“Deb was terrific, her home was wonderful wirh a nice large yard set far back off the road. She was very accomodating considering our last minute request for an overnight stay for our pup Dyson. He came home pretty happy!”

“Cynthia and her Husband Lance were welcoming and willing to help us out last minute. They took really good care of of dog and made him feel like home. Would 100% recommend them! Thank you again!”

“Krista was absolutely AMAZING!!!!! I had a last minute trip out of town and I she accommodated me. Thanks Krista! She showed my lil man so much love and attention and sent lots of pictures. Definitely recommend her!!!”

“We left our 4 month old puppy for the first weekend away with Tara, and he had a blast! She loved on him like he was her own, and sent us sweet pictures and updates. We felt so comfortable being able to go away and know that our pup was getting love and attention. They have a fenced in yard, which was nice, too! We will certainly be requesting her services again soon!”

“Nanci and her husband were wonderful and you can tell they truly love dogs. Molly seemed to enjoy being with them and they took her for regular walks and kept in contact with photos. We definitely plan to use them again!”

“Giselle was amazing with our dog, Henry. She stayed in touch the whole time we were gone, updating us with pictures and videos. Henry was in such a great hands. He probably got more attention then he does at home! She took him for many walks, and found his favorite spot to be scratched. We absolutely recommend Giselle and will be calling on her again.”

“This was the first time using Rover… Vicky was absolutely a dream. My dog’s loved her family and her little girl Nova! (her dog) slept with my little Frenchie all night she kept me updated on what they ate and I felt very comfortable leaving my dog’s for the first time with someone new…. I will be definitely be leaving my dogs with her and her family again!”

“Angelita is accommodating and her prices are reasonable. She was quick to respond to my request and she welcomed Aurora into her home with open arms. She texted me updates and photos to make sure I knew how things went. She also responded quickly to texts from me checking in. I will definitely book with Angelita again when I am in need of a sitter for our dog.”

“I would definitely recommend Sarah for watching your dog. She took such good care of my Murphy while I was away on an unexpected work trip. Sarah sent lots of pictures and updates. Murphy seemed right at home there on her big comfy couch.”

“Tania and her family took amazing care of our Mac! We didn’t worry once during our time away, as we knew he was in great hands. Tania is a great communicator, and sent us many pictures of our baby throughout the weekend. When we got there to pick him up, he was in no rush to leave. What a great feeling!”

“Genalind and the whole family were great with my dogs.. will definitely book with her again. Great pictures and keeping me posted with my dogs all day.. We loved that.. thank you so much”

“2nd time that Charissa and Shawn has taken in our baby Gorgon and literally made himself at home. We have been very lucky in finding them because our dog is a fairly nervous and anxious boy so traditional boarding places just don’t work for him. He absolutely adores them and their kids and he’s a lot happier being one on one with someone to care for him. Thank you so much for watching over him and for sure using these guys again and again when need be.”

“Our little Beowulf had a blast with Alexis and her children. They treated him like part of the family and even gave him a little stuffed lamb ❤️ Will definitely contact to book with again in the future!”
“Kianna was great with taking care of our dog Alfie! He had some last minute medical complications with his back and she was great about following care instructions, providing regular updates, and giving him medications.”

“First time with Billie. My dog got settled with her very quickly. Kept in touch with pics and comments. Very happy that I choose her for my dog. Very satisfied. I will certainly leave my dog in her care whenever needed. Best of all, she is fantastic person. Thanks Billie.”

“Betsy and Ron provide a perfect home away from home for our Coco! They are keenly sensitive to individual pup’s personalities and needs. She even cleaned off a windowsill for Coco because looking outside is her favorite pastime. Taking only one at a time, they give your dog all the attention. Another huge plus to me—their house is spotlessly clean. 5 stars is not quite enough!”

“I highly recommend Becky, she always takes such great care of our dog!! She is so caring and responsive, always sends pictures and updates. I never worry about our dog when she’s staying at Becky’s!”

