About: I'm highly skilled at reading animal body language. I have experience with anxious, temperamental, excitable, shy, and senior pets. I've cared for cats since a young age and have more recent hands-on experience with dogs of all sizes and temperaments. I'm comfortable supporting both energetic younger pets and older pets who require a softer approach. I am able to handle animals gently, give oral/injection medications, routine care, play, and feeding. I am currently work part-time Monday through Wednesday from 10:00am-6:00pm. On Thursdays and Fridays, I'm fully available during the day and usually make plans around 6:00pm, but I'm always happy to stop by before or after. I'm completely available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays for visits, drop-ins, or extended care. I always make sure I'm aware of any pet allergies, medical needs, and medications that must be given. If a medication has to be administered at a specific time, I will adjust my schedule to ensure your pet's safety and consistency. I take care to keep toxic plants, foods, and loose wires out of reach, and I maintain clean litter boxes and bowls throughout my visits. If certain pets cannot share a space, I will follow your instructions closely to keep everyone safe and comfortable. In case of emergencies, I have a reliable vehicle that pets can safely ride in if transportation is needed.

I’m not sure if the expectations were unclear, but she arrived late for the house sitting and then the only updates I received were a few blurry pictures for the weekend of my 2 dogs and cat. When I asked how they were doing she said they were doing good…as a pet sitter myself and the fact that I emphasized that I wanted updates, I hoped that she would have told me when my dog didn’t eat and updates on everyone. Fix that and I’d give her 5 stars!”

I have a large backyard with plenty of room for dogs to play, explore, and burn off energy throughout the day. I also have a very friendly golden retriever, Theo, who is neutered and loves making new friends. He is gentle, social, and used to being around other dogs, which makes our home a great environment for pups who enjoy companionship. My home is a calm, clean, and structured environment and I’m happy to follow your dog’s routine as closely as possible, including accommodating to feeding schedules, crate training, medications, and special instructions. Whether your dog needs daycare, overnight sitting, or a place to stay while you travel, they would have plenty of attention, exercise, and care while they’re here. Im also happy to do meet-and-greets beforehand to make sure everyone feels comfortable! I work from home and usually never have to leave the house during the day, so your pet will never be left alone unless already discussed! Particularly for day care services, your pet will have access to the home and have a big backyard and plenty of space for comfort. Your pet will be in a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. I can introduce dogs slowly and carefully, especially when meeting our golden retriever Theo, who is neutered, very friendly, and used to being around other dogs. I have a large backyard for supervised outdoor time and live near a walking trail where dogs can get safe daily exercise on leash. Inside the home, dogs have plenty of space to relax, and I follow the owner’s instructions closely for feeding, crate use, medications, and routines. Only dogs that are a good fit for the home are taken in so that everyone stays safe and comfortable. I can provide regular updates and photos so owners can feel confident their pet is being well cared for. The goal is to make every dog feel at home!

About: I have been taking care of dogs and many different animals since I was a child! I had many pets ranging from birds, frogs, iguanas, hermit crabs, ferrets, cats, and dogs. I have always been an animal lover! I unfortunately do not get to have a pet of my own due to my husband being in the Air Force. Which means we move around a lot. This has been really hard for me considering the fact that my whole life I’ve been acclimated to caring for and loving pets. Being able to care for your pet while we are stationed here in the Memphis area would fulfill my dreams of being able to take care of animals. I’m currently a stay at home mom and disabled veteran. As long as my kids are at school (7 AM-2 PM) I am 100% available! Outside of those hours I could pet sit for you at my home! I can accommodate depending on your preferences for your fur baby and depending if they are potty trained. I have a 2800 sq ft home. And a huge back yard for your fur baby to play in.
