“Andy took great care of our lab. He gave her plenty of exercise and updated us daily with photos. He genuinely seemed to enjoy our dog which means a lot to us. I highly recommend Andy if you need someone to watch your dog.”

“Olivia is the absolute sweetest. Our dogs were so well taken care of and loved playing in the big yard. Will definitely be using her anytime we need to leave the dogs.”

“We are grateful to have a new trusted place to board our dog. Whitney has a great place for dogs and she is very conscientious and thorough with her care. Our dog had a great stay and we did not worry about her at all while on our trip.”

“Morgan was so kind and patient with our Jolene girl (and with us! All 3 of us were really anxious!) Her experience and expertise in dog training is what sold us on using her services. She was super responsive and helpful when weather de-railed some of our plans. Jolene came back to us really calm, which I was honestly surprised about, considering her normally sky-high anxiety levels!! Thanks Morgan!!”

“Zoie was an absolutely incredible dog sitter. Five stars does not feel like enough. She sent frequent updates throughout their stay, which gave me a great deal of peace of mind while I was away. She was attentive and proactive, reaching out when one of my dogs was whining so we could work together to figure out what he needed. My two dogs have special needs. One is blind and takes daily medication, and the other is deaf. Caring for them requires patience, attention, and flexibility, and Zoie handled it all with kindness and confidence for more than a week. It was clear from the beginning that she genuinely cared about their well being. I also made a mistake with my travel plans, and Zoie graciously kept them an extra night without hesitation. When they ran out of food before their new shipment arrived, she made sure they were fed and cared for until it did. One of my dogs even came home with a toy he became completely obsessed with, which was such a thoughtful gesture and a reflection of how much attention she paid to each dog’s individual personality and needs. Zoie consistently went above and beyond. She was not just a five star sitter. She was a ten. I would trust her with my dogs again in a heartbeat and cannot recommend her highly enough.”

“Copper had a great time at Lucy’s! She sent me photo updates everyday even though I was in and out of service throughout the park. I would feel more than comfortable leaving copper in Lucy’s care again in the future.”

“Lisa and her family did an excellent job watching over our little dog Mia. She sent daily updates with a picture included. Our dog was her normal self when we picked her up and Lisa gave us a good report on Mia’s stay. I give her my full recommendation without hesitation.”

“Sherri is the best dog mom ever!! Totally lives your dog and I could not have been more comfortable leaving my pup with her. If you need pup sitting in Bigfork then consider this your only option! Thanks Sherri!”

“Alyssa was great! I felt super comfortable leaving my dog with her, she was super communicative and sent pics! Highly recommend, hope to have her watch my pup again!”

“Shannon and Zach were amazing with Bella. They made her feel part of the family and she loved playing with their kids and dog. Shannon also has some serious photography skills! Couldn’t recommend them any more strongly!”

“Brycen was great! We have a 1.5 year old chocolate lab with a lot of energy. We received updates about how our puppy was doing. She also seemed happy when we went to pick her up. Would recommend Brycen!”

“Kelly has a most ideal situation for any dog who loves playing outside with other dogs. She has a very large outdoor fenced-in property for the dogs to roam around freely all day. She also took them to the nearby river every afternoon when it was brutally hot. Our dog hates to get wet, but under Jelly’s supervision he changed his mind and went in. I saw photographic proof. I didn’t feel bad leaving him, because I knew he was basically going summer camp for dogs, and getting a lot of attention from Kelly.”

About: I am a full time Physical Therapist living in Whitefish with my boyfriend and our two dogs. I absolutely love animals. I am active and love the outdoors, so I will be more than happy to run or walk your dog as needed. I've been caring for animals since I was in high school and have had experience with all shapes, sizes, and ages. That being said, I have no problem giving medications, training, etc. I am quick to respond to calls/texts and give updates regularly while owners are away or at work and so forth. My goal is to go through your animals’ daily routine as closely as possible. Thank you for your consideration and I hope to be in contact with you as well as your pets soon! I’m currently working full time as a Physical Therapist and have some flexibility in my schedule to make things as smooth as possible for you and your pup. I work 8-10 hour days and if the location is right, can drop by over lunch for a potty break if needed. I will care for your pet at your home as close as possible to their regular schedule. If a walk morning and night is needed, they’ll get it. If snuggling on the couch is more important, we’ll do it!

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Hungry Horse
We couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter! Whitney is conveniently located to the West Glacier entrance. She took such wonderful care of our Goldens while we hiked in Glacier National Park. She sent us updates, photos, and made sure our dogs got plenty of playtime! It was clear from the start that she truly loves animals, and our dogs were instantly comfortable with her. We felt completely at ease knowing our dogs were in such caring and capable hands. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, kind, and dependable sitter!

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in MT ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
