“Ona is wonderful. We were gone for about 2 weeks and she was wonderful for all our critters including (one large dog with some separation anxiety, one large dog who can be bit of a handful on walks). She communicated with me daily. We were able to enjoy our vacation knowing our home and beloved pets were in such good hands.”

“Draco spent some time with Bethany this past weekend. She was amazing. Communicated amazingly and sent a ton of photos which I appreciate. I was super nervous leaving him but it seem like it went really well and he was happy when we got back to get him. We will be leaving him for 10 days coming up and after this past weekend it has put me at such ease knowing he is going somewhere he is loved and cared for.”

“This was my first time using Rover. Becca was kind, attentive and informative while I was away. Highly recommend her services. She sent me pictures and put my mind at ease while I was away from my dog.”

“I can’t begin to share how reliable and helpful Alicia was. This was a last minute house sitting for our pup and she was so helpful and kind. She’s walked her often and sent us pictures and even helped us take our trash out while we were out even though she didn’t have to. She’s a true gem and we cannot recommend her enough!”

“David is the first sitter we have used on Rover for our dogs and cat, while we were away for the weekend. He is phenomenal; our nervous pups took to him immediately and I got pics of relaxed, cuddling dogs - and our GSD is not typically a cuddler so this was even more remarkable. All the pets were calm and happy when we came home. He took great care of our home as well. We will definitely rebook! We are very happy with his care.”

“Nikole was amazing! She house sat our two dogs and even looked after my cats while I was away for the holiday. She sent me pictures and kept me updated the whole time. She even took the pups out to the park which they love. Came home to my house perfect and the dogs happy and calm! She even left a sweet Christmas card, definitely rebooking for future out of town events!”

“She is the sitter you are looking for. Her confidence and experience with animals made us feel confident and comfortable to go away for a long weekend. She updated us with pictures throughout the day. Moriah is amazing and already plan on rebooking. 😊”

“John did a terrific job house sitting for us with our dog Ottie. He was responsible and communicative, and kept us well-informed throughout our trip. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough!”

“Nina was a great sitter for our three dogs. Even before the booking and meet/greet, she asked questions to get to know our dogs and their routines. She’s very thorough and detailed. Nina communicated throughout the stay with pictures and updates on how they were doing. She kept the house clean also. Would recommend and book again!”

“Teri was wonderful, she made our first Rover experience easy and care free. We were a little nervous to turn over the care of our little guy to just anyone but Teri made it so easy with daily updates and photos! We would definitely book again when we go away on vacation”

“Jess did a great job watching our dog Eudie for our wedding day and the morning after. She played with him, fed him, walked him and snuggled him. About: I have been taking care of dogs of every kind since the summer of 2016. Family and friends have come to me to care for their fur babies when needed. If boarding , please note there are 3 children in the home ages 6,7,8 and 2 cats who’s shots are up to date as well ( the Yorkie in my first to photo is my late MJ, the other photos ,are of pups I’ve boarded/have done drop in visits over the last few months ) I currently don’t work right now , so I’m open to most schedules that I’m given .I offer discounts to veterans and/or pet owners with disabilities as well 🙏🏽 30$ for 2 -15 minute walks per day , plus feeding and play time if needed. MESSAGE FOR RATES AND DETAILS Your fur baby is guaranteed love and absolute care 💙🙏🏽 If needed I will walk them or bathe them. If yard is fenced in, I let them out a couple times during the day, feed them at allotted times or when needed. It also depends on the level of care your pet needs

About: I have had or been around animals of one kind or another since I was born. I learned at a younger age of about 8 to address Dogs and treat them with respect. Over the years I also learned from one of my aunts how to communicate with them because she is a Dog breeder in another state. Also for Cats I have read many books and trained 3 to behave in a manner, like no jumping in the counter, and sit and stay, to build more bonding. I currently own 4 rescue animals, 2 dogs and 2 cats. I also have a couple years of experience with bunnies, I used to own 40 in highschool and show some at the 4H program. Also owned ferrets (2 year in highschool). I work full time but only work a 4 hour shift on Saturday and Wednesdays so that gives me spare time on Wednesday mornings and evenings and the weekends I can work with whatever routine the pet parent has for their dog with some love and play while the parents are away. Will follow instructions on when to feed and what to feed. Including special diets! Play can be anything from going for a walk, playing tug-o-war with a toy, catch and fetch or just pets and cuddling.

About: A little bit about me, I am going on to my second year at MCC and after plan on joining the Air Force! I currently have a part time job at a restaurant but have gotten the unfortunate news that they will be shutting down my store so I am looking to have this as a part time job for now then hopefully transition it into a full time job. I have been taking care of animals since my early teenage years starting off with a close family friend and her 2 poodle mix’s. They would be dropped off at my house around 9:00 am and then get pick up at 6:00pm. I have bathed, cleaned, and even trained some dogs (simple commands). In addition, I have also taken care of multiple furry felines and have had many cats of my own so I am also quite familiar with their needs as well. I am wanting to soon be Pet CPR and First Aid Certified. I have always been interested in pet-care I just didn’t know how to go about it until I found out about rover! I will be putting all my focus on pet-care as my full time job. Since I am just starting out I will only have weekday availability 11-9 and will only offer drop in’s and walk services Monday-Friday and house sitting Tuesday-Thursday. I have been around pets for a long time and feel I am able to pick up on signs if anything might be wrong with your furry friend.

