About: I've had cats in my life since I was a baby and care for 3 of my own. My cat Luna who has now passed was THAT animal in my life, if you know what I mean. I raised her from 3 weeks old and taught her to play fetch, do some basic commands, and to walk on a leash. About: I’ve had animals since I was born. Dogs, cats, chickens, and eventually convinced my dad of horses. We’ve had 2 litters of puppies, so I’m experienced in pups as well! I went to Texas for 3 months to train barrel horses and learned so much! I’ve worked alongside my equine vet for MANY years, and have learned a ton from her as well. About: I have fostered both dogs and cats in the past. From childhood to the present day, a home is not complete without some form of animal companion. I tend to be an early riser and am very flexible. Cleaning up after myself as well as your pets is my specialty. I enjoy camping and antiquing when there’s no critters to hang out with. I am familiar with many types of leash and collar. I prefer to keep a dog heeled on most of the walk, letting them run and play when it’s appropriate to do so. If you have a preferred method of control I’m happy to accommodate. I’m comfortable giving meds and have experience with all kinds of feeding. When sitting, I’d love to water your plants and get the mail-any little extras that you need. I often take my dad shopping or to doctor’s appointments, and set my own schedule with my other jobs. I am currently in between jobs, and my kiddos go to daycare from 7am-5pm M-F, so I am available to help between those times, or overnights at your house on Fridays and Saturdays. I could be purr-suaded to do extended overnight stays at my house if your feline is cat, dog, and young child friendly. If I am caring in my home, I have 3 cats-all fixed- a special needs male dog who is NOT fixed due to medical reasons, and two kids under the age of 5. If you choose to keep your pet at my home, they need to be able to get along with them or be kept in a separate room. If you have a female dog, they would need to be fixed with proof of spay. My special needs dog has no business procreating! I have a large home and a decent sized yard with a tie-out cable so that your pet can explore my whole backyard safely without fear of taking off. I also have a screened in porch that I often let the cats roam in during the nicer months. I have a Honda CR-V, so I can keep decently large dogs in the car as well for transport or in case of emergency. If I am caring for your pet in your home, I will cuddle, play, exercise, and feed & water them to their hearts content. I will ask however for an extra fee to pick up any dog poo or clean litter boxes.
About: Dogs have been my passion since my earliest memories. When I was a young girl, I was always training my family and friends dogs. I also would take care of my friends dogs when needed. I started to get involved with dog sports around the age of 12. In addition to this, I trained my dog to be a therapy dog. About: I have been an animal lover my entire life! I treat my cats like they are my children and I would do anything for them! I would take care of your fur babies as if they were my own! I also love dogs, I've had many dogs in my family growing up. I don't have the living space needed for a dog while living in an apartment. I would definitely have one if I were able! That's a big reason why you should let me pet sit for you! My availability is pretty open right now. I want to do a little something on the side besides other projects that I'm working on. They say that if you do what you love, you'll never work a day in your life! Pets definitely make me the happiest!! About: I’ve been around and caring for, all kinds of animals my entire life. Nearly all the animals in my life have been rescued, namingly, cats and dogs coming from all different walks of life. I have experience across the board with all different breeds, ages, needs and disabilities when it comes to both cats and dogs. I love interacting with new dogs (and breeds) and I find it hard not to pet a new kitty! I have experience issuing medications, treats, or dealing with wound care if needed, crating, scheduling for behaviors ie: potty breaks, walks, etc.. I love to hike and walk, so taking your dog (or cat) for a walk is right up my alley, weather permitting per owner preferences. Right now, I am a full-time psychology student and I can work from any location. My two cats are strictly indoors. However, my dogs are crated indoors when in suits (they are large dogs). We live in town, whenever they are taken outdoors, they are taken on a leash and when they are taken for a walk, they are also taken by a leash. Both dogs are seniors and prefer the indoors, so they’re mostly house dogs at this point. We have an upstairs and a downstairs in our home. Since our dogs are getting older, we now have dog beds placed in multiple places, since the stairs are getting difficult. As for the cats, they have multiple cat trees, several toys, multiple cat boxes and more than one eating station throughout the house! They may be pets but they are family!

About: I love working with dogs. I have sat for a wide range of dogs sizing from a brussels griffen (14-15 lbs) to southern bloodhounds and black labs. Have given basic medication (a probiotic for the southern bloodhound), fed and walked dogs. I have also walked both together, so I am not against having 2 dogs at once. I have also used a couple different forms of restraints, such as gentle leaders, normal neck collars and shock collars while on walks to keep dogs under control as per owners instructions. One of the dogs I sit on a regular basis is an aging almost 10 year old southern bloodhound. I also have taken care of a shiba inu at weeks at a time, giving her longer 3-4 mile walks. My availability tends to lie in afternoons, evenings and some weekend availability as I have a 40 hour a week job. Generally what dog owners will like about my care is when I am given specific instruction, I will follow their instruction word for word, to keep their dog happy and healthy.

“Donald was fantastic with my 2 dogs that he boarded for 7 days. My dogs loved it there, it was the perfect environment for them while I was away, as close to a setting of just being at home as I could have imagined possible. This worked great, especially considering my youngest dog had never been boarded anywhere for overnight. They both fit in and adjusted well quickly. They got used to their new routine quickly, and the youngest really liked the electronic doggie door.
