Doggy Day Care in Chianti

About: I am a pet sitter full time. I have been certified as a professional pet sitter thru Pet Sitters International. We have a doggie door and a fenced in secure yard. Our house is air conditioned for those hot summer days. I provide walks and baths if needed. There are numerous wineries in the area if you'd like to enjoy a day of tasting or try one of our great restaurants and leave your pets with me. I can also feed and care for your dog or cat at your home if preferred (Hopland to Healdsburg and surrounding area. I have 2 small dogs of my own. Please make sure your pup is up to date in all vaccinations before any overnights or daycare. Overnights at your house or mine. Your pup will be very well cared for and may not want to go home. I can provide drop in visits at hotels for those visiting in the area. I can also chaperone your pet during your wedding and provide transportation. A long walk after breakfast is always a must. We come home for a little rest. And then around midday we go out back for some ball playing and fetching followed by a little sunbathing. Pets safety is always the number one priority. Pets will always be on leash while outside the home. Back yard is securely fenced. I have a dog gate up by front door so I dog can not run out if front door is opened.

About: Our dogs are our family. We’ve taken care of our own family dogs since childhood, and dog sit for our friends and family. We went through an obedience training program with Obi and have had Obi in our family since his adoption. We get our daily walks, play time, yard time and make it a priority to get a long run (optional for your pup) or trip to the park each day that it’s possible. Dogs are free to roam in the house, go in and out of our secure backyard through doggy door, and we have plenty of dog beds and resting areas around the house, including the couch!

About: I’m wrapping up 35 years as a painting contractor and can’t quite retire without a little more income than social security. I’ve been thinking about what I want to do for an easy part time job and when I came across this I thought it would be perfect. I love dogs and I love to walk and hike. I’ve had dogs most of my life but when our last one passed away my wife balked at getting another. So here I am really wanting a dog and sorta stuck unless you let me spend time with yours. I’m sure it will give you peace of mind knowing that a responsible person is taking care of it. You would be doing me a big favor. Thanks I'm retired and I walk and paint every day. I had a walking gig for about 7 months but my client has moved out of the area. Loved it I have a fenced yard and also am close to two different dog parks. I can accomodate a dog inside or outside. I also have pet toys.
