I would recommend Lucy to everyone and we will use her again!”

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life, big and small, and caring for them has always come naturally to me. I’m the go-to sitter for friends because I genuinely love being around animals and put a lot of care into making sure they feel safe, understood, and comfortable. During my psychology degree, I spent a year and a half studying Animal-Assisted Interventions, focusing on animal behavior, emotional attunement, human-animal connection, and therapeutic support work. My own dog is a huge part of my life — she travels around the country with me and goes almost everywhere by my side. I personally trained her with therapy/service dog foundations, which taught me a lot about patience, consistency, structure, and reading a dog’s needs and body language I'm fortunate that my days are centered around my dog, Bennie. I get up, let her out right away, then prepare her breakfast, and she eats while we start the morning together outside. I’m home most of the time and spend my days in the yard gardening, doing yard work, or working on projects around the property, so she’s with me and supervised throughout the day. I also always make sure there’s some form of engagement or mental stimulation so dogs are never bored or over-energized, whether that’s training, enrichment activities, or interactive play. If I need to run errands, Bennie usually comes with me and stays in the car if the weather is safe. If it’s too warm, she stays home in her calm, familiar environment instead. I’m typically only gone for short errands and make a point of never leaving her alone for long. When we’re not at home, we’re usually outside doing something active- swimming at the lake, going on hikes, going for runs, or taking long walks. Our lifestyle is very outdoors-oriented, and she’s included in almost everything I do Bennie is always at the top of my mind, and safety is my number one priority. I have a fully fenced, dog-proof yard with a secure gate that is always kept closed. I also have cameras on the property to monitor for wildlife or anything unsafe outside. Inside the home, I use non-toxic, pet-safe cleaning products and avoid harsh chemicals. I’m very mindful of anything dogs could be sensitive to, including what they’re exposed to, what they play with, and what they’re given. I only use safe toys and bones that are appropriate and supervised. Overall, I focus on creating a calm, secure environment where dogs can relax, explore, and feel completely safe while still having structure and supervision
About: My dog of 15 years was my best friend. I took care of him everyday since I was 7. Watching family pets when needed growing up. And now watching friends and family pets whenever needed Multiple hours of pet loving freedom each day. I work afternoons mostly but never have a fully busy day! Always have time for a fuzzy friend I have open front yard and lots of floor space inside. Can always easily crate a pet. Often walks or adventures. And lots of love!
“Sherri was an amazing dog sitter ? She was enthusiastic, flexible with our timeline, organized and most of all so loving to our puppy while we were gone. Her home is a safe, active sanctuary for pets while your gone. It’s obvious he was well attended to, taking multiple walks everyday and going on adventures and then snuggling on the couch. We are grateful we found Sherri during our trip to Glacier Park.”

“Becky was so helpful with watching my parents dog last minute. Becky sent updates and pictures throughout the night which really put my parents at ease. Thank you again 🙂”

About: From watching other peoples’ dogs to loving my own, there isn’t a world I would want to live in without our furry companions. They are family. I bring experience, obedience + lots of love. I currently work part-time at a salon + want to fill my downtime with something productive. I can’t imagine a better side hustle for me. I have a fenced in yard + dog-friendly neighborhood. I also have 2 dogs of my own that love other animals. I am extremely diligent when someone else’s four-legged friend is in my care.
“Alaina and her husband took great care of my dog while out of town. They are very friendly, respond quickly and have dogs of their own who got along with mine. She sent photos and updates daily. I will use them again.”

About: I am a full time Physical Therapist living in Whitefish with my boyfriend and our two dogs. I absolutely love animals. I am active and love the outdoors, so I will be more than happy to run or walk your dog as needed. I've been caring for animals since I was in high school and have had experience with all shapes, sizes, and ages. That being said, I have no problem giving medications, training, etc. I am quick to respond to calls/texts and give updates regularly while owners are away or at work and so forth. My goal is to go through your animals’ daily routine as closely as possible. Thank you for your consideration and I hope to be in contact with you as well as your pets soon! I’m currently working full time as a Physical Therapist and have some flexibility in my schedule to make things as smooth as possible for you and your pup. I work 8-10 hour days and if the location is right, can drop by over lunch for a potty break if needed. I will care for your pet at your home as close as possible to their regular schedule. If a walk morning and night is needed, they’ll get it. If snuggling on the couch is more important, we’ll do it!

Columbia Falls dog parents share their Rover experiences
Kelly is the BEST. She took my dogs to the river, sent me photos, and the pups were nice and tired when I got them back. I was able to spend the day in Glacier NP (her house is located between Whitefish and GNP) and know that my dogs were being well cared for. Kelly has a gorgeous piece of fenced property where the dogs could wander around and explore. Great energy all the way around. I look forward to booking Kelly again when I'm in the area!
