I love spending time with dogs of all sizes, personalities, and energy levels, whether that means long walks, playtime, sticking to a routine, or just giving them extra cuddles and attention while you’re away. My goal is to make your dog feel as happy and stress-free as possible while giving you confidence that they’re being treated like family every step of the way! I work M-F 8am to 4:30pm. I can provide midday bathroom breaks since I live so close to where I work. I also work from home on Wednesdays. I will treat your pet as if they are my own. My yard is not fenced in but I have plenty of safe places to walk your dog.

About: I've interacted with the smallest to the largest dog breeds out there. They all just want to be loved. I enjoy playing with all kinds of puppers. I'm currently not working, but I am actively looking for full time work and was recommended this by a friend that does this in her spare time due to an injury. I know how and what to look out for if anything were to be wrong with your fur babies. I've had some formal training as a veterinary technician.

About: Hi! I’m Maggie, a lifelong animal lover and dog mom to two sweet pups. I’ve been caring for pets for over 15 years, starting back in high school when I became the neighborhood go-to sitter. Since then, I’ve looked after dogs of all sizes and personalities, plus a handful of cats and other small pets along the way. I currently work as a case manager, which means my weekly schedule is flexible and varies day-to-day. I have appointments at different times throughout the week, but I’m able to come and go as needed. With a little notice, I can schedule my work appointments around your availability and your pet’s routine. I’m used to balancing a dynamic schedule, so making sure your pet gets the consistent care, walks, and attention they need is always a priority. As a dog mom to two high-energy, love-filled pups, I know how important structure, attention, and affection are. At home, our days include frequent walks, plenty of yard time to burn off energy, and a consistent meal and treat routine. We use clear, consistent verbiage for commands and always reward good behavior; lots of praise, treats, and even more snuggles. I love keeping dogs mentally and physically stimulated, so car rides, errands, and controlled socialization are a regular part of our routine. I bring that same approach to caring for pets in a client’s home. I follow your instructions closely, keep your pet’s routine intact, and make sure they feel safe, understood, and loved while you’re away. Whether they need exercise, structure, gentle reassurance, or just someone to hang out with, I meet each pet where they are and give them the same level of care I give my own.

About: Hours of availability on the weekends, Friday 5pm-Sun 9pm. Possibly before 5 on fridays depending on location. I Love dogs, and have had 3 jack Russell terriers and 2 German short haired pointers and now 2 Labrador retrievers. I want to make it easy for pet owners to do things and not have to worry about their pet. I have also been in charge of the grooming(nails,bathing etc) since I was young. I feel I can tell how/what dogs want, they call me the dog whisperer. Just want all dogs/animals to love me :) We now adopted 3 kittens in the last 6 years since they always find us. Let me care for your dog/cat while you enjoy yourself. I have had other animals, not just dogs, as I care for animals in general(fish,guinea pigs, gerbils, rabbits, birds, cats). I have always been the dependable Neighbor and was always asked to watch the neighbors animals while they were away. I know how hard it is to find a caring person to watch your pet, instead of a kennel. I also have had to give my first dog insulin shots 2xs a day, also have given her medicine daily. Also give medicine/supplements to my current pets. Let me be that person.

