“Vanessa was a great sitter for our two Dalmatians! She was very communicative and sent us lots of pictures which really put us at ease as this was our first time ever having a sitter for the boys! 10/10 would recommend her ❤️”

3. Ava S.

“We are so glad we found Ava on rover. We had never used a complete stranger to watch our boys, but picking her was definitely the best decision we could have made. When we first met her she listened to us, asked questions and was immediately introducing herself and acclimating to our dogs. She sent us pictures while we were away. We were so glad she did because it was nice to see the boys and know that they were safe and in good hands. When we returned home - we couldn’t even tell that she had been there. We both feel that she is passionate about her role and we loved her energy. Thank you for keeping our boys, Ava. If she will accept our future bookings - we will definitely use her again.”

About: Dogs have been apart of my life all that I can remember, my family currently has a Lab Retriever mix, a German Shorthair Pointer (she’s a handful but love her to death), and a Golden Doodle. Have cared for them many times and countless walks. My first actual pet sitting job was when I was 12 and lived in Pennsylvania, the neighbors left town for about a week and had me go over everyday and walk, feed, and play with their dog riggs. Have cared for my family members dogs many times as well as one of my roommates from college, his German Shorthair Pointer (fletcher) as well when he needed to head home at one point. Not much experience using pet sitting apps but let me know what you need and I can definitely make it work! Currently available 7 days a week as I job search in the area, moved to North Carolina about a month ago and living near Denton and can most situations work depending on distance! Whatever customs your dog is used to I can make happen just need to understand how you usually care for the dog whether that be creating the dogs or letting them roam free, or having a fenced backyard or always walking outside on a leash I can make all situations work.

About: Being around animals and caring for them is my passion. Your pets will be treated as family here, and be spoiled and treated extra special until you get back home!! I have experience with small, medium and large breeds, and love them all the same. I also have experience and am comfortable administering oral medication, and caring for senior pets. I really enjoy getting to be a sitter here on rover, and doing the best I can to make sure you know your pets are well cared for while you are away, sending pictures of them, playing with them and just making sure they have a great time! If you have any questions at all, feel free to message me! Thank you for considering me as your new caregiver. :) I’m currently working remotely, Monday- Friday so I am home to provide extra potty breaks. I can adjust to your pets schedule, and administer medication or provide water, and feedings as needed. I have 2 friendly dogs to keep your dogs company, and I can crate them to separate them if needed if they don’t get along, but I highly doubt that will be an issue!! They get along with anyone we have not had problems so far. And if the distance allows, I can provide drop in visits to your home instead if you’d rather do that.
