“Tammy came by to feed the cats and change their litter boxes while we were away. She was great with the cats, and very respectful of our home while we were away. She did a great job! We would not hesitate to hire her again.”

“My experience with Robyn was fantastic! This was my first time using Rover and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to watch my cat. She went above and beyond in the time she spent checking on my kitty and sent me the BEST pictures. I will definitely use Robyn again the next time I am out of town and could not recommend her enough.”

About: I’ve grown up with animals my whole life and I love them very much. I am very passionate about them. I am very patient and kind. I work full-time Monday through Friday, but I can can do Saturdays and Sundays. I could also do Tuesday and Thursday evenings if needed to. I make sure my pets are well fed and have water. I also make sure to play with them with their favorite toys and have fun with them as well.
About: I've been helping care for friends' dogs on and off for several years through drop-in visits and daily care. My experience includes feeding, providing fresh water, potty breaks, walks, playtime, administering basic care, and making sure pets feel comfortable and safe while their owners are away. As an active person who enjoys walking and running, I understand the importance of exercise and mental stimulation for dogs. I treat every pet with patience, attention, and affection, and I strive to provide dependable care that gives both pets and their owners peace of mind. As a stay-at-home mom with a flexible schedule, I have availability throughout the day for drop-in visits, walks, feeding, playtime, and companionship. I'm active and enjoy spending time outdoors, making me a great fit for dogs who need exercise and attention. I strive to be dependable, communicative, and accommodating to each pet's unique routine and needs. Your pet's safety and comfort are my top priorities. I follow each owner's care instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, medications, exercise needs, and household rules. I provide a calm, loving environment and pay close attention to each pet's behavior and well-being. Whether in my home or yours, I treat every pet as if they were my own and keep owners updated with photos and messages for peace of mind.
About: As a pet owner myself, I know how important it is to find someone you can trust. I have experience with daily routines, feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and giving pets the attention they deserve. My goal is to provide a safe, comfortable, and fun experience for every animal I care for. I currently work from home, so I spend a lot of time with our dog, Emmy, fiancé and our baby. We are usually pretty free on the weekends as well We have a fenced yard and would love to have another dog to come hangout with our cockapoo! We have plenty of toys, space and time for playing
About: I have taken care of animals in my home all throughout my life. I’d love to help keep yours safe and happy so that you can enjoy your trip! I am a registered nurse that has become a full time stay at home mom of two children. I do enjoy getting my children out for activities, but we primarily stay near home so I am in a unique position to take on more in home responsibilities such as animal care. I have one dog of my own that is 12 years old. During the day she is free to roam, eat and sleep wherever she sees fit. Since I do have two young children I do have gates that can separate her from them when they want to play with remote control cars or any other hazard to her as she is a senior dog. I have an acre of back yard that is not fenced in but we have a routine of taking our girl out on a leash to roam the yard and find her perfect “spot” if you know what I mean 😉
“Kimberlee is the best! She was so sweet and communicative during her time with my animals. I felt they were always well cared for & would 100% recommend Kimberlee for your animal sitting needs!”

“Brooke was wonderful and took great care of our kitty while we were away for the holidays! We really appreciated receiving pictures and updates, and will definitely be booking with her again! :)”

“Brittany is excellent, highly recommend, she provides excellent care, communication, trustworthy, is reliable and my animals were happy and taken care of while I was out of town. Thank you so much ?”
“Blaise booked on short notice when my plans fell through for my dogs. I really liked getting pics with a report about what each did on their walk. Great, friendly and reliable!”

About: I’ve almost always had dogs in the house growing up, and now I share my home with three friendly kitties who adore dogs. Animals have always been part of my life, so caring for them comes naturally to me. I also volunteer with Wags & Walks, which has given me experience with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. That time has taught me how important patience, compassion, and consistency are when it comes to keeping pups happy and safe. What sets me apart is my reliability and genuine love for animals. I’m attentive to each pet’s routine—whether it’s a long walk, quiet companionship, or special care for senior dogs. You can always expect plenty of love, attention, and updates while your pup is with me. Because I work for myself and mostly from home, my schedule is very flexible. This allows me to give pets the attention they deserve—whether that’s regular walks, playtime, or just some extra company throughout the day. I’m able to adjust to your pup or kitty’s routine so they stay happy, comfortable, and cared for. Whether I’m in my home or yours, safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I make sure pets have a calm, loving environment where they can feel secure and cared for. At home, I have three friendly cats who are used to being around dogs, and I always ensure proper introductions and supervision if pets are staying with me. In a client’s home, I treat the space with the same respect I’d want for my own. I carefully follow instructions for feeding, medications, and routines, and I always keep a close eye on details like locked doors, secure leashes, and clean water. My goal is to give both pets and their parents peace of mind—knowing their furry loved ones are safe, happy, and in good hands.
“Carly is the best!! She was very responsive and accommodating in the booking process, and during her visits she was so loving to my cat Dill - including lots of snuggles and play time!”

About: Hello! I have experience working with all ages of cats and dogs, from kitten/puppy to elder animals. I can follow the schedule that your pup needs, whether that is medications or any other special needs.I have a cat whom I adore more than words and want to spread that love to your wonderful four-legged family members. I currently work full-time for rover (as of right now) and can't wait to meet your furry family members! Send me a message and I will be ready! I am not currently able to have other animals in my home, as my cats strongly would disagree with it, as well as space. (haha). I take all animals ability to coexist with one another very seriously and would never jeopardize that special relationship.

About: Licensed veterinary technician, I have experience in Veterinary Emergency for 2 years and General practice for a little over 1 year. I also did about 3 months in shelter medicine, but my heart was a little to hurt by the things I seen to stay very long. I have 4 cats and a dog of my own. I perfer cats but I have no fear of bigger breed dogs or the little guys. Pitties are my second favorite breed. I dont mind walks baths or giving a few extra cuddles. I am working full time in a small family owned animal clinic. I am around pets every day for 10 hours. I then come home to my 4 cats and 1 dog whom I love more then anything. My dog is fed twice a day and its on medications so giving medications is never a concern for me. My cats spend most of their day playing until I come home and we cuddle, the doggo is always right beside me.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
