About: I’ve been an animal person all my life and have always cohabitated with cats and dogs—I’ve been told I have good and calming energy with animals that makes them feel comfortable and secure with me. I have direct experience working in the animal care field at a local shelter; I facilitated dog and cat intakes, run dog playgroups & performed behavioral assessments. While managing the kennel, feeding schedules, special care and enrichment activities are important to me! I have direct experience administering vaccines, medication, and completing health assessments from newborn dogs and cats to seniors/palliative care. About: I’m an animal lover, pure and simple. I’ve trained and taken care of all of my animals over the last decade so I’m very well rounded. I currently have two dogs, one two year old, and one ten year old. Both have opposite personalities but are very well behaved nonetheless. My mother has a five pound dog that my gentle giant is very careful around, so no worries there! About: I have been around cats and dogs most of my life. Had mostly larger breed dogs. Two Weimaraner‘s, a black lab, and a Rottweiler. Had a cat for about 10 years growing up. My son has a Great Pyrenees that I went with him to pick up when he was only two months old and he is now a year and a half. I walk my sons dog two times a day at minimum while he is working. I do travel some, but otherwise I will be home. Retired and ready to walk. I always wash, and clean water bowls, food bowls when adding new food. Put on calming music for the dog as well to ease them.

sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
