“We are so grateful for the wonderful care our dogs received while we were on vacation! 🐾 The daily updates and photos gave us such peace of mind and showed how happy and well cared for they were. Thank you for treating them like your own—we couldn’t have asked for better care!”

About: I’ve been a vet tech in the army for 2 years. I love it! I’m trained in basic aid for dogs and cats including providing any medication. I have experience with multiple dog breeds small and big, aswell with cats. My military work hours are 6am-1pm with 1 hour lunch at 11am. I have a lenient boss and is more than willing to allow me to leave work early when something comes up. I have so much free time after work and on weekends which makes it a perfect opportunity to hangout with someone’s furry friend! I absolutely love animal interaction. I love going to the park on calm sunny days, it is calming and relaxing. I would love to bring a furry companion to enjoy it with!
About: I currently work with dogs full time, I grew up taking care of my family and friends animals while they were away. I studied animal science at URI and have experience with dogs ranging from pekingese to great pyrenees. “Yazmin took great care of my pups! She even put in the extra time with my dog that doesn’t care for strangers. She had great communication and always provided updates/picts! Will definitely be using again!”

About: I have been taking care of dogs for almost 10 years now. During that time I have gained experience with older dogs, diabetic dogs, puppies and everything in between. I currently own a rescue dog who I have been doing high level obedience with. We participate in dogs sport like rally obedience, fetch, fastCAT, barn hunt, lure coursing and most recently scent work. When I come to take care of your dog I will treat them as if they were my own with lots of love. I want to make you feel comfortable about leaving your dog knowing someone responsible is going to take care of them. I have a high energy dog. His care involves daily walks, and lots of training including scent work, learning new tricks or building up muscle and rear end awareness. My favorite activity is walking and training dogs. I will care for your dog with love and kindness. If you give my specifics of how you like your dog handled I am more than happy to follow that. I understand each dog is different and unique which means that I adjust accordingly.
About: I’ve always had a deep love for animals. Growing up, I wasn’t allowed to have a dog or cat, so I cherished my pet turtle and fish. At 16, I finally got the chance to own dogs, and I’ve cared for and trained both since they were puppies. From potty training to leash training, the experience taught me responsibility, patience, and personal growth. Being around animals has always brought me joy, and I love giving them the care and attention they deserve. My work schedule fluctuates throughout the week. I have 2 dogs now and 1 angel baby. My soul dog passed away in Oct 2025. Mochi is a Miniature American Eskimo and Bean is a Boxer! When caring for pets, my top priority is ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. In my home, I provide a clean, pet-friendly environment with plenty of space for play and relaxation. I follow their regular routines, including feeding, walking, and playtime, to minimize stress. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I treat their space with respect while ensuring their pet’s needs are met. From belly rubs and cuddles to keeping up with training and medications, I tailor my care to each pet’s personality and requirements to make them feel right at home.
About: Hello there! I'm Daniel. My love for animals began as far back as I can remember, and I’ve dedicated my life to caring for them—from dogs and cats to smaller pets and even insects. With 15 years of experience, I'm currently studying canine and feline ethology. I can offer basic grooming too (extra service) and am certified in pet CPR. My wife is also an approved caregiver, so your pet gets twice the love for the price of one. I'm glad to be here for you, as a helping and trusted hand! I work Monday through Friday, but I’m available after 2:30pm every weekday. On Saturdays and Sundays, I’m fully available. Overnights aren’t a problem either — there is always somebody at home and can handle morning meetings, so your pets are cared for around the clock! In our home, pets are treated like family. We’ve got two friendly cats who are used to visitors, a pet playground in our community, and a cozy balcony set up with water, toys, and a fan so they can relax. My wife, my son, and I all share the care — my wife has a natural love for animals, and even my homeschooled son has learned empathy and responsibility through caring for them. When I care for pets in a client’s home, I follow their routine closely — feeding, walks, playtime, and cuddles — just the way y’all would do it yourselves. My goal is always to make pets feel safe, loved, and at home, whether they’re staying with us or I’m looking after them in their own space.
