I had a lot of wrenches thrown in my day around pick-up & she made sure I felt comfortable, was so understanding & overly accommodating. Petey got to go for rides, have family time & play outside…I was hesitant to even leave this review out of fear that she’ll end up booked up & I’ll lose this angel!!! Absolute doll.”

She made sure to ask plenty of questions to make sure she understood my dogs habits, took him for a walk every day, and provided me with pictures and updates on how he is doing. Not only that, on one of the nights he was with her, one of her neighbors had started to set off fireworks, which terrifies my dog. Cassandra had played classical music, and comforted him for over and hour until the fireworks had stopped. I had felt like she had treated him as her own, which was exactly what I was hoping for, but more than I could have asked for.”

“As far as I can tell, Frances did a good job She wasn't good with sending updates or photos. I didn't know when she arrived or left. So late that night, I was concerned something happe.ed and my animals were alone. I messaged and received a response the next morning. She was good at communicating on Daturday but I don't know if she left early, late or on time. The water bowl was empty anf most likely had been for a while because it had been k locked over, which is what one of my girls diesn when its empty to say she needs water. With the time I got in, it would not have been empty if Frances left when she was supposed to amd had checked the water bowl.”

“Karen made such a great home away from home for our 2 collies that they did not want to leave when we picked them up! It was the first time leaving them in years and we are so happy to have found Karen because we knew they were getting the best 1 on 1 care and attention! She sent us updates and pictures while we were away and they got to go on a lot of walks which made us so happy to hear! 1 of our collies has lots of health issues but this was not a problem for Karen while we were on vacation.
