preferences on how best to care for their beloved pet.

Frequently asked questions about Rover
As of August 2026, there are 480 sitters on Rover offering Cat Sitting across Corfu. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.
Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.
House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Corfu. On Rover:
- 95% of sitters can help with special care needs
- 98% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 90% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
