“Vanessa is the absolute best. I had a senior dog that I’d had for 13 years plus a new puppy that I adopted at the beginning of the summer. When I had to go back to work (teacher), I needed someone who could check in on the dogs during the day, and booked with Vanessa. The puppy needed to get used to me not being home during the day, and just when she was starting to get used to it, my sweet senior dog passed away. My puppy, Winnie, was heartbroken. Vanessa has truly gone above and beyond to help my puppy through her grief and bring her joy back. Vanessa has been an absolute blessing, and I am so thankful for her. I highly recommend her!”

About: I grew up with dogs my whole life as part of my family. Dogs have always been like my siblings or babies and if they’re sick they go to the doctor or they go for check ups. I have a large family with many dogs they can play with (if your dog plays with other dogs). I do work full time, but i am able to come by during my hour lunch to tend to your dog and once I’m home they have my undivided attention. I strive to provide the best care possible and make every animal feel at home or their parents feel at ease that that their family member is being taken care of. I provide communication at all times so everyone knows what is happening. While I do work a full time schedule, I have flexibility to also care for animals part time. I work a hybrid schedule with two days a week in office; with an internet connection I can multitask with caring for you baby(ies). I send as many updates with pictures as possible and requested. I ask many questions prior to me caring for them as well as follow up prior to make sure nothing has changed.

“Barbara came in first day and was amazing! Services I needed were 2x weekly dinner feeding and potty time so that I can feel less guilty about not always getting home right after work. The meet and greet exceeded my expectations when Barbara started asking me relevant care questions about things I hadn't thought to yet communicate. As a pet mama, I can't tell you how important that is to me, especially with my memory. First day, she sent me a comprehensive update of my dogs feeding, care and potty time along with as many pics as the app would allow. I can't express how good it feels to have the help from someone who takes my babies care/concerns to heart as much as I do. Fully recommend Barbara and will continue to keep her part of our schedules as long as she will have us!”