“Laura is THE BEST! She met with us and our cat Chewy twice before we left for our trip, to make sure we all felt comfortable which gave us peace of mind. She left the apartment squeaky clean and took care of our baby. We got regular picture and video updates, and our cat was super happy and content. We would hire her again in a heartbeat! Thank you so much Laura!”

“We needed a sitter on short notice and Amanda and her family were immediately willing to help us. Can't say enough how much I appreciate them taking care of our fur babies!”

“I've never felt so relaxed on a trip knowing my pets were being taken care of and safe. I could definitely tell there was genuine care for my pets. Thank you so so much.”

“I can't say enough about Denise !! She treated our dog like it was her own. Eyedrops were required and she didn't hesitate (we have a Rottweiler) I don't want any other pet sitter! SHE'S THE ONE!!”
“Bri was great with my 2 cats!! She was willing to learn how to give an insulin injection and did great giving them!! I came home to happy, purring cats that were well taken care of! I appreciated the updates and pictures with each check-in too!! Thanks Bri!!”

“Isabel did a fantastic job with my cat! She did everything that I asked her to do and more, and I know that Venus thoroughly enjoyed her time with Isabel. I cannot recommend her enough. She is responsible, thoughtful, caring, kind, and communicative, everything that I look for in a pet sitter. An easy 5 stars, and I would highly recommend Isabel for your pets!”

“Faith was on time for our drop in visits; she asked questions when needed and answered any question(s) I had while away. She was willing to change or clean litter but was not necessary and sent many pics of my kitten. She followed my feeding instructions for my kitten and updates me on what he ate and litter "issues". I would easily use Faith again or recommend her to others.”

“Alexis went above and beyond taking care of our kitties!!! She was amazing with having one of my cats needing medication daily. She cared for them like they were her own pets. Exactly what you want when you’re away and not having to worry about your pets! She was also willing to help out with some house things also!! I would Highly recommend her to care for your pets!! She was very caring and loving! My one cat is very skittish & hardly comes out for me, and she was out everyday waiting to visit with Alexis!! Would have her back anytime to care for my pets!!!”

