About: I’ve been helping my grandparents raise dogs for a few years now and have experience taking care of them. My friends also always come to me when they need somebody to take care of their animals. I love taking care of all kinds of critters, big or small! I do have class and work during the day, so I may be unavailable during certain times for visits. However, I’m always willing to work with you to try and figure out a good schedule. My class and work schedule is usually 9-5:30 at UNL, so I need time to get to your critters. However, I’m willing to work with you to find the best time. My weekends are fully open. I have experience with building trust with animals that are unfamiliar with me and know how to do sniff tests so they can get used to me in your home. Since then I’ve been pet sitting for several families. When I was in high school I interned at a veterinary clinic and also trained my parents black lab to do dog therapy at our local nursing home. I went to college to be a Veterinarian but decided to work with cancer patients instead. My love for animals never went away and I absolutely love caring for and being around them. I am an active person outside of work so I love walks with my dog whenever we can squeeze one in, usually in the morning. On the weekends we like to go on hikes when it’s nice but never mind a lazy snow day at home either. I prefer all of our dog’s appointments to be in the morning so we can get a pup cut or treat after. My schedule is flexible outside of work so I will adjust accordingly to each pet I’m sitting. When I care for pets I treat them how I would want someone to treat my fur baby. In a new environment they usually aren’t as comfortable so doing everything I can to make them feel at home is my priority. In a clients home, I treat their belongings with respect as well as their beloved pets. I am a very calm and mellow person so pets (especially dogs) seem to gravitate towards me for comfort.
About: Hi, I’m Avery and have been taking care of dogs my whole life! I’ve been in charge of training, walking, bathing, and caring for senior dogs. Not only have these been my dogs, but others that I have been a sitter for. I’m currently a student-athlete on the soccer team at University of Nebraska so the fall schedule while we are in season can get a little crazy. I currently have practices and classes during the week, but I frequently come home during the early afternoon and after dinner in between these events. I will always be home during the evening to take your pet on long walks or do whatever their favorite activity is! In my own home we never had a fence, so I am very comfortable with dogs both on and off the leash, whatever you prefer. I have also had dogs that are friendly with others and ones that are more aggressive, so I am used to handling both.

About: I’ve always loved dogs since i was a little girl and have always treated them the best I can because that’s what they deserve. I’ve dog sat for my neighbors and family a lot. I know my reply rate does not look well at this time, but I had complications in my life and forgot to turn off my account, which I can say I am not proud of. You don’t have to believe me, but you will never know unless you give it a try!!! I currently am out of school and unemployed, so I really always have time to do anything I would need to! I have a very flexible schedule, so I can truly make whatever work!! I can easily get pets to go into a kennel, if needed of course. I will make sure to let them out whenever they need too, or if there’s certain times I would need too.
