About: I love dogs and have enjoyed working with them in many capacities since I was a child and formally for over 15 years. I am a Canine Good Citizen evaluator and have spent years training loving companions. I am certified in Canine CPR and First Aid by the American Red Cross and undergo annual recertifications to stay current on the latest first-aid procedures. I also have experience administering both oral medications and injections. Before your pups stay, we have each family fill out a form for their furry companion. This helps us get to know them better in order to make their stay easier. I have no breed preference and are familiar with handling working canines.  Your pup is welcome in our home, and our couch is open to your furry pooch.  However, I also understand there are dogs who prefer to be outside and are not easily accommodated indoors. I also have covered outdoor runs for those families who still need a vacation but whose pups enjoy more fresh air and natural surroundings. I am happy to accommodate each family's preference. No matter what, canines are treated to lots of exercise and playtime. I wake up and start the day off with morning let out. After each group has been let we come back in for feeding. Morning feedings normally allow for 30-45 minutes before letting out again for a potty break. They are brought back in, crated, and pups are rotated out for play inside throughout the day. I let out every 2-4 hours through the day or more if needed. I do have the option to add on trail walks for those who have social canines who are good with other dogs and people (I will not be introducing them to others but it is a requirement to the trail). In the evening we normally do the last feeding at 7 pm followed by yard play and starting to settle in. Last potty break is at 10 pm. Note: Although I am at home full time I do on occasion leave our home to run errands. Your dog can be left alone for up to 4 hours (max). If this is ever the case your pup will always be crated and secure. For your pup's safety They are never given free rein while unsupervised. I take the safety of your furry companion very seriously. Canines are let out for potty breaks every 2-4 hours (or as needed, if required more frequently). I have a fenced-in yard so your pup will be safe during potty breaks. I do not allow companions from other families to play with each other. This is a safety measure. Your pup can be under a lot of stress when you're gone and I want to make their stay as smooth and relaxing as possible. This doesn't mean I will not be playing with your pup ourselves! I love playing fetch, puzzle games, and even tug with them. I do allow for several outings in the house throughout the day so they can get plenty of one-on-one attention inside as well as extra pets. I have 5 acres that are attached to the national preserve. If your furry companion is social and enjoys walks, I have several trails I am happy to take them on upon request (weather permitting). All outings are on leash only.

About: Hello!! I’ve taken care of all kinds of animals since i was 11 years old! I have been around animals all my life(of all ages and sizes)! I currently have a yorkie and a golden doodle, both friendly with dogs(can be separated if needed)We also have a fenced in backyard for some playtime! Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I spend a lot of time at home and enjoy staying active. Throughout the day I make time for walks in my neighborhood, outdoor play in my fenced-in backyard, feeding schedules, and plenty of attention and companionship. I plan my day around making sure the pets I’m watching are comfortable, exercised, and cared for. On a weekly basis, I maintain a consistent routine so pets have structure, including regular walks, playtime, and relaxation time, helping them feel safe and at home while their owners are away. 🐶🌿 I have a big fenced in backyard with a dog house and heaters and ac when it’s hot out there. A good neighborhood to walk in and also dog crates that rage from small to large if needed for your dog!! I have 2 dogs myself(yorkie and golden doodle) Both good with other dogs!! If needed to put away they can be.

About: Available full time to watch your babies. I love dogs and I have always had 1or 2 myself. My husband and myself have bought an RV and we live in it in a campground but we do have yard space and lots of space for walking your loved ones. I have worked for 1 1/2 years at a veterinarian office. Let me take care of your pet for you and you'll not have to worry about them. I am a very reliable person. I love dogs of all kinds and of all ages. I can sit them in their own surroundings in their home or at my home. I can provide you with a reference if you would like. Dogs mean so much to me and I love to show them all the loving they need. I in NO way believe in animal cruelty, it is not in no way tolerated!! Pick me and you won't be sorry. I don't work outside the home so I'll have plenty of time to play with your baby which is right down my alley. I love animals! I can let your pet roam in my home if that is what they are used to and that won't bother me. I can also crate your pet if need be but only if you instruct me to do so. I also have a small fenced area for them to roam.

About: I have a dog of my own that I love to take walks with. I also love going out and running around with him or throwing the frisbee to him. I have dog-sat for my friend in the past and it went very well. Pet care fits perfectly into my schedule. I am someone who loves to be outside and around animals. This is something that will feel natural and mesh well with my life. I will not be able to care for the dogs at my own home due to my childhood dog living there and jealousy/protectiveness being one of his main traits. Although the clients home would be perfect for me. I like to keep dogs on their everyday routine. For example, letting them out typically whenever they usually go outside. Feeding them around the same time the owners do. I am younger so I love to run around with the dogs. I will play with all of their toys with them. I can also chill out, lay down, and pet the dog!

About: I am a former veterinary assistant of 5 years for some of our great clinics here in NC and have 2 years of doggy daycare experience. In addition I have dogsat my whole life for neighbors and clients who met me at the park or through mutual friends. I have experience with proper handling of cats and dogs, experience with animals with problem behaviors, administering medication, and triage for patients of all ages. I have just left the vet field to pursue at-home care for cats and dogs full time. I am commited to full-time care for cats and dogs on their owner's schedules as they need it. I take my own dog for nightly walks, even if its cold, so I'm used to exercising dogs no matter the weather. I often take my dog with me on hikes, which are usually once a weekend as soon as it warms up. Unless your yard is fenced in or otherwise specified, they won't leave the house without a leash. Not even if it's "just going to the car". If you have a fenced in yard, I will stand outside to watch your pooch regardless.

About: I've had animals most of my life from puppies to pound mutts and full blooded and senior dogs. I make sure to encourage play and positive training. About: I have 5 years of experience working as a vet tech so I can be trusted to take of your fur babies and keep them safe! I have many fur babies of my own and I have had many more growing up so I have had all the experience and I can’t wait to meet all of yours! I currently work a typical 8-5 job as an assistant manager but I take a break at 12 and 2 to go home and take care of the animals. I am home all other times. I like to take pups on plenty of walks if they are doing doggie day care! I enjoy playing with your pups and getting all their energy out!

About: I have animal shelter experience and as a result, have worked with several different types of animals with different personalities and am very flexible and capable of working with very different acting animals. I have a very open and free schedule so I'm able to come and check on the pets as often as needed. I can spend long periods of time with the pets when needed. In the clients home, I will care for them according to the clients standards and by following instructions down to the letter in order to prevent issues.