About: While you’re gone, your cats notice and feel the absence just like any other furry pets. They deserve time spent offering human presence and connection in your absence to bridge the gap until you return. I believe in cat care that is wholesome and thought out to keep you at ease while you’re gone.
About: QUICK HEADS UP: My partner and I are planning to move sometime in 2026. We don’t have a solid timeline yet. Also, I am currently back in school and this may mean my daily schedule looks a little different at times, but everything I am learning directly benefits the dogs in my care. taking courses to become a Canine Behavior Consultant. Please please be patient with me during this transitional year. And don’t worry we’re only moving about 20 minutes away, so all my regulars will still be comfortably in my radius! ❤️ BEFORE YOU BOOK PLEASE READ THIS ❤️ For stays longer than four days and for holidays the rate is higher and I want to explain why. This is not a nine to five job. It is a twenty four seven commitment. Most visiting dogs cannot be left alone at all, and because of that I miss a lot. I skip family events. I rearrange appointments. I lose sleep when dogs are anxious or cannot settle their first night. I stay up if someone is vomiting from nerves. I cancel plans when a dog needs more support than expected. I spend weekends inside when other people are out living life because a pup needs constant supervision. I put your dogs above everything else in my personal life, including my own family at times. I only take one family pack at a time. Your dogs get my full focus and a safe space without the chaos that comes from mixing multiple families. I take them on real hikes, give them real enrichment, and use high quality human grade treats because visiting dogs need both movement and mental work to settle in a new place. I even go as far as renting out private land for dogs who are leash reactive or for pups who need a huge fenced in area with tons of acres to burn off anxiety and energy in a safe way. I share the smiling pictures and the fun adventures, but there is a lot that happens behind the scenes to make sure your dog feels safe, loved, and stable. This level of care takes real time, real sacrifice, and real dedication, and that is why I am firm in my pricing. I’ve been around dogs my entire life, and honestly… they’ve shaped a huge part of who I am. I live with my Italian Greyhound pretty much 24/7 (he has separation anxiety and I wouldn’t have it any other way), so I’m very used to the “velcro dog” lifestyle. Because of him, I’m super tuned into the little things.. their routines, their quirks, their sensitivities, and all the ways they try to communicate. I also grew up with Dobermans, so I’m no stranger to big, smart, emotional dogs who need confidence, structure, and someone who actually pays attention. That upbringing taught me patience, consistency, and to always advocate for the dog in front of me. I’ve had all sorts of animals in my life..even my two skinny pigs who recently crossed the rainbow bridge. They were tiny, but trust me, they had huge personalities and fit right in with visiting pups. Between my own dogs, my extended family’s dogs, and the endless stream of personalities I meet through boarding, I’ve gotten really comfortable reading different temperaments. Cuddly lap dogs, anxious shadow followers, high energy explorers, the “I’m independent but also please never leave me” types. I love them all and adjust to whatever they need. I’ve also worked with dogs who aren’t always easy around others. I take things slow, keep everyone safe, and create an environment where every dog can relax and feel secure. Safety and understanding always come first. At the end of the day, every dog who stays with me becomes part of my little crew. I’m not a kennel! They live life with me. Walks, snuggles, routines, the whole thing. Your pup will be cared for exactly how I care for my own: with intention, patience, and a lot of love. ❤️ Dog boarding is my full time thing now. No side jobs and no juggling. This is truly what I do every day. The dogs are part of everything I am doing, whether I am folding laundry, watering plants, or working out in the yard. When the weather is warm we are outside a ton getting fresh air, exploring, and just living life together. A few times a year I take short breaks to focus on my own dog Luigi, and to reset my mental health. It keeps our home running smoothly and makes sure every dog who stays with us gets a calm, consistent, happy environment. When I am at my best, your pups get the best. I know what it feels like to hand your dog to someone else and hope they truly understand them. That is why I take safety so seriously. Quality always comes before quantity in my home. I am very selective about how many dogs I accept at one time, and most of the time your dog or dogs will be the only ones staying with us. On rare occasions, this may include a dog who has already stayed with me multiple times and has an emergency come up. In those situations, all pet parents involved are notified and asked for permission before anything is confirmed. I have a fenced in yard and I am always outside with the dogs. When we drive they are buckled into a harness every single time. I carry first aid in my car and in my hiking backpack because being prepared matters. I use Apple AirTags when we leave the house so I always know where your pup is. If your dog is leash reactive or nervous I plan ahead. I research quiet trails, low traffic times, and when needed I rent private land so it is only us and there are no surprises. I want you to feel completely at ease knowing your dog is safe, understood, and protected. Trust is earned, and I show it through every decision I make.

“I am SO thrilled that I found Kianna!!! I can go away and not stress about my two cats - I know they are taken care of and well loved. She is super responsive and sends wonderful pictures and updates, couldn’t ask for a better pet sitter! Very thankful for her!”

“Amy & Patrick are such kind and considerate sitters. Dusty is high-energy as well as picky when it comes to people she likes. It's obvious she loves spending time with them from her excitement when I drop her off. Amy taught Dusty to "drop it" which even her professional trainer and I couldn't manage. I have complete trust and peace of mind leaving my pup with them.”

“Ashley did a fantastic job caring for my dog, while I was away for a day. Bailey was so anxious to stay with Ashley, and I know she was given excellent care and lots of attention. I loved the texts and the pictures that were sent to me, giving me peace of mind. I would highly recommend Ashley to anyone. She deserves a 6 star rating for all of her efforts!!”

Kellyann kept me informed throughout the day with updates and pics of Ireland. This really helped me to feel secure about my "baby girl" staying there.I would highly recommend contacting Kellyann to take care of your pet!!”

“Our pup Josie is working on separation anxiety and Mai was willing to work with us. We were hopeful and it turned out great! It takes a special person with patience, love and a gentleness to care for animals and Mai is just. Not worrying when we are away is a really good feeling and we are very grateful that we have met Mai!”

