About: I have grown up around and caring for LOTS of dogs, cats and all sorts of wild animals, and I currently work at an animal care center with all of the above!! I do have a full time job, but I can work in time around that schedule! I also have two rotating days off a week. I work rotating shifts of 7:30-4:00pm 7:45-4:25pm 9:45-6:15pm. Although I have three of my own very loving dogs, we often have other animals in our care so I am unable to provide boarding.

I'm a long-time dog owner and my world revolves around them. I work from home on Thursdays and Fridays. I walk my own dogs at least once daily. I try to include them in weekend activities. One of my dogs requires daily medication. I leave them alone for minimal time each day. They go to doggie daycare on days I work in the office. I also enjoy taking my dogs to the dog park for a change of scenery. I have a fully enclosed fenced yard, 6ft tall. I control and supervise outdoor yard time. I keep the screen doors locked. I walk my dogs with a running leash that locks, and they are never off-leash. While I'm not formally "certified" in pet CPR or first-aid, I have read books on the subject to be prepared for emergencies involving my dogs. Because Willow would be around during stays, I do ask that your dog is comfortable and friendly with other dogs. I’m very intentional about making sure I have plenty of time to care for pets, which allows me to come home and let dogs out for potty breaks, take them on walks, give them lots of attention, and spend time hanging out with them. I want to make sure every pet gets the care, exercise, and companionship they need while their owners are away. 🐾 When your pet is staying with me, I’ll make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and loved just like they’re at home. I’ll keep them on their normal routine as much as possible, including meals, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and plenty of cuddles. Since I have a flexible work schedule, I’m able to make time throughout the day to let them outside and give them attention rather than leaving them alone for long periods. My Goldendoodle, Willow, is also very friendly and loves having other dogs around, so your pup will have a fun little friend to keep them company! 🐾🤍
