“Excellent and reliable care! DAMACIA was available with short notice planning and ensured that Bear got everything he needed. She even made sure he got excellent care on the rainy day and bear, like most pups, is not a fan of the rain. I highly recommend DAMACIA and will book with her again when I’m looking for help!”

“On time! So friendly and welcoming to Louie. Strong walker and updated me at every turn.”

About: I’ve helped take care pets of my own, my moms, friends, & others who knew of me reliably for 16 years. I do it all I currently work part time and soon to be none so I’ll have plenty of time for your pets to be cared for and loved I will rely on how things work in your house and work based off of your pets schedule. Your pets safety is my first priority

“McCall is incredibly responsive and a great addition to our routine. She provides updates and pictures from their walk which is so appreciated. Our dog has epilepsy and she has gone out of her way to give my family peace of mind. I am confident our dog is happy and safe while in her care.”

“Erin (Arin) is beyond amazing with our puppy! She is so sweet and so accommodating and our pup absolutely loves her. She has a natural love for animals and it’s clear our puppy feels the same way back. Thank you for taking such great care of our girl so we can rest assured she is in good hands while at work.”

About: “Good enough” care isn’t good enough for your pet. You deserve someone who communicates, follows through, and doesn’t treat your pet like a side hustle. Someone invested in keeping your pet safe, happy, and stress-free while you’re away. And the experience to do it even in unexpected circumstances. As the pet parent to a medical fragile dog myself, I know how hard it is to trust a stranger with the furry members of your family. I’m a lifelong dog person and a first-time Rover-er, but not new to responsible, informed care. I have hands-on experience and professional training in leash skills, fear-free methods, enrichment, and working with anxious, spicy, or high-energy pups. I work from home and have a flexible weekday schedule. I’m fully available for walks and drop-ins Monday through Friday before 4pm. I also have some evening and weekend availability (just check the calendar). Once we’ve gotten to know each other, I do offer house sitting and boarding for existing clients who need ongoing support. These days I live with a clingy rescue pit and the occasional foster dog. I volunteer regularly at RACC, walking dogs of every size, breed, and temperament—from skittish lapdogs to 100-lb giants trying to live out their sled-dogs fantasies. I’ve completed training in dog handling and behavior, and I have plenty of experience with pups who need a little extra patience, skill-building, or positive-reinforcement structure. Whether your dog needs routine and predictability, leash training, desensitization, enrichment, or just a cozy check-in and some companionship, I tailor care to fit them (and you). Communication is a big deal to me You’ll always know how things are going, and yes, there will be photo updates. Possibly too many. You’ve been warned. If you’re looking for someone who shows up, tunes in, and gives your dog the love they deserve while you’re away. I’m your person. Can’t wait to meet your good boy or girl (or little menace with a personal vendetta against the Amazon driver). I work part-time with a lot of weekday flexibility, especially before 4 pm. Some evening and weekend availability too. If possible, I'd love to meet your pup before we become best friends. Your dog’s care is always tailored to their personality, needs, and your preferences. If they thrive on routine, we’ll stick to their neighborhood route like clockwork. If they need leash practice, we’ll focus on skills. If they need more mental stimulation, I’ve got enrichment exercises, training games, and treat puzzles ready to go. If your dog needs exposure and socialization, we can head to a public park for controlled distance desensitization and positive reinforcement. And if they’ve got energy to burn, we’ll hit the trails for a hike that leaves us both happily exhausted. For drop-in visits, I can keep things chill or playful but always structured. I’m happy to work on crate manners, polite doorway exits, and other small habits that make a big difference. Or we can just hang out. Cuddles (if that’s their vibe), companionship, a good sniff around the yard, and a reminder that even when you’re away, someone still loves them a lot. Safety is always my top priority. Your dog will never be off-leash outside the home, and they’ll always be supervised, even if we’re just doing yard zoomies or sunbathing like royalty.

About: I grew up around all sorts of different dogs, and I love to play with them. Whether it's a walk, a brushing, or just want me to hang out with them, I'm the girl for you! I will say that I am quite small myself so if your dog is 70+ lbs and/or strong then you may be better finding a different sitter 😅 I am not very strong haha I'm currently between jobs so this allows me to be free basically whenever you need me to be! Plus, this allows me to better create a schedule around your needs :) I will do whatever is needed of me. If you need me for house sitting, I have my own activities to keep me occupied, so no worries about me being nosy :)

About: I've lived with dogs my entire life, and therefore have experience with puppies, senior dogs, and every age in-between. My friends - and especially my partner - call me "the animal whisperer" because of my non-anxious presence that animals seem to notice and be drawn to. In fact, my former housemates tell me that I taught their grumpy, elderly dachshund how to love people! I enjoy playing with dogs, but am also perfectly content to lounge and cuddle with our lazier canine companions. I live in an intentional community with several other housemates, and am therefore unable to bring pets home with me. However, I am flexible when it comes to checking on your pet(s) and spending quality time with them. Considering I will be caring for your pet in your home, I welcome any preferences and suggestions you may have! I'm comfortable being with dogs on furniture, but can also crate them if that's what they're used to. Additionally, I can adapt to feeding and walking schedules.

About: I'm Recently retired, I've owned and cared for pets most of my natural life. From house training to hospice care, I've lived thru it all. Freshly retired, I've got lots of free time to care for your pets. I'm looking forward to meeting and caring for your awesomely precious pet! I have a large fenced in yard and one very friendly mini- Dachshund. I consider pets to be family members, and always treat them as such.

Erin J.
“Erin is truly a gem! She has taken care of my dogs, Max and Archie, and I honestly couldn’t ask for anyone better. From the moment she met them, I could tell she genuinely cared—Max warmed up to her right away, and Archie, who’s usually shy, was all tail wags. Erin is not only loving and attentive with them, but she’s also super dependable and easy to communicate with. She goes above and beyond, and it’s such a relief knowing my boys are safe, happy, and loved when I’m not there. She’s just a wonderful human being all around.”

“My sheepdoodle is quite the nervous nelly and also high energy. It makes me so relieved that Brittany is patient to earn her trust and wear her out at the same time! She always goes above and beyond thinking about my docs needs and communicating with me. She has so much experience and even corrects her bad behavior with treats and gentle commands. Your pet will be in good care with Brittany!”

Seline P.Star Sitter
“Seline is a highly capable and knowledgeable pet owner, who certainly has the ability to serve as a competent pet sitter. She can be trusted with any kind of responsibilities regarding pet care.”

William C.
“Will is a thoughtful and honest pet sitter. I felt entirely comfortable having him stay in my home while pet-setting for Jed, my Schnoodle. Will immediately made friends with Jed by throwing his favorite ball - endlessly. Will took Jed for his daily walks, fed him, and made sure he was happy. We never worried when we were away knowing that Jed got such good care.”

Timothy G.
“Tim is truly a dog whisperer. He even got my sister's mean old dachshund to plop down at his side and offer up a few kisses. Everyone was amazed! My Rottweiler is friendly with friends and family but reactive with strange men and dogs, so I don't trust just anyone to handle him. Tim does a great job keeping him under control on their walks even with my older girl riding along in her stroller!”