“Ashley was the best; professional and loving to our Mochi. She kept us updated with daily photos and videos and records of Mochi’s eating, walking etc. She’s a great communicator! Mochi loved going to her house as Ashley has created a lovely environment where pets can roam freely while being supervised”

“After spending over 6 hours with Gwendoline, my super playful German Shepherd who sleeps with one eye open at all times in the event someone tosses a tennis ball, was Knocked. Out. in the back seat of the car for most of the ride home. We were visiting the area for the day so it was a three hour trip! Suffice it to say, he had a full and busy day even though it was raining outside! A tired dog is a happy dog. Thanks, Gwendoline, for taking such loving care of my Shermie!”

“She was wonderful with our two dogs. She offered to make our dog, who had a belly ache, some broth. She sent pictures throughout the day. Overall great experience.”

“Zeus had a great day with D and all her animals. He doesn’t get to spend much time with new dogs so it was great for him. He came home very sleepy. D was very inviting and put us at ease while watching Zeus by sending pictures and updates.”

“Laken is extremely flexible and very accommodating and has been extremely welcoming of my my alternatively active and needy/loving rescue pup, Maddie for daycare once a week. Most recently, she has had to board her on short notice while I have been hospitalized…no small feat as Maddie does not warm up easily to strangers and can be mouthy at times. I am eternally thankful for Laken and her family for their help!!”

“Paul was fantastic! Five stars isn't enough. He was extremely prompt, kind, and thorough with his communication from our initial request through pick-up. He took incredible care of our two boys and treated them like family. They were safe and comfortable. We received regular text and photo updates throughout their stay, and it was wonderful to see how much fun they were having. They even came home with a goodie bag of treats! His compassion and genuine love for animals were evident in every interaction. We can't speak highly enough of Paul and are so grateful for the exceptional care he provided. We'll definitely be using his services again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring dog sitter.”

I follow feeding schedules carefully, reinforce any existing training or boundaries, and ensure water, litter boxes, and living areas remain clean and organized. For dogs, I tailor walks and exercise to their energy level while maintaining safe leash handling and awareness of surroundings. For cats, I focus on calm interaction, litter maintenance, enrichment, and respecting their comfort level. I treat every home with the same care and respect I would expect for my own — locking doors securely, communicating clearly, and providing updates with photos when appropriate. Thank you again!”

About: Hello! My name is Danielle Martin. I have a master's degree in School Psychology from Millersville University and I work at a local school district. In my spare time, I enjoy being outside, cooking, and of course, spending time with all the doggos! I currently have a 6-year-old Bernese Mountain Mix, named Ryker, who I adopted in May 2020. Best quarantine decision ever! Previously, I have owned two Great Danes, so I have experience with large breeds. As a dog sitter, I aim to spend as much time with your dogs as possible, so that their time spent away from you is a pleasant one. If the dogs are up for it, I love taking them on walks and hikes, playing with their favorite toy together, and of course, snuggling and relaxing together. Since starting with Rover, I have met so many amazing pups of all ages and sizes. I also have experience with cats, small pets, birds, and reptiles! I look forward to meeting your furry friend! I am currently not working for the summer (one of the perks of being in public education!), which allows me to have a very flexible schedule. I can easily incorporate pet care into my daily routine and adjust my availability to meet your pet’s needs for walks, drop-in visits, playtime, feeding, and companionship. I am not providing in-home sitting at this time. When at a clients home, I am respectful of the property and aim to leave the home in the same (or better) condition as when I arrived.

I am comfortable with administering medications, reinforcing basic training and good manners during walks and visits, and providing detailed updates so owners can feel confident their pets are in good hands. I have a lot of time on the weekends to walk dogs but I also have some time in the mornings for a dog or two monday-thursday In your home, I follow your pet’s normal routine to help them feel comfortable and safe. I keep up with feeding schedules, walks, potty breaks, medication instructions, and lots of love. I always pay attention to their body language and make sure they’re happy, relaxed, and well-cared for while you’re away.

“Mya is amazing with our dog. We have booked her on many different occasions and she’s always great. We were nervous having a stranger walking our little guy, but Mya is awesome. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for someone you can trust your puppy with!”

