About: I’ve loved dogs for as long as I can remember. I grew up with a family dog starting when I was 10 years old, which gave me years of experience caring for and spending time with dogs. Later, I had my own dog for 12 wonderful years. He was a huge part of my life, and caring for him taught me the importance of patience, responsibility, consistency, and giving pets plenty of love and attention. I know how much our pets mean to us, and I’ll treat your dog with the same care, patience, and respect I would want for my own. I’m excited to give your pets plenty of attention, companionship, and care while you’re away! I work overnight shifts so I’m generally available during the daytime for walks, drop-in visits, and pet care. I can be flexible with scheduling and will work with you to find times that fit your pet’s routine. I have a fully fenced in yard where dogs can enjoy some outdoor time and play safely. I currently have no pets so they will get all the attention they deserve.

We have always considered it "his time", and generally let him run the show. Clearly, all dogs are different. Some of them, just want take care of business, while others like to sniff around for a while and see what's been going on.

I’m happy to take dogs in to our home as well as going to people’s homes to pet sit. I work most week days until 5. I am free to help with visits and walks at night. I am free on the weekends for taking in pets for overnights or going to your home to visit, walks, play and feeding pets. I have a section at my home that is fenced in or I walk dogs on the leash. I can’t recommend Alex enough!! Upon first meeting him for our meet-and-greet with our two Great Danes, he was so professional and kind. Throughout the 8 days that Alex was caring for our dogs, he was incredibly thoughtful, thorough, and supportive. There were several extremely hot days where our house wouldn’t cool down and he thought of creative solution in order to keep the dogs more comfortable. He provided very detailed updates along with pictures during each visit, and it was very evident that the dogs were so happy with him (it’s fun to watch a Great Dane “hug” and cuddle a new friend☺️). Normally our dogs bark when visitors enter our house (even people they’ve known for years), but they were so comfortable and familiar with Alex by the end of the 8 days that they didn’t even bark at him anymore. It’s clear that they quickly fell in love with Alex. I appreciate how much he truly cared about the well-being of our dogs while we were away. I felt very at-ease while we were away because I knew they were in such great hands. When we got home from our vacation our dogs were so relaxed and content, which goes to show how well they were cared for while we were gone. I will definitely be contacting Alex again!!
Madison was wonderful with my cat! Cabot can be quite the hider, but she managed to lure him out and give him lots of love and pets. She followed all of my instructions perfectly and kept me at ease while I was away. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a patient and attentive sitter!
