Alex is friendly, kind, responsive, and responsible. He quickly got back to me about a last minute dog walk, and also handled our overly excited puppy with ease.

Cathy did so well with our German Shepherd. He pulls us pretty hard on walks, but wasn’t an issue for Cathy. She was prompt and caring and very communicative. Would definitely request her services again!

Anna is great with my aging beagle. Some days my beagle wants to do a lot of walking and sometimes she just wants to sunbath in the grass and Anna is accommodating in either scenario!

About: I have over 6 years of experience running my own private rescue that specializes in the long term care of disabled and special needs animals. I have a variety of experience from tiny mice to large livestock. I am currently in college pursuing a diploma in dog training and a degree in veterinary medicine! I am currently very flexible with my schedule and availability. I will be able to do weekdays and weekends, pretty much any time of day for drop ins and walks! I always review the pet’s routine, dietary needs, medications, and any specific instructions before the visit. I’m always reachable for questions or concerns during the visit as well! I am also able to provide photo updates when requested!

About: Hi! My name is Hope. I’m very excited to start this journey and meet new people and their dog/cat companions. I love animals so much. I grew up with animals all my life- including dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys, goats, frogs, turtles, rats, rabbits, birds, etc! All animals are a blessing! I have some experience with training, would not consider myself a pro lol. I do volunteer to New Hope Pet Rescue and I dog sit for Denise Rose. I love helping people as well, I just love helping in general such as cleaning, babysitting, dog sitting, etc. I’m looking forward to meeting you and your companion! I’m currently working at 4pm-10pm on Wednesday through Sunday. My schedule is flexible outside of work and even during work hours sometimes. We can always work something out. I enjoy this job very much and I love helping. My home is in the country, I don’t have a fenced in yard but I do have a fenced in area where my goats used to live (they aren’t here anymore). I do have two dogs, two cats, and a cockatiel. I have no problem leaving your companion out of a cage even when I am gone or I can cage them-whatever you prefer! I just let them hang out and go outside whenever they want. I also have some leashes and a tie out. I normally just leave a bowl of food and water out all the time but if you have a set schedule when they eat that is fine too, I can do that.

About: I am currently studying dog training and actively working toward professional certification. I focus on positive reinforcement, reading canine body language, and creating calm, structured environments tailored to each dog’s needs. This allows me to provide safe, thoughtful care, especially for dogs who are anxious, high-energy, or need consistency. Pet care is part of my everyday routine. I keep days structured with regular walks, enrichment, and downtime, and I work from home so pets are rarely left alone. This works especially well for dogs who do better with consistency or need a calmer environment. I provide pet sitting in my clients’ homes so pets can stay in their own familiar environment. I follow your routines closely, including feeding, walks, medication if needed, and enrichment, while keeping stress low and schedules consistent.

About: I have had a dog pretty much growing up and one in my adult life. I have taken care of my parents cat during the summer while they are on vacation. As of now, I’m pet sitting part-time. I make sure that pets have fresh food and water every morning. I also take them outside every couple of hours to do what they need. I love to have your dogs outside as much as possible. A fenced in backyard would be ideal, but I also love going to local parks give your furry friend some exercise.

Nikki has been great with my young dog. She has walked/dropped in to check on him during two separate occasions when he was healing from surgery or other procedures from the vet. She is great about sending updates for when she is on the way to my house and on my dog’s mood that day. She is very good at reading him and judging whether he wanted to walk that day or just hang out in the backyard. I recommend Nikki for drop in visits or dog walks.

About: What truly sets me apart is a lifetime of devotion to animals and the full-time availability that your pet deserves. Growing up in Cuba, I was known for bringing home every stray I found; today, that passion has evolved into a deep understanding of canine behavior and dedicated care. My "Secret Sauce" for Pet Care: • Constant Companionship: Since I work remotely, your pet won't just be "checked on"—they will have a coworker! I am home nearly all day to provide potty breaks, belly rubs, and supervision. • Body Language Expert: With years of experience owning dogs and cats, I am highly sensitive to their non-verbal cues. I can tell the difference between a "let's play" bark and "I’m feeling anxious" pacing, ensuring your pet feels safe and understood. • Communication is Key: I know how hard it is to be away from your best friend. You can expect frequent photo updates and messages throughout the day so you never have to wonder how they’re doing. • Active Lifestyle: Daily walks aren't a chore for me—they’re a highlight. I ensure every dog gets the physical exercise and mental stimulation they need to stay happy. Safety First: The Meet & Greet I believe the best sits start with a solid foundation of trust. I require a Meet & Greet with all new clients before a booking is finalized. This allows us to ensure the chemistry is right for everyone. If for any reason it doesn’t feel like a perfect match, I offer a full refund. Your pet’s comfort is my absolute priority! Because I work from home full-time, my schedule is built around the needs of the pets in my care. I don’t just pop in; I provide a consistent, calm environment where your pet is treated like a member of the family. • Morning: We start with a brisk walk and breakfast to get the energy out before I "clock in." • Workday: While I’m at my desk, pets usually nap by my feet or join me for brief play breaks and backyard potty visits between my meetings. • Afternoon: A mid-day walk or enrichment session to keep their minds sharp and bodies active. • Evening: After work, I may go to a yoga class which is usually about two hours total. Afterwards, it’s all about relaxation—more walks, dinner, and plenty of couch cuddles. In Your Home: • Respectful Presence: I treat your home with the utmost respect, keeping things tidy and secure. • Minimal Disruption: I focus on keeping your pet in their "safe zone." We’ll go on their favorite neighborhood routes and play with their familiar toys. • Safety First: I am extremely diligent about double-checking locks, alarms, and ensuring no "off-limits" items are within reach of your pet.

About: I've taken care of dogs both large and small breed since I was a kid for myself as well as other family members. Beyond dogs, I grew up raising cattle and have had various small animal pets as well. Currently have a Black Lab (Cruz), who is a gentle giant. I work full-time, but I'm willing to spend my lunch break with your pup. I also have the ability to care for your pup in the evening if needed. Walks, drop-ins, etc! Just let me know how I can help. Each pet has its own "vibe" in my opinion. Prior to caring for your pet, I would ask some questions to help me better understand THEM and their needs. When it is time to take care of them, I would do my best to ensure that they know I'm safe and simply want to be their buddy. Some pets aren't so trusting at first (grew up with a Black Lab like this), so it may take time....and that is perfectly okay. My goal is not to overload them, and let them warm up to me at their own pace.