About: QUICK HEADS UP: My partner and I are planning to move sometime in 2026. We don’t have a solid timeline yet. Also, I am currently back in school and this may mean my daily schedule looks a little different at times, but everything I am learning directly benefits the dogs in my care. taking courses to become a Canine Behavior Consultant.Please please be patient with me during this transitional year. And don’t worry we’re only moving about 20 minutes away, so all my regulars will still be comfortably in my radius! ❤️ BEFORE YOU BOOK PLEASE READ THIS ❤️ For stays longer than four days and for holidays the rate is higher and I want to explain why. This is not a nine to five job. It is a twenty four seven commitment. Most visiting dogs cannot be left alone at all, and because of that I miss a lot. I skip family events. I rearrange appointments. I lose sleep when dogs are anxious or cannot settle their first night. I stay up if someone is vomiting from nerves. I cancel plans when a dog needs more support than expected. I spend weekends inside when other people are out living life because a pup needs constant supervision. I put your dogs above everything else in my personal life, including my own family at times. I only take one family pack at a time. Your dogs get my full focus and a safe space without the chaos that comes from mixing multiple families. I take them on real hikes, give them real enrichment, and use high quality human grade treats because visiting dogs need both movement and mental work to settle in a new place. I even go as far as renting out private land for dogs who are leash reactive or for pups who need a huge fenced in area with tons of acres to burn off anxiety and energy in a safe way. I share the smiling pictures and the fun adventures, but there is a lot that happens behind the scenes to make sure your dog feels safe, loved, and stable. This level of care takes real time, real sacrifice, and real dedication, and that is why I am firm in my pricing. I’ve been around dogs my entire life, and honestly… they’ve shaped a huge part of who I am. I live with my Italian Greyhound pretty much 24/7 (he has separation anxiety and I wouldn’t have it any other way), so I’m very used to the “velcro dog” lifestyle. Because of him, I’m super tuned into the little things.. their routines, their quirks, their sensitivities, and all the ways they try to communicate. I also grew up with Dobermans, so I’m no stranger to big, smart, emotional dogs who need confidence, structure, and someone who actually pays attention. That upbringing taught me patience, consistency, and to always advocate for the dog in front of me. I’ve had all sorts of animals in my life..even my two skinny pigs who recently crossed the rainbow bridge. They were tiny, but trust me, they had huge personalities and fit right in with visiting pups. Between my own dogs, my extended family’s dogs, and the endless stream of personalities I meet through boarding, I’ve gotten really comfortable reading different temperaments. Cuddly lap dogs, anxious shadow followers, high energy explorers, the “I’m independent but also please never leave me” types. I love them all and adjust to whatever they need. I’ve also worked with dogs who aren’t always easy around others. I take things slow, keep everyone safe, and create an environment where every dog can relax and feel secure. Safety and understanding always come first. At the end of the day, every dog who stays with me becomes part of my little crew. I’m not a kennel! They live life with me. Walks, snuggles, routines, the whole thing. Your pup will be cared for exactly how I care for my own: with intention, patience, and a lot of love. ❤️ Dog boarding is my full time thing now. No side jobs and no juggling. This is truly what I do every day. The dogs are part of everything I am doing, whether I am folding laundry, watering plants, or working out in the yard. When the weather is warm we are outside a ton getting fresh air, exploring, and just living life together. A few times a year I take short breaks to focus on my own dog Luigi, and to reset my mental health. It keeps our home running smoothly and makes sure every dog who stays with us gets a calm, consistent, happy environment. When I am at my best, your pups get the best. I know what it feels like to hand your dog to someone else and hope they truly understand them. That is why I take safety so seriously. Quality always comes before quantity in my home. I am very selective about how many dogs I accept at one time, and most of the time your dog or dogs will be the only ones staying with us. On rare occasions, this may include a dog who has already stayed with me multiple times and has an emergency come up. In those situations, all pet parents involved are notified and asked for permission before anything is confirmed. I have a fenced in yard and I am always outside with the dogs. When we drive they are buckled into a harness every single time. I carry first aid in my car and in my hiking backpack because being prepared matters. I use Apple AirTags when we leave the house so I always know where your pup is. If your dog is leash reactive or nervous I plan ahead. I research quiet trails, low traffic times, and when needed I rent private land so it is only us and there are no surprises. I want you to feel completely at ease knowing your dog is safe, understood, and protected. Trust is earned, and I show it through every decision I make.

Dog walking is great for their physical and mental health/improves their joints, and all around good therapy for me and your pet. Play time is also important. I will treat your furry family member with the utmost care & diligence. I am responsible, attentive, & detail oriented and will provide quality services. Currently available during the day. Just about anyday with a little notice. Can set up regular scheduled walk times. Or if you are in a bind, and need, on spur of notice. I am willing to walk from your home, or to a near by park. Giving attention and time. I typically like to know if they have a specific diet, medications, preferences, etc.

About: Animals have been part of my life since I was 7 years old, and caring for them has always come naturally to me. Over the years, I’ve loved and cared for 3 cats and 6 dogs of my own, giving me experience with all kinds of personalities, energy levels, and care needs.
