About: Hello! My name is McKenzie! I’m a pre-med student and animal lover looking to earn some extra funds for medical school. I’ve had my own dog since he was a puppy (he's now 8 years old!). Because he has a daily medication schedule, I am experienced and comfortable handling any medical or dietary needs your dog might have. I am currently home full time and am available for daily drop ins or house sittings when needed! I am also flexible and will accept last minute bookings for no additional costs from my end. I’m currently working part time online so I will have plenty of time to play with your puppies and check in on them! I am available everyday at any time since I work online. I ensure pet safety through constant supervision, secure spaces, and by following your specific guidelines. I will take them on daily walks and doggy parks (if you wish for the parks).

About: I have been blessed to grow up with a variety of animals in and around my home. I’ve had a variety of dogs that have ranged from 12lbs to 200lbs. I’ve also had cats in the home, as well. I have taken care of the basics of feeding them, giving clean water (daily), maintaining the litter box (as needed) and even giving insulin injections (to both felines and dogs). I’ve trained many of my larger breed dogs and my service dog. Bathing, feeding, walking and not just for my pets, but also friends & family. Since my sweet Bella (pictured) passed I actually have a 20lb Boston Terrier, named Lucy, now. I also live on a farm where we have 3 miniature horses and one thoroughbred big boy. I’m very flexible in my schedule and if I was needed to stay for extended periods of time, my animals would be taken care of. I’ve been on medical disability for 4 1/2yrs now. Other than my appointments I have throughout the week, my only other commitment is the upkeep of my home and taking care of my animals. I would not be bringing clients pets to my home, as it’s a spacious and fenced in yard; however, we have one dog who doesn’t play well with others. In a client’s home, unless asked by the owner, the only thing I would remove from the home (temporarily), would be the pet. I’m very cautious with another’s fur baby; so, I would treat it as my own with love, snuggles and a gentle touch. I’m always aware of my surroundings, especially with something so precious, to another. I’ve always been described as very trustworthy and compassionate, with people, as well as, with their animals. Pampering and maintaining a secure environment for your animal(s), no matter the type or the amount you may have. This way, you know that one of your family members is in the best hands possible while you take a vacation for your own self-care.

Whether your pup needs a lunch-time walk, consistent daily visits, or someone reliable for last-minute bookings, my flexible schedule makes it work. I’m available most days throughout the week, and I can adjust my work hours to match your dog’s routine. For house sitting, I’m able to stay overnight and be present throughout the day, which means your dog gets plenty of company and isn’t left alone for long stretches. Basically, my work adapts to pet care - not the other way around. House Sitting: When staying at your home, I maintain your dog’s normal routine as closely as possible to minimize stress. My day typically includes morning walks or playtime, midday exercise and mental stimulation, and evening walks before bed. Throughout the day, I provide companionship, follow your feeding schedule precisely, and administer any medications as directed. I’ll also handle basic tasks like bringing in mail, watering plants, and keeping your home secure. I send regular photo updates so you know your pup is happy and well-cared for. Drop-In Visits: I’ll come by at scheduled times to feed your dog, provide fresh water, and give them a potty break and some quality attention. Each visit includes playtime or a brief walk depending on your dog’s needs and energy level. I’ll also tidy up any messes, ensure they’re comfortable, and send you a quick update with photos so you have peace of mind while you’re away. Dog Walking: I tailor each walk to your dog’s age, energy level, and training. Whether it’s a leisurely neighborhood stroll or a more vigorous park session, I focus on both physical exercise and mental stimulation. I’m attentive to their behavior around other dogs and people, and I always prioritize safety while making sure they have a great time.
