“Absolutely outstanding boarding experience—Rachel is our go-to for our German Shepherd! We’ve boarded Bella with Rachel multiple times now, and every stay has been perfect. As a large, energetic breed, German Shepherds can be a handful, but Rachel handles her with such confidence, care, and expertise. Bella always comes home happy, tired from plenty of play and walks, and clearly well-loved. Rachel is incredibly responsive—messages are answered quickly, and she keeps us updated every step of the way. The daily photo and video updates are a game-changer, showing Bella playing in the yard, cuddling, or just relaxing like she’s at home. She follows all our instructions perfectly (including feeding and exercise routines) and is super flexible; when our flights have been delayed or even canceled, she’s happily accommodated the changes without hesitation. We feel so lucky to have found someone we trust completely. We’ve already booked our next few trips with Rachel because we honestly can’t imagine anyone else taking care of Bella. Highly recommend her to anyone with a big dog—10/10 every time!!! Thank you so much, Rachel!!!”

Katie was also accommodating to the special needs of our dog (no playing or toys in the mouth due to stitches). “Sara and Cannon took great care of my dog for 2 nights while we were away. They were quick to respond and send updates. My dog doesn't like to eat sometimes when he stays at Rovers, and they were able to make him feel comfortable enough to eat. He also can be a little weird about some of others, especially larger ones. But they have a smart separation and introduction system, so my dog warmed up nicely and got along well with all the other dogs and enjoyed playing. My dog really enjoyed snooping around their fenced backyard too! I recommend Sara for sitting your dog!”
