While we were out of town, the Hawk fire evacuated our home and she took the bunnies into her home until the evacuation was lifted. About: My sister relied on me to house sit and watch her dogs for a couple of weeks every summer when I was in middle and high school. I grew up with dogs and was responsible for taking them on walks, feeding them, brushing them, bathing them, and playing with them. I am between jobs so I am quite flexible right now. I am looking to get a full-time position at which point I will update my schedule here. My cats are feral rescues so I cannot afford to bring any other animals into my home, but I am very cautious while going on walks to be very aware of other dogs (especially off leash), people driving too fast in residential areas, and making sure to bring adequate water for walks on warm days.

About: Meet our family Hi there! My name is Erin. I'm an animal lover with varied lifelong animal experience including working for a veterinarian, animal training and animal care (for my own furry children as well as others furry family members). My husband Owen and I have three amazing pups in the house currently ranging from 2 to 15 years. Two sweet Aussies pups and then our senior Pappy-Pom who is still quite a sassy boy. I have always been a true dog lover. My mom was somewhat less than thrilled when I began to bring home every stray I could find to make sure that we could find their mom. I grew up reading James Harriot books as well as anything involving dog behavior or training and began training our family dogs before I was even in my teens. My dogs have always been part of the family and that is how I will treat yours! We love spending as much time as we can outdoors in nature or at pet friendly venues with our furry kids (and at the lake when warm enough). My experience administering medication I am experienced with administering medication and have done so for my own animals as well as for patients when I worked at a veterinary clinic. My schedule is somewhat flexible and any animals I care for would be prioritized. (I would not accept a responsibility I could not fulfill. I take animal care very seriously and I would expect that for my own furchildren.) Time I'll spend with your dog Any time your pet is in my care they will have my full attention (and a constant companion if they get along with my own pet).

“Danika was an absolute life-saver when our cat ended up going to the emergency vet just a few days before my family and I were going on vacation for a whole week after. As he recovered from his vet visit, he required constant care which involved multiple check-ins a day, monitoring how often he drank water, ate his food, and used the litter box. He also needed to be given 3 different medications on different time schedules, 2 of which required being administered with a syringe in his mouth. Danika was able to do all of this and even texted us updates after each visit to let us know how things were going. Her availability on such short notice along with her attention to detail and genuine love and care for our cat gave us the peace of mind we needed to enjoy our vacation without feeling worried the entire time. I would gladly book her again in the future and highly recommend her to anyone else needing someone to look after their kitties. Huge props to Danika!”

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 12 and still love doing it. Dogs make my day better and I love spending quality time with them. I currently work a full time job as a amazon delivery driver, I normally have Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursday's off. I enjoy spending time with dogs on my free time. I have a fenced backyard with lots of room. I have 3 dogs both are super friendly and love playing. But if a dog ever comes over no matter the circumstances, dogs will never be left unattended and separated.

About: Even though I currently do not own any pets, i’ve had many family pets since I was born. I’ve taken care of many dogs, including Maltese-Poodle mixes and Dachshunds. I also adore cats. I’m overall very clean when it comes to pet care and friendly with any pet. I carry good intentions when caring for your pet and advocate for animal welfare. I have a full time job Monday-Friday but am available in the early mornings or evenings for pet care such as walks or visits on weekdays. I am available on the weekends anytime, with at least a day notice for any services. I can handle small and medium dogs well, specifically for caging or fencing. I also am physically active for dog walks and restraints if needed. I will use leashes and any other equipment needed to take care of your pet responsibly.

About: I have had a dog since I was 7 years old, I always take my dog to the park nearby my house. I also have experience taking her on hikes where I am originally from in Wisconsin. I also have experience taking care of cats, and even baby raccoons too which are absolutely adorable! I am a TMCC men’s soccer player so you can definitely trust me to take your dog for a good workout walk. I absolutely love animals no matter the size or kind! I am also a current volunteer at the SPCA. I am currently a soccer player and student for TMCC so I normally have practice during the summer at 4:30 on Monday, Tuesdays, and Wednesday. But in season things become a little bit more complicated At my house here in Sparks it is not suitable to have your dog stay the day or night unless I have recieved the proper equipment to allow your dog to have a comfortable visit. But I can assure you I know how to take care of all types of animals. I am also a volunteer at the SPCA!

About: Located in Wingfield Springs Dog Companion for 40 years. Volunteers at the Nevada Humane Society Reno. Foster dad with Boxers and Buddies. We have a 1.2 acre fenced in yard to allow pups to run and play. Three bedrooms where they can pick which place to lay their head. I am semi retired so I have plenty of down time to take dogs for walks, visit at pups house or have pup visit Duke and play in the yard or chill out inside and outside. 1.2 acre fenced in yard with DG and grass. Welcoming 2600 sq ft home where pups are free to pick which bedroom/office they would like to relax. Very safety conscious when it comes to all animals. Pups will love spending time here or have me visit them at their house.