About: I have been caring for family pets my whole life, so I have a lot of experience caring for dogs and cats alike. I'm primarily looking to walk dogs and help out people in the community here in my free time, and since I live in the area I can be around a lot for your pet care needs! I've got experience with puppies, older dogs, cat sitting and lots in between, just ask! Drop in visits are more than welcome as well. I'm setting up a new network in Charlotte, where I will be living and working later in the year. For now I'm seeing if anyone in the area is looking for pet sitting and dog walking on the weekends, but once I'm moved to the area I'll be available more often! I am a respectful guest for drop in visits and I'm more than happy to provide detailed updates and pictures of your pets during visits!

About: Hi! My name is Alicia, I'm 29 years old and from Rochester. I mostly model for a living, but I miss having something to do during the weekdays, hence the new second job. I have always been an animal lover. I've had dogs all my life, and I'm very experienced with animals. I have not only helped trained my dog when she was a puppy, I also have been dog walking and house sitting in a professional setting for a couple years now. I have experience with small dogs, medium and large. My dog is my world and I don't think I could be anymore of an animal lover. I would love to become your dogs next best friend :) I am always up to the task of caring for animals, no matter how high energy they are. I love connecting with new animals and learning their routines. I am always on high alert with everyone, especially if I am the main care taker of an animal, so I always have their best interest in mind

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind and size since i was 8 years old. Growing up I always wanted to work with animals and eventually I did. I worked at Verona street animal shelter and helped not only dogs but cats, bunnies, turtles, hamsters and more. I’ve dealt with really aggressive dogs and really scared/hurt dogs so i have knowledge on both.I took care of the dogs, trained, groomed, snuggled and loved on each and every dog of every kind. I am currently working full time at the moment so boarding will have to be on the weekends. But during the week there will be times i have a day off and sometimes there won’t but i will be able to have a couple hours to snuggle your fur baby :) Caring for the fur babies in their home i just follow the schedule and routine they have and snuggle up with them and play. In my home i have a 4 year old who loves animals as much as me and enjoys having fun, going for walkies and snuggling up by our electric fireplace.

About: I own a 4 year old black lab and 1 year old pitbull. I’ve house sat, dog walked and done a little training on my own dogs! I am currently a full time artist, selling my artwork, so my schedule is extremely flexible. I am available pretty much anytime during the week and have tons of free time! I am very passionate about animals. I will tend to all your pets needs and keep my eyes on them at all times. I will make sure your pup is thoroughly taken care of!

Amari S.
“Amari is a phenomenal pet sitter. I trust her with my fur baby anytime I have to be away. Not only does she work with animals on a daily basis but she is studying to become a Vet. Amari is very hands on and knowledgeable when it comes to her furry friends. She has a wealth of experience and is truly passionate about animals. I would highly recommend her the next time you need a sitter.”

Lola K.
“Lola would be a great caregiver. She has many pets of her own, including 2 dogs, which she takes extremely good care of. She walks her dogs frequently, sometimes multiple times a day, and gives them and all the rest of her pets unconditional love. She also has experience dog sitting for family friends. I can't think of another person I know that has such a strong love for furry friends of any and all kinds. She can't stand the sight of an animal in distress, and treats any animals like they're her own children, like royalty.”

Jess did a great job watching our dog Eudie for our wedding day and the morning after. She played with him, fed him, walked him and snuggled him. It was really helpful seeing all the updates and check ins from her too! Very communicative so we weren’t ever wondering how our boy was doing without us.

Abby was wonderful with my two almost senior hounds for an extended house sitting stay! She was attentive, communicative (just the right amount to let us not worry and enjoy our vacation), followed instruction related to each of the dogs quirks, and overall provided great care. I would definitely recommend Abby and use her again! It isn't always easy to find someone who can stay at your house for several days. Thanks, Abby!

Kate was an absolutely amazing sitter for our girl Islay—genuinely one of the best we’ve encountered on Rover, from our first interaction. She responded promptly, was delightful to meet when we did our meet and greet, asked insightful questions about Islay’s habits and preferences, and gave her one of the happiest weekends she’s had in a while! We got tons of great updates and photos showing Islay living her best life. It really showed in all of Kate’s time with us and with Islay that she both understands and truly loves dogs, and we came home to a healthy, happy pup, a sweet handwritten note, and a spotless house (not at all expected but appreciated nonetheless). My only regret is that Kate is moving out of state, but if you ever get a chance to hire her, do it!! She would absolutely be our new go-to. Thank you, Kate, and Islay sends her love!!
