“Riina was a wonderful sitter for my kitty. She came to each drop in and stayed for the 30 mins required. She gave great daily details on how my kitty was doing. She is a sweet caring Rover and we are thrilled with her performance.”

“Heidi did a GREAT job with our dogs Molly & Barney! We can certainly tell she lo especially what she does and seemed to treat them like her own! THANK YOU Heidi! You are appreciated!”

About: Hi there! I’m Kelsey — a Certified Veterinary Technician, full-time animal lover, and proud cat mom of six. My husband Rick and I live in Cokato, Minnesota, where our home is happily ruled by a crew of whiskers, purrs, and wildly different personalities. We share our lives with six cats, each with their own quirks and needs — from the confidently social to the quietly anxious, from the senior who needs meds to the youngster with endless curiosity. Living with such a diverse feline family has shaped the way I approach every pet I meet: with patience, kindness, flexibility, and a genuine desire to understand who they are as individuals. As a Certified Veterinary Technician, I bring several years of hands-on clinical experience with dogs, cats, and pets who need extra medical support. I’m very comfortable giving medications, supporting chronic illness care, monitoring behavior changes, and handling pets who may be shy, nervous, or slow to trust. Special-needs pets hold a big piece of my heart — I know how important experienced, gentle care can be. I’m also building my confidence with exotics and pocket pets, and I’m always excited to learn about new species, routines, and little personalities. If your pet scurries, hops, slithers, or squeaks, I’m happy to meet them! Because of my own busy furry household, I’m not able to accommodate pets in my home — but I am more than happy to stay in your home, where your pets feel safest and most comfortable. Keeping their routine familiar helps them relax, and it lets me give them the kind of attentive, stress-free care they deserve. And you don’t need to be heading out of town to reach out! I’m available for daily walks, drop-ins, and companionship visits anytime your pet needs a little extra attention, exercise, or love throughout the week. Whether it’s a lunchtime walk, a play session to burn off energy, or a comfort check for an anxious pet, I’m here to help their day run smoothly. When I’m with your pet, they get the full package: – Warm, compassionate care from someone who treats them like family – Professional experience that gives you peace of mind – Lots of updates, photos, and notes so you always know how they’re doing – Playtime, snuggles, enrichment, and patience, tailored to their personality My goal is simple: to make your time away easier — and your pet’s time with me joyful, safe, and comfortable. If you’re looking for a sitter who truly understands animals inside and out — medically, emotionally, and behaviorally — I’d love to meet you and your furry (or feathery or scaly!) crew. 🐾💛 I currently work part-time at a veterinary clinic, usually around two days a week. The exact days vary from week to week, and I typically receive my schedule the week prior. Because of this, my availability can shift — but I’m always happy to coordinate and work with you to find the best times for visits or extended care. The rest of my week is dedicated to pet sitting, which gives me plenty of flexibility for daily check-ins, longer stays, and multi-visit days. Whether you have a friendly dog, a cozy-at-heart cat, or a unique companion with feathers, scales, or tiny paws, I provide care right in your home where your pet feels safest. Familiar surroundings help reduce stress, and my goal is to keep their routine steady and their world feeling normal — whether I’m popping in for a quick visit or staying through a longer trip. For short pop-ins, I focus on exactly what your pet needs in that moment: walks, meals, medications, litter scooping, enrichment, or just some comforting company to break up their day. For extended stays, I follow their routine closely — feeding, exercise, playtime, quiet time, and any medical care they require. I adjust my approach to each individual personality, from confident and social to shy, nervous, or slow to warm up. No matter the species or temperament, your pet will always receive gentle, attentive care and plenty of updates so you feel connected while you’re away.
“Alicia was great!!! She was very communicative, sent lots of photos and updates as well as timely. We would trust her in our home again to care for our babies anytime!!! Highly recommend her for both dogs and cats. Our cat is rather skiddish but warmed up to Alicia right away which says a lot about her <3”

About: I’ve had various of animals my whole life. I’ve had animals of all scales, from cows & horses, to lizards & ferrets. As well as training various of dogs from all different breeds, I understand your “scary” dog, as well as your sweet little lap dog! Between my previous employment at a boarding facility and my current employment at the animal shelter, i’ve worked and handled many different personality’s and breeds of dogs and cats. Hey! I have a full time job at an animal boarding facility, but I typically only work 4 days a week and it’s usually morning shifts. I’m willing to get up a little earlier or stay up a little later to give your pet some attention. Shoot me a message and I can let you know my hours and we can see if I would be a good fit! I unfortunately can’t have fur babies come to my house, but i’m more than happy to come to you! I will keep your dogs on leash if you don’t have a fenced backyard, unless informed otherwise. I will also bring your pups on walks, I will keep them on leash, and use an extra leash if needed.