About: My mission is to tire your dog out on our walk. If you have a high energy dog I hope that on our walk they'll get an amazing workout so that when you are home you two can relax together. If you have an older dog that just needs a walk to get that little excersice in the day then I can provide that slow pace as well. I love dogs and have had at least one ever since I was 7, currently 29. I have years of experience with dogs of all sizes and breeds. I used to mainly do dog boarding but have since moved to an apartment and can no d longer do that service. I have lots of free time to love and play with your pups. I'm currently available every day of the week at almost any time. I will always have my full focus on your dog and my surrounding area when on a walk. When out on a walk rest assured that your dog is in great hands and will be cared for as if they were my own.
About: I have taken care of many different pets aside from growing up with mostly dogs. Other than my absolute love for animals, I am reliable and hard working. I am currently available at almost all times! If you need a sitter during the week or weekends, I’m here for ya! Will keep schedule updated and current as life events come up! I am willing to do most things that are asked of me and follow the instructions I’m given. In the case of more freedom, I will use critical thinking and good judgement to solve any problem there may be and to take great care of your pet.
About: I've taken care of dogs and cats for over 7 years, in many different locations. I've always had a pet, both growing up and now, both cats and dogs. I've also lived on a farm so worked with all kinds of animals. I am currently stationed at Lackland and work during the week. I will be available in the evenings and on the weekends. And can housesit if you live near Lackland. I love walking and playing with dogs, especially when it's cooler out. It's always a win to me when they're exhausted and just want to sleep when they get back into the house. I can take your dog for a walk, depending on the weather of course (I will never make a dog walk when it's super hot out), I let them out in the yard if it is too hot. I will make sure to follow the rules of your home with your pet, whether it be crate for bed or allowed on furniture. I will make sure to give attention to your animals while I'm at your home, lots of love and cuddling and playing.
About: I’m a vet tech in the army so I am trained in basic first aid for dogs and cats, as well as giving all types of medications. I have experience with all sizes and ages of dogs, and some experience with cats. I am in the army currently, I work from 6am-1pm with an hour lunch usually from 11-12. Most weekends I am here but occasionally I travel home to visit family. Other than that I am usually free all afternoon on weekends days and all day on weekends. About: Hello! Ive cared and owned dogs since I was young. From shitzu to boxers and everything in between. I currently have an Aussie pup and we have done many types of training together I really have learned alot and enjoyed building my bond with. I want to extend my time to others and help give alittle extra love to their own furbabies! It has been a constant struggle finding reliable daycare and boarding for my pup so I want to extend my home to those who need it too! I require all dogs to be crate trained as our days will be full of structure and desiganted play times. If I feel dogs would get along with My personal pup, I will let them interact, but that's on a case by case. Full doggy daycare available Saturday and Sundays if you need a day to rest or do errands! I work full time during the week, but can leave during the day for potty and exercise breaks. On weekend I'm home all day and your pups will have plenty of enrichment and play time. My husband works from home and will assist with potty breaks as needed. My yard is fully fenced. And will not be let out unsupervised. Making sure they stay in designated area and don't try dig or breakthrough barriers.

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Valley Forest
Stephanie has been absolutely wonderful. She is incredibly dependable, even on short notice, and consistently provides exceptional care for my senior dog, who requires extra patience and attention. Her communication is excellent she always lets me know if she’s running behind and isn’t afraid to ask questions to make sure she understands my instructions. That attention to detail gives me complete peace of mind. Most importantly, my dog adores her, and that says everything. Stephanie is truly top-tier, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, compassionate pet sitter.

Faith and Harley were awesome. Always on time and kept me informed at all times and provided plenty of pictures. Had no problem taking care of an 85 lbs American Bulldog which is not something I can say for other dog sitters as five of them turned me down. I will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend them. I’m a retired ArmyVet so any of you Military Vets in the area please consider them for your dog needs.
