“When our normal sitter for our 18 year old dog was unavailable we selected Dayjah to fill in. As our dog is old, we are very protective with him. We spike with Dayjah on the phone first. It was clear that she not only was very knowledgeable about about pet care, but even more important, she loved animals. Our dog did fantastic with Dayjah. Infact, he did not seem to want to leave when we picked him up. Dayjah has my highest recommendation in providing safe and loving care for your pet!”

About: I have 2 dogs of my own and have grown up around them since I was little. My two dogs are a huge part of our family. I take them on walks, talk to them like they are human and give them cuddles and love. I have 2 older boys who are dog lovers and are excited to help me in any way possible. My twin girls will be the cuddles. We are excited to welcome your fur baby to our home. I am a teacher, so I am currently at home for a lot of my day. My main job is running my 4 kids to activities at night. Our day consists of going on the trail behind our house for walks and hanging out at home, or taking trips to the pool or other fun outing. Having older boys who are home too means my house isn't lonely for pets in the summer. I will treat your pets and your house as if it were my own. I will follow instructions that are given to me. If I need clarification, I will ask. I know how hard it is to leave your pet, so I will treat them how I want dogs treated.

About: I genuinely treat every pet as if they were my own, focusing on their individual needs, routines, and personalities. I'm dependable, attentive, and communicate openly with owners, ensuring peace of mind while they’re away. Whether it's extra playtime, careful attention to health needs, or simply being a calming presence, I go above and beyond to make sure each pet feels safe, loved, and happy. Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine I plan my days around feeding times, walks, play sessions, and any special needs a pet may have. Whether it’s early morning walks, midday check-ins, or evening cuddle time, I make sure each pet gets consistent attention, exercise, and care throughout the day. Their well-being is always a top priority in my schedule. In my home, I provide a safe, comfortable, and pet friendly environment where pets can relax, play, and feel at home. I stick closely to their usual routines, offer plenty of attention, playtime, and outdoor walks, and make sure they have a cozy space to rest. I focus on maintaining their normal schedule, giving them lots of love and engagement, and keeping owners updated with regular photos and messages.

About: Ever since I saw my first dog, I was in love! Every shape, size, color and breed (or mix!) I adore, and I love getting to know different dogs while welcoming them into my home. They are each individuals and have their own quirks, personalities and things to teach me. Dogs are the best! I am self employed as a show dog handler, so my schedule is very flexible. I am home on week days which gives me plenty of time to love on your pups! My yard is securely fenced, shaded, and nice sized for your pups to stretch their legs in. I have 4 very friendly Brittanys that love to make new friends and show them around. Dogs all get time in the house, sofa snuggle time, and can even sleep on the bed! They are securely crated inside, with soft, padded beds when I am unable to supervise.

About: Dogs have been my passion since my earliest memories. When I was a young girl, I was always training my family and friends dogs. I also would take care of my friends dogs when needed. I started to get involved with dog sports around the age of 12. In addition to this, I trained my dog to be a therapy dog. When I was 16 I started to volunteer at the Animal Humane Society in Golden Valley for a few years before going to college. I graduated from the University of Minnesota- Twin Cities with a degree in Communications and a minor in Leadership. Along the way, I took many classes to learn more about animal behavior and psychology. However, once I graduated, I was at a loss of what to pursue. It was during this time when I stumbled into working for Invisible Fence as a dog trainer. I found my true passion of training dogs through this. I have spent countless hours learning through hands on experience, shadowing other trainers, signing up for seminars/conferences and taking courses through a Pet Professional Program. In addition to this, I read countless books, listened to professional dog trainer podcasts, and watched videos. Now I run my own dog training business called Tator's Training. Pet care is about the well-being of the animal as a whole... starting with nutrition, enrichment, mental stimulation and being active. I have 3 dogs of my own that I work with every day. I target each category (nutrition, enrichment, mental stimulation, physical activity) to make sure their needs are met. I work with dogs daily and have a flexible schedule throughout the week. Every dog is treated like my own. I would never put an animal in a situation that isn't environmentally safe for them or puts them at risk. Safety involves having a safe place, being aware of what a dog is trying to tell you, having water available, following the established nutrition routine, allowing play, freedom (within reason), and providing daily enrichment.

About: I’ve taken care of cats and dogs of every kind since I was 9. Friends, family, neighbors have relied on me to watch, bathe and feed theirs pets. I’m currently not working so I am home all day everyday. I will be starting college soon but it will be online and I can do it from home. I have a friendly dog who can keep your animals company. I also have 2 cats who like dogs and cats. I can always put the cats in their cat room if your dog doesn’t like cats.

He has a strong work ethic and takes pride in whatever he does. He is also very neat and tidy. I also know Austin through pet sitting and as a pet parent. He has a profound love for animals and he is so kind and gentle with them. A big softie! He has lots of dog experience and I would be overjoyed if he were to watch my dog. He would definitely follow direction well as to what each individual pet needs and what rules they are expected to follow like they do at home. I wholeheartedly give my recommendation for Austin as a pet sitter as well as just a top notch person in life!!”
