About: I've had animals most of my life from puppies to pound mutts and full blooded and senior dogs. I make sure to encourage play and positive training. I currently work from home so I spend lots of time with family pets, old roommate animals and friends pets. Lately it's been waking up to 3 small dogs my parents have. I make sure to follow any rules stated by the original owner. It can range from crate training, socialization, cleaning, walking or using the client's home.

“Five stars for Dawn and Steve! They were both so incredibly patient, attentive and compassionate with me and my dog, Bodhi. They provided great communication, plenty of pictures and general updates while I was away and reached out when he started experiencing some tummy issues to find out what I wanted them to do for him. It was great that they were prepared with their own suggestions but were also very respectful and supportive of what I thought might help until I could return home. I knew Bodhi was in caring, capable hands all weekend which allowed me to really enjoy the time away, celebrating my friends. Words cannot express how much I appreciate that I was able to be fully present for such a special event.”

About: I grew up raising all different types of animals (birds, rabbits, dogs, lizards) and consider my pets my family. I have about 5 years of paid experience caring for pets and I have a cat of my own. :) I'm currently working from home and I have much free time during the day to make drop in visits or stay for a few hours/overnight as needed. You can ensure that your pets will be treated with the utmost care and looked after for as I would look after my own pets. :)

About: I am a dog lover. I grew up with dogs and have 5 of my own they are all rescue babies! My babies would would say they are spoiled to death. “ I say I live and work for them.” I become mama bear when it comes to my babies. I would do the same for yours. My babies are all different ages from 3 to 9 years old. I would give them the same love and treats the way I do with my own. Pets hold a very special place in my heart. I am available mostly nights and weekends. I work full time until 4. I am available most federal holidays as well with the type of work I do. I would come to your home to care for your baby so they are comfortable in their surroundings.I know how it feels when you take them out of their environment. I have experience with my own dogs and I made a decision not to do that. Being in normal environment will be less stressful when people need them to be watched. Less stress happy fur baby.

Im currently only working 3 days a week and some weekends. Im available on my days off an some weekends as my days each week rotate. About: My love for pets started as a child. I have had several dogs in my life. A few I’ve chosen, and many I have taken in and rehomed. I was known in my hometown as the person to call if an animal needed a quick placement .. or a total new situation. I currently have a 110 lb, (gentle giant) rescue ,named Olaf, that I’ve had for 4.5 ears, two cats that fell into my lap within the last year, a bunny and a few fish. Olaf is getting older and doesn’t prefer much exercise anymore. Id love to walk your dog, pop in quick or care for your animals for an extended period of time. I currently work part-time for myself and have plenty of spare time to dedicate to the care of and needed company to your animals. Spoiling animals , within reason 😊, is what I love! My biggest concern is the safety of your pet first and foremost. I also highly focus on making sure their needs are being met while in my care. Every animal requires a different level of need. Bonding and providing comfort to your animal when you are away from them is just as important as their basic needs. I have yet to meet a dog that doesn’t love me completely!

About: I have grown up around all types of pets. In my childhood I rescued multiple dogs and our family rescued many, many, cats! I am very loving and caring and I treat every pet as it is my own. I like to first get to know them to see if I’d even be a good match for your pawesome friend! I have trained some dogs as puppies, taught them the basics as well as potty trained them. I am very flexible with my availability! I would love to get to know your furry friend and be apart of their world♥️ I’m currently looking for some side gigs to fill up my time.. I couldn’t think of a more awesome way to do it than to be around pets! Making your pets comfortable and happy is my top priority! I like to let animals be animals and do what they like to do. Caring for pets has always been one of my favorite things to do. I can’t remember a time where I didn’t own a pet.

About: I have over 10 years of experience caring for family pets and about 7 years of hands on experience training and caring for my own dogs. I currently have a small Maltese/Yorkie mix and i understand that every dog has their own personality, energy level, and needs. I’m naturally fun and high functioning energy, so I’m comfortable keeping up with active dogs, but I’d say patience is one of my biggest strengths. Working in healthcare has taught me how important patience, attentiveness, and compassion are, and I bring that same approach when caring for animals. I work PRN(as needed) in healthcare, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to have plenty of time to give your pet the attention and care they deserve. My availability can vary week to week, but I’m able to plan my schedule around pet care and make sure your pet gets plenty of playtime, walks, and companionship. I live in a one-bedroom apartment with access to a dog park, a large open field directly in front of my complex, and several nearby walking trails. I make sure pets are supervised, comfortable, and given plenty of opportunities for exercise and outdoor time. I’ll also follow any routines, feeding instructions, or special care preferences you provide so your pet feels as comfortable and safe as possible.

About: I'm a pet owner practically my whole life. I've been walking dogs since I was a teenager for my neighbors. I have experience with dogs weighing less than a few pounds and dogs weighing more than 100 pounds. And I have to say I love every single one of them! I’ve also grown up my whole life with cats and currently have 2 of my own that are my whole life. I work from home at the moment and can dedicate full time attention to your pets, as well as keeping my cats in a separate room if need be. I look foward to meeting both you and your furry baby. I currently work full time from home! This allows me full access and care to your pets at all time. I rarely leave the house to begin with and usually like to take the dogs if I can! I live in a gated community with a small fenced in patio, but I live in an area with lots of outdoor space and a dog park near by! For my cat parents, my apartment is very quiet and my own personal cats are friendly to other cats but can be put away in another room as needed!

About: Hi! I’m Laurel! I’m a 21 year old college student with a passion for animals. I have been building my business, Fingers and Paws Pet Care, since May of 2025! Since then I have served over 30 happy clients, many of whom schedule regular walks/visits! I am committed to providing pets with a safe and engaging environment, and pet parents with peace of mind! I have been an animal lover my whole life, and an involved pet owner since elementary school! I began pet sitting for neighbors and friends when I was in high school. I stayed in client’s homes while caring for their pets to avoid loneliness or a change in routine. This consisted of preparing meals, feeding, walking, giving potty breaks, playtime and other enrichment activities, as well as retrieving mail, watering plants, and ensuring the house maintains cleanliness. Oftentimes, clients would ask me to care for other animals in the home, such as geckos, turtles, and fish, which I am more than happy to do! I also offered drop in visits for neighbors’ pets in high school. This consisted of stopping by, preparing food, feeding, offering potty breaks, play time, walks, and litter changes if needed. Since starting Fingers and Paws, my pet care experience has increased exponentially. I have increased my range of services and now offer house sitting, boarding, drop in visits, walks, baths, and play sessions. Pet care is my full time job, though I am a college student! The majority of my classes are online so I can be as present as possible with your pets! I have one in person class on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:00pm-2:15pm. Whether I’m hosting a pet or staying in their home, my routine depends on the pet’s routine! I discuss activity levels and a pet’s daily routine with owners before booking a visit. This includes feeding times, walk schedules, potty break schedules, treat schedules, and playtime schedules! Pets are sensitive to changes in their environment, so the goal is to match a pet’s routine as similarly as I can! I live in a condo on the ground floor, which means I have a backyard and can easily bring dogs outside for potty breaks or walks. The condo has three bedrooms so if I’m watching multiple pets, that gives them the opportunity for alone time if needed! I truly enjoy spending time with animals, and your pet will not go without attention or affection while they are with me!