About: I have been an animal lover my entire life! I treat my cats like they are my children and I would do anything for them! I would take care of your fur babies as if they were my own! I also love dogs, I've had many dogs in my family growing up. I don't have the living space needed for a dog while living in an apartment. I would definitely have one if I were able! That's a big reason why you should let me pet sit for you! My availability is pretty open right now. I want to do a little something on the side besides other projects that I'm working on. They say that if you do what you love, you'll never work a day in your life! Pets definitely make me the happiest!! I like to keep the living space clean and sanitized, I clean litter boxes every day. I pick up poop while on dog walks. Also, while dog walking, if there's another dog near and the you're dog seems uncomfortable or threatened, I would move to the other side of the street or walk the other way to remove ourselves from the situation. Most animals, if not all, trust and love me back!
About: I’ve had animals since I was born. Dogs, cats, chickens, and eventually convinced my dad of horses. We’ve had 2 litters of puppies, so I’m experienced in pups as well! I went to Texas for 3 months to train barrel horses and learned so much! I’ve worked alongside my equine vet for MANY years, and have learned a ton from her as well. My love for animals is what everyone notices about me. One of my very first words, was “horse” believe it or not! I am 19, have TONS of referrals, clean driving record, and have been trusted to stay in other families home while they are away:) My work schedule varies. One of my jobs is from 2-10:30 pm, where my other one is 7(or 8) am-4pm. I can wake up early to let them out before work, as well as stop out after work! Times don’t matter to me as long as the animals get taken care of twice daily, I will wake up and stay up as early and late as necessary! I live at home with my parents, as for right now I do not accept animals in home. I offer staying at families homes while they’re gone, doing drop-in’s, and walking!
About: Hello, my name is Allie and it's safe to say that I love dogs. I work at a dog daycare so I have experience with a lot of different breeds and temperaments. My speciality is working with the shy terrified dogs. When it comes to walking dogs I do have experience with gentle leaders and double leashing. I have a Vizsla puppy and a Chihuahua. The two of them have taught me how to be extremely active and mellow at the same time. My schedule is fairly flexible throughout the week and weekends. Before working with dogs I worked at a group home. That experience gave me the ability to pay attention to the littlest details and to have fast reflexes. I also have experience passing medication (convincing dogs that it's not awful). I would love to be your fury friends friend.

About: I have been around animals TONS of different types of animals such as, dogs, cats, rodents, etc. 🐴🐮🐷On my free time I enjoy being outside, gardening, fishing, and going on adventures with my Son. I’m planning on pursuing my education in becoming a Vet tech. I am Pretty flexible right now! I’m a stay at home mom currently until I pursue into getting back into college! So I’m pretty open! I currently live in an apartment. So any care or sitting would have to be done at the owners home. I Have 2 dogs, (Benny) and (Lucy), they definitely complete our little family!

About: I've taken care of all types of pets from a very young age. Whether it be a tiny chihuahua to a sizeable Bullmastiff, a cat, birds including chickens, reptiles, fish, even small furry friends like rabbits or ferrets. I have adored and been fascinated by animals my whole life and am up for any challenge you throw at me. I've personally trained my dog to follow voiceless hand signal commands and he is also special needs, so caring for a senior or special needs animal is a breeze for me! I've even provided end of life care for my grandmother's cat, which included administering fluids via injection, so don't be afraid to ask for help if you need it. Not to mention that I have experience raising young kittens and squirrels at milk drinking ages! I am available from 7am to 5pm Monday through Friday and overnights on Fridays and Saturdays. I could possibly do extended overnight stays in my own home if your pet is dog, cat, and young child friendly. Whether it be for a walk, potty break, comfort while you're away, socializing and training your puppy basic commands (and maybe a few tricks), or even just taking your furry friend out for a pup cup and to a sniff spot, I'm the gal for you. I will even provide litter or doggy doo doo cleanup for an additional price. Your pet will always be safe and loved in my hands. I am currently in between jobs, and my kiddos go to daycare from 7am-5pm M-F, so I am available to help between those times, or overnights at your house on Fridays and Saturdays. I could be purr-suaded to do extended overnight stays at my house if your feline is cat, dog, and young child friendly. If I am caring in my home, I have 3 cats-all fixed- a special needs male dog who is NOT fixed due to medical reasons, and two kids under the age of 5. If you choose to keep your pet at my home, they need to be able to get along with them or be kept in a separate room. If you have a female dog, they would need to be fixed with proof of spay. My special needs dog has no business procreating! I have a large home and a decent sized yard with a tie-out cable so that your pet can explore my whole backyard safely without fear of taking off. I also have a screened in porch that I often let the cats roam in during the nicer months. I have a Honda CR-V, so I can keep decently large dogs in the car as well for transport or in case of emergency. If I am caring for your pet in your home, I will cuddle, play, exercise, and feed & water them to their hearts content. I will ask however for an extra fee to pick up any dog poo or clean litter boxes.
“I was really nervous about leaving my sweet little guy for the weekend but with Bailey on the job I was able to enjoy my weekend out of town and her photos after each check in showed just how happy he was. I will definitely use her again!”

“Shannon was great help with her drop-ins. I can definitely tell that while she was looking after my dog he enjoyed it just as much as she did. Her reports were very detailed and left me at ease while he was in her care. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone in the future!”

I have a lot of free time, so whenever you need a pet sitter, I am here! I am very good with communicating so if any changes are needed or you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out. Depending on your rules, guidelines, and expectations, your pet will be cared for to the best of my ability. Whether it is playing with them and taking them on walks, or just simply sitting with them and letting them outside to go potty, they will be loved unconditionally.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
