We had just had a terrible board and train situation leaving him with some pressure sores and anxiety. I am so glad I chose Robin though. She allowed me to come out a month before booking to see her facilities, get to know me and my pup, and to explain how his days would be going. Ollie looked so incredibly comfortable around her then I started calling our vacation his summer camp. She sent pictures almost daily of Ollie running around and playing with other pups. He came back to me 5 lb. lighter than before because of it (he needed it!) and I can also tell that she kept up with his training that we have been working on which I greatly appreciated. Mail will be picked up, plants watered, lights will be switched on and off, trash rolled to the curb, and any house issues that arise can be addressed. Especially for overnight or vacation services, I would love the chance to meet you and your pet(s) in your home ahead of time. I always encourage new clients to schedule a (free) 30-minute meet-and-greet before the first booking (either at your home or a public location) so that I can meet your pet(s). If I am doing a sitting or drop-in, then these are perfect for showing me where the food supplies are as well as bowls, litter box(es), and anything else that may be needed for the booking I send daily updates while you are away so your vacation is worry free. About: My husband and I have an 11 year old German short haired pointer and recently lost our 13 year old Wheaten Terrier/King Charles Spaniel mix. I have taken care of my parents dogs when they are out of town and have stayed at many client’s homes the past several years to care for their dogs while they are on vacation. I would feed them twice a day and give potty breaks before and after work. I work for GCPS from 745-315 so I would be available for afternoon / evening drop-ins / walks and any days that school is closed. I love spending time with dogs and cats, whether it's outside playing or cuddling in the house. I have given my dogs medication to swallow when prescribed by their veterinarian as well as cleaning out their ears every 2-3 times a week for normal hygiene. I will follow all duties assigned to me to care for your pet. I work on the Goochland County Public Schools calendar from 745-315 Monday - Friday unless other wise stated on the calendar. I would be available all day on the days school is closed. I will provide feedings, potty breaks, walks, inside/outside activities as needed/wanted per your request. About: I’m an animal care professional with a genuine love for pets and plenty of hands-on experience caring for animals. Through my work as a zookeeper, I’ve developed strong skills in understanding animal behavior, providing enrichment, following individual care routines, and making sure every animal feels safe and comfortable. I’ll treat your pets like my own and make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, and love while you’re away! I am able to help during the days/evenings Sundays to Tuesdays and any other day after 5pm for taking out on walks, hanging out, administering any specific medical care, or anything you may need! I can follow any instructions you may need to take special care of your furry friends. I will make sure to always properly follow instructions on how you would like your animal cared for, and can also provide expertise from personal experience in animal care if you need assistance.
About: I grow up with dogs and experience in foster care for feline. I currently have one 9yr old brown tabby. I am good with animals of all age ranges. Preferably more adult and senior (I have a soft spot for them) :) I can help with pet sittings, dog walking, potentially cat boarding. I’m currently working full time Monday to Friday. I am most available for the weekend (all day) or evenings help from Monday to Sunday. With my experiences with dogs and cats. I am comfortable with the daily routines of walking, feeding time, grooming, and anything you would need me to help with your fur baby!
About: I am a life long dog and cat lover. Many different breeds growing up and young adulthood. For the last 20 years I have owned 4 Chesapeake Bay retrievers. 2 from pups, last 2 as rescue/re-home. I have been told many times " I have a way with dogs as other's pets act calmer around me than most. I truly enjoy their company and giving them my attention. I am a retired carpenter and now a retired measure tech. I have flexibility in my schedule that allows me to meet many different request. Seeking new clients. I am only looking for care in clients homes. My personal environment is prohibitive as I care for my elderly parents. They care for my pup as their own while I am away.

We had just had a terrible board and train situation leaving him with some pressure sores and anxiety. I am so glad I chose Robin though. She allowed me to come out a month before booking to see her facilities, get to know me and my pup, and to explain how his days would be going. Ollie looked so incredibly comfortable around her then I started calling our vacation his summer camp. She sent pictures almost daily of Ollie running around and playing with other pups. He came back to me 5 lb. lighter than before because of it (he needed it!) and I can also tell that she kept up with his training that we have been working on which I greatly appreciated. About: Hi we are Don and Bobbi! We both have grown up around dogs our entire lives and have always been passionate about caring for animals. Between our families, we’ve had many dogs and cats over the years, giving us experience with pets of different ages, sizes, and personalities. Today, we have two dogs and a cat of our own and understand the importance of providing pets with love, attention, exercise, and a safe environment. We’ve also pet sat for friends and family and have enjoyed getting to know and care for their pets as if they were our own. We decided to join Rover because we love spending time with animals and thought it would be a fun way to help other pet owners feel confident that their pets are receiving excellent care while they’re away. We understand our profile is new with no reviews but we promise to provide exceptional care and hope to show that through reviews as we get settled on this app! Bobbi works from home Monday-Friday and Don works from home Monday and Friday. Someone will always be home to care for your animals! Our flexible schedules allow pet care to be a priority. We have a massive yard for the dogs to run around and are constantly going on leashed walks near our house. Our house is their house and we are happy to play with your pup as much as they need!
