I have a dog and cat of my own and have spent the past 5+ years walking dogs, pet sitting, and providing overnight care — including for dogs who need extra attention, medications, or just a little more patience. About: Hi! You’re pets will be in great hands during their time with me. With over 3 years as a vet tech and boarding specialist, I am very familiar with keeping animals happy when they are away from home. I also have experience with providing medical accommodations for your animal if needed. I have 3 cats and 2 dogs myself, so play dates are easy to coordinate. During their time with me, your pet will get lots of exercise, play time in our fenced in backyard or dog park, and plenty of cuddles. I am currently a full-time pet sitter. I am available to provide around the clock care and will follow any special routine you have for your pets. I will follow special care requests and pet rules you set. I typically let pets on furniture so please be sure to let me know if that's not allowed. Pets will be walked on a secure leash (preferably with harness) unless yard is securely fenced and you say it's okay for them to be off leash. I always make sure the water bowl is clean and full of fresh water. You can expect to come back to a clean home and happy pet.

About: Growing up, I have always had pets. We have had both dogs and cats that I had to care for since a young age. As I’ve gotten older, I have been watching friends’ pets when they go out of town. About three years ago, I made a Facebook post about my dog sitting that caught many people’s attention. I had many responses that led to lots of pet sitting that summer. Every summer since 2019, my schedule has been completely booked up with pet sitting in my area. I have experience with small dogs, big dogs, puppies, older dogs, and cats. I am a social worker in the Hammond area. I work hybrid, so I have the opportunity to work from home and use that time to take care of your sweet dogs and cats. I am unable to bring pets into my home because I am renting an apartment that does not allow pets. However, I would love to care for your animals in your home! If your home is accommodating to your pets, then it should be no problem. I also have a car that I can put dogs in to take them to a dog park or to a walking trail.

I do not currently have a fenced in yard, however I do have 2 dogs of my own that I care for every day in my yard. They always go out on a leash and I am very careful not to allow them to wander!

About: I have owned and taken care of animals since I was born and absolutely love it. From horses, ferrets, squirrels, to raccoons, I have had it all. My mother is a veterinarian so we have owned 12-18 animals at once all my life. I love animals so much and could not imagine life without them! I am currently in college at Northwest mississippi community college and have morning classes from 9-12. I have nothing else to do for the rest of the day and it makes me homesick thinking about my animals back home. I would love a opportunity to work with animals near me. About: My dog was my best friend, and I cared for her since I was 9 years old. She passed in early 2024. I'm 24 now, and still just as enthusiastic about caring for dogs. Though it's far too soon for me to get another dog of my own, being around other people's pets helps to fill the gap, so I've since taken up work as a kennel technician. I'll take care of your furry friends as if they're my own! I will be available to walk your dog during the weekdays! I currently work part-time, so my schedule is very flexible! I know first-hand how time consuming a pet can be, so I'd love to take advantage of my current free time and help out as much as I can. I am willing to take your dog on a 30-60 minute walk depending on need, cleaning up after them along the way. I am also willing to work on leash training if necessary.
