“We have used dog sitters in 38 states over the past four years, and we have never had our dogs react to us like, “Oh, you’re back…” when we got home! Carrie came in the night before her scheduled arrival time to spend more time with them before we left very early the next morning, and except for a few quick trips over the three days, she never left them. She is impeccably clean, well-mannered, and loves animals. Obviously, she has our highest recommendation for anyone needing help with their fur babies.”

“Anita Lynn did an excellent job watching our border collie and keeping us updated with how her stay was going. She sent several pictures and played with her a ton. Would definitely book her again!”

About: I’m a life-long animal lover with many years of pet care experiences. Reliable, detail-oriented, and full of love for every pet like they are my own💕💕 I am currently in esthetician school part time so I have plenty of time to care for animals! The only way I’d wanna spend my free time🙂↔️ In your home, I will follow your pet’s routine exactly such as meals, walks, meds, and play. I will respect your space, keep things tidy, and always prioritize your pet’s safety and comfort. I am calm, patient, and observant, making sure your pet feels secure and loved while you’re away!

“Andrea was great with all our pets! She kept us well updated and followed all instructions. Our female dog can be nervous around strangers but she warmed up to Andrea very quickly. House was in order and eveyone was happy when we got home!”

“Breanna did a wonderful job. She communicated well, followed directions, and sent pictures to keep me informed. I will book her to stay again. Thank you for staying with Shyla and Newland!!!”

“I will hire Diana every time I need to leave town. She followed my instructions to the letter. She came back to return my key and my 3 dogs were all happy to see her again. She noticed one of my dogs was needy and she also had to deal with a shelter/adopted German Shepherd that is afraid of everything. She was on time. Stayed through the nights I requested. I love that she loved my babies while I was gone for the weekend.”

“John has now taken care of our two bulldogs several times. Most recently we were away for 10 days. The dogs were well cared for and seemed content when we came home. John also brought in the mail and took care of a few things around the house. John is reliable and thoughtful. We will definitely ask him to care for our girls in the future.”

They get the royal family treat 💛 I have open availability during the week and weekends to watch your pets! My passion falls into taking care of your babies like my very own. I can easily crate your dog if needed. I have three extremely friendly dogs, one large and two medium. Tons of leash walks and fun!

“Katie was an awesome caregiver to our 3 dogs - one of which is a super-senior with physical and cognitive issues. She provided great care including Rx med administration.”

About: I've trained my own dogs from the puppy stage and taken care of them in the senior stage. I love all of it. I enjoy going on walks with any of the dogs I take care of while also making sure they are having fun too. I can take care of any needs for your dogs and cats. I have been working on my "people skills" as I have Asperger's Syndrome. I'm comfortable with pets; its people that I sometimes struggle with. If given the chance; you'll see that I will take wonderful care of your beloved pets. I currently work full time Monday - Thursday but I am available Friday - Sunday. I have free time on the weekends to spend with your pets. I live in a calm neighborhood and love taking the dogs on walks around the area. I have no pets at home currently and live alone so your baby will get my undivided attention.

About: Ive lived with three chihuahuas for about two years now, and cared for a great dane for nearly four! Currently unemployed, Ill have hours on end to take care of and keep your pups happy and played with! Im available most weekdays in the mornings and afternoons, and weekends in the mornings! Im available for either drop ins, or for walks around neighborhoods or parks! Keeping pets on a leash is one of my top priorities, unless a fenced backyard is available. I keep leashes of three sizes in my car just in case!

“Josh cared for my two beagles and my kitty and did a wonderful job. He is a total professional and an animal lover. I highly recommend you trust Josh with your pets. He is first rate .”

About: I've taken care of both cats and dogs. Puppies, kittens, and senior animals are welcome. I am familiar with basic first aid and am familiar with the body language of most dogs. I do work full time during the week so weekends and non-business hours are best for me. I can easily serve the Catawba County area. I have reliable transportation. I am also available on most federal holidays. I'm happy to provide photos delivered electronically for each visit. I am clean and you can trust that your pets and welfare of your home are my top priority.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs the majority of my life. When I didn’t have my own, I was always volunteering to take care of my friends dogs. This was good for me while I was going to school and moving around. After separating from the Air Force, I have been blessed to have two of my own fur babies. I’m able take care of your pets before and after I go to my full time job. If you want me to take care of your pets over night, we would need to make sure they get along with my dogs. I would take care of your pets as if they where my own. I take mine on a walk three times a day. Since I don’t have a yard, I’m constantly taking my Great Pyrenees/Lab hiking 2 to 3 times a week. He is also a picky eater, so I’ve had to get creative with his food. My pets are always on a leash when I take them out.

“Michaela was awesome!! She spent an entire week playing with our fur babies & did an amazing job. We have two German shepherds and two cats that are old and not easy. One pup isn’t dog friendly so we are particular about who stays with them - just in case someone is out walking another dog etc. We also have a lot of construction going on and things aren’t in “normal order” she navigated so well. Our neighbors loved her. She is welcome back anytime!!! Couldn’t recommend her more!”

About: Senior care and med management are two things that I am very good at! I have 6 animals of my own that I adore very much! Every day I take care of my animals (cats, and dogs) I am available whenever and wherever I am needed! Always willing to help! In home services, walking, always safety first. Always treating animals as if they were my own pet! Very good at diagnosing the animal, whether high energy, or not!

About: My mom got me my first dog when I was 10 years old, and it was from then on that I promised to take care of him the best way I possibly could. I have experience administering medication (in pill form, liquid, and gel) to both dogs and cats, even when they don’t want to take it. I have also personally trained my dog to sit, lie down, high five, and on accident, I taught him to get up on his hind legs and beg with his front paws. If there is any special care that your animal needs, I would be more than happy to quickly and efficiently learn and adapt to care for your furbaby the way they deserve. I am currently job searching, so I will be free almost every weekday with exception for surprise obligations that my family often come to me with. I am not available on the weekends, including friday for various extraneous responsibilities. When I first meet an animal, I get down to their level and extend my hand just enough to offer it as an option for them to investigate, but not enough to shove it it their face. I wait until the dog or cat engages with me before I try to pet them on my own to ensure that they feel comfortable and safe. If your animal has separation anxiety, I would be more than happy to comfort them with calming words and gentle hands for pets and snuggles. I will only feed or give your animal a treat if I am told to do so or given the okay beforehand as I do not want to over feed them or give them a treat you have bought without consent.
