“Treated my cat wonderfully”

About: I've taken care various pets since I was 15, from family pets to friends, following feeding instructions, playing, and caring for each and every special pet. Working full time in weekdays, free on weekends to check up on pets from 12 pm forward. Can feeding, walk dogs, or play with either pets. I make sure to announce my presence once I enter the door and keep treats in hand to start their fun visit and give space if needed more time.

“Megan is a godsend! This was my first time hiring a professional sitter and being for a week, it was the longest I was leaving my 2 cats alone. Megan not only came over for a meet n greet, but when one of my cats was unexpectedly prescribed an oral med for the week of my trip, she came over twice to practice (and was a natural!) She is so sweet and professional and I didn’t have to worry about my kitties once, she checked in every day with pics and I got to enjoy my trip. She even came over the day after to drop off my keys as I forgot to tell her where to leave them. Megan is the definition of ABOVE AND BEYOND! Can’t wait to hire her again and recommending her to every fur parent I know!”

About: I grew up on a farm and had the amazing opportunity to rescue and raise different animals. I’ve had more than 25 dogs throughout my time in Arizona and we found them all loving homes. I started my pet/kid sitting job at age 9, I’m 26 now. I’ve been an animal lover since I can remember and to this day I love caring for them as if they were my own. I’m currently working part time from home so I’ve been having some extra time to myself. I want to fill it with joy , happiness and adventure and what better way of doing that than hanging out with peoples fur babies for the day. I have a fenced backyard, two beautiful and respectful dogs. I also live by the riverbed so I have a nice place to walk the fur babies. I love doing playtime and interactive games that help keeps their brains busy as well. I will also give them so much pets and love till you get back so they won’t feel lonely and miss you.

“I cannot thank you Jaqueline enough. She took good care of my fur babies. She kept me updated and sent pictures of them so I was able to enjoyed my vacation. They were in good hands and I would recommend her to anyone. She also very good at communicating with me from the time of booking and during the dropped in visits while I was away. Will be using her again soon. Thank you so much Jaqueline!”

About: I have taught my dogs basic, yet necessary commands. I nurtured my 6 year old lab back to health, recovering from her TPLO surgery with no complications! I currently have 5 dogs in the family ranging from 13lbs up to 80lbs, and one funny little cat. I have always loved animals and grew up birds, iguanas, bunnies, cats, dogs and turtles. Quite frankly, I am happiest when I am with my pets and love meeting new ones whenever I get the chance. Currently I am working a part time job, only 10hrs a week. I have a pretty open schedule so I have plenty of time to spare. Since my dogs are house trained, I am confident I can spare some time to offer my services to those with tighter schedules and would be more than happy to! I work on Mondays Wednesdays and Thursdays from 1pm-4pm. If you care for services any of those days feel free to reach out! My time is a little more limited then, but I am willing to see if we can work around my work schedule! I take my dogs on regular walks (I would say abono every 2-3hrs). Although they may not need to potty I find it important to give them as much time outside as I can. When I can keep up I’ll also run/jog with my 1.5yr old pitty/staffie mix since she has a lot of energy. If I can’t due to harsh weather, I cut their treats really small and have them chase the pieces back and forth across my apartment so they get their exercise. As for my cat, she’s mostly hands off and likes to do her own lazy things, but I still give her pets and treats here and there. They are loved dearly and I make sure they feel so every day.

“Emelida was awesome and very sweet. My two year old cat and kitten loved her. Without her I would have been worried all day about my cats. I was able to come home to happy cats. Thank you so much Emelida!”

“Amazing experience with Jessenia! She was very helpful, understanding, caring, and very good with all lf my lovely pets! Would definitely recommend her to a friend, and I will be happy to hire her again in the future!”

Because of my experience of being an animal care taker I will take great care of your pet and make sure that tail continues to wag:) I work full-time as a Veterinary Assistant at an emergency veterinary hospital from Thursday/Friday PM, Saturday AM Sunday PM. I can accommodate to any instructions a client gives concerning how or when their pet is walked, any specific feeding instructions, and any health issues.

“Johanna was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me well updated on my two kitties! One of them, Butter, wasn’t very nice to her, but she still made a constant effort to make Butter comfortable and make friends. (Butter is generally not very friendly with new people and is always suspicious.) Butter is also on daily medication, and Johanna did a great job of mixing it into her food and making sure she ate! Annie, my other cat, adored Johanna, and I have a feeling most *normal* pets (not Butter haha) would love her too!!”

Commerce cat parents share their Rover experiences
I I was really nervous about leaving my shy senior cat while I was out of town, but Kristine immediately put us both at ease. From the moment she walked in, he warmed up to her and came out to say hello, which is rare for him! Kristine took amazing care of him, including giving his medications (not an easy task), and kept me updated with photos and detailed messages. She even went above and beyond by helping vacuum. I felt totally confident he was in good hands the whole time. Highly recommend!