About: Hi! I’m Maggie, a lifelong animal lover and dog mom to two sweet pups. I’ve been caring for pets for over 15 years, starting back in high school when I became the neighborhood go-to sitter. Since then, I’ve looked after dogs of all sizes and personalities, plus a handful of cats and other small pets along the way. I treat my own dogs the way most people treat their kids; with patience, structure, fun, and tons of love. And I bring that exact same energy to every pet I care for. Your pet’s comfort and routine come first, and I always take time to learn what makes them feel safe, happy, and understood. As someone who often looks for sitters for my own dogs, I truly understand how important it is to find the right person; someone you trust, someone who communicates, and someone who treats your pets like family. My boyfriend and I take that responsibility seriously. While I’m the one offering pet-sitting services, he’s at home with our own doggos, making sure they’re happy, safe, and sticking to their routine. Because we know firsthand what good care looks like, we make it a priority to provide that same level of comfort, attention, and reliability to every pet we look after. Your pets deserve someone who “gets it,” and that’s exactly the kind of care we strive to provide. I currently work as a case manager, which means my weekly schedule is flexible and varies day-to-day. I have appointments at different times throughout the week, but I’m able to come and go as needed. With a little notice, I can schedule my work appointments around your availability and your pet’s routine. I’m used to balancing a dynamic schedule, so making sure your pet gets the consistent care, walks, and attention they need is always a priority. As a dog mom to two high-energy, love-filled pups, I know how important structure, attention, and affection are. At home, our days include frequent walks, plenty of yard time to burn off energy, and a consistent meal and treat routine. We use clear, consistent verbiage for commands and always reward good behavior; lots of praise, treats, and even more snuggles. I love keeping dogs mentally and physically stimulated, so car rides, errands, and controlled socialization are a regular part of our routine. I bring that same approach to caring for pets in a client’s home. I follow your instructions closely, keep your pet’s routine intact, and make sure they feel safe, understood, and loved while you’re away. Whether they need exercise, structure, gentle reassurance, or just someone to hang out with, I meet each pet where they are and give them the same level of care I give my own.
About: I started fostering kitten when I was around 5, and have fostered over 200 kittens with the local humane league. The last 4 years of my life were spent caring for my childhood cat full time who passed at 19. I'm great at dealing with cat personalities, I've seen all types while fostering, and I'm especially good with scared or shy cats, and great at caring for elderly kitties. I've had dogs all my life, one or two always since I was 10. All were big golden retrievers/labs, all quite big boys, but I love all types of dogs. I'm going to be available full time to take care of your pets. Until recently, I was taking care of my own elderly cat full time as she needed lots of care. Now I'd really like to help out other peoples pets with the knowledge and experience I've gained throughout my life. Give them a good pet and checkup every time I see them to make sure nothing hurts/stands out. I can do whatever else your pet usually needs too. I'm great at getting shy/mean cats to warm up to me, and I'm great at giving cats medicine.
About: Hi! I’m a reliable, caring, and attentive dog lover who understands that pets are family. I love spending time with dogs of all sizes, personalities, and energy levels, whether that means long walks, playtime, sticking to a routine, or just giving them extra cuddles and attention while you’re away. I pride myself on being dependable, patient, and communicative, and I’ll always make sure your pup feels safe, comfortable, and loved in my care. I know how important peace of mind is when leaving your pet with someone new, so I’m happy to provide regular updates and photos throughout their stay or visit. “Rebecca was great with my dog Pepper, who is shy at first until she warms up to a new person. I got daily text messages about their morning walks along with photos. She also had some all natural treats for Pepper (after she asked if it was ok for her to have them). I would defiantly use Rebecca again while we are out of town.”

She texted me updates and photos to make sure I knew how things went. She also responded quickly to texts from me checking in. I will definitely book with Angelita again when I am in need of a sitter for our dog.”

“Lexzee was amazing! She was so incredibly thoughtful and kind to our pups. She went above and beyond with everything she did. Our dogs loved staying with her. We can’t wait to use her again and again!”

“Alexis was GREAT when she boarded my dog! She made us feel really comfortable with leaving our pup there over the weekend! She was really accommodating and responsive too! I would definitely bring my dog back to stay with Alexis.”
