“Caitlin has been so wonderful to have as a help with drop-in visits for our young puppy. She is quickly responsive, thorough and responsible. We would recommend her in a heartbeat!”

“Maddison was so amazing at taking care of my pups. I got frequent pictures showing me all the fun they were having together. I highly recommend Maddison to watch your babies as well. This isn't the first time she has watched my pups and it wont be the last. Thank you Maddison!!!”

About: Licensed veterinary technician, I have experience in Veterinary Emergency for 2 years and General practice for a little over 1 year. I also did about 3 months in shelter medicine, but my heart was a little to hurt by the things I seen to stay very long. I have 4 cats and a dog of my own. I perfer cats but I have no fear of bigger breed dogs or the little guys. Pitties are my second favorite breed. I dont mind walks baths or giving a few extra cuddles. I am working full time in a small family owned animal clinic. I am around pets every day for 10 hours. I then come home to my 4 cats and 1 dog whom I love more then anything. My dog is fed twice a day and its on medications so giving medications is never a concern for me. My cats spend most of their day playing until I come home and we cuddle, the doggo is always right beside me.
“Kimberlee did a great job! Prompt and professional, and Butter warmed up to her upon first meeting. That’s all we could ask for. Definitely will be requesting her services again in the future.”

“Tammy came by to feed the cats and change their litter boxes while we were away. She was great with the cats, and very respectful of our home while we were away. She did a great job! We would not hesitate to hire her again.”

About: I’ve grown up with animals my whole life and I love them very much. I am very passionate about them. I am very patient and kind. I work full-time Monday through Friday, but I can can do Saturdays and Sundays. I could also do Tuesday and Thursday evenings if needed to. I make sure my pets are well fed and have water. I also make sure to play with them with their favorite toys and have fun with them as well.
“Brooke was great and my cat loved her! In the pictures I received my cat looked so happy and ran right up to her. Usually my cat hides for a little bit initially. Brooke also took care of messes my cat had made and made sure everything was cleaned up so when I got home everything was taken care of. I also booked extremely last minute and she made it so seamless and easy! Would definitely recommend!”

About: I have taken care of animals in my home all throughout my life. I’d love to help keep yours safe and happy so that you can enjoy your trip! I am a registered nurse that has become a full time stay at home mom of two children. I do enjoy getting my children out for activities, but we primarily stay near home so I am in a unique position to take on more in home responsibilities such as animal care. I have one dog of my own that is 12 years old. During the day she is free to roam, eat and sleep wherever she sees fit. Since I do have two young children I do have gates that can separate her from them when they want to play with remote control cars or any other hazard to her as she is a senior dog. I have an acre of back yard that is not fenced in but we have a routine of taking our girl out on a leash to roam the yard and find her perfect “spot” if you know what I mean 😉
“Lauren always does a fantastic job with our crew. Today she came on approximately 24 hour notice to do a drop-in visit while we were unexpectedly out of town for the day. She’s always on time, follows the instructions, asks questions when needed, and cleans up after the pups. We love Lauren!”

About: I’ve almost always had dogs in the house growing up, and now I share my home with three friendly kitties who adore dogs. Animals have always been part of my life, so caring for them comes naturally to me. I also volunteer with Wags & Walks, which has given me experience with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. That time has taught me how important patience, compassion, and consistency are when it comes to keeping pups happy and safe. What sets me apart is my reliability and genuine love for animals. I’m attentive to each pet’s routine—whether it’s a long walk, quiet companionship, or special care for senior dogs. You can always expect plenty of love, attention, and updates while your pup is with me. Because I work for myself and mostly from home, my schedule is very flexible. This allows me to give pets the attention they deserve—whether that’s regular walks, playtime, or just some extra company throughout the day. I’m able to adjust to your pup or kitty’s routine so they stay happy, comfortable, and cared for. Whether I’m in my home or yours, safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I make sure pets have a calm, loving environment where they can feel secure and cared for. At home, I have three friendly cats who are used to being around dogs, and I always ensure proper introductions and supervision if pets are staying with me. In a client’s home, I treat the space with the same respect I’d want for my own. I carefully follow instructions for feeding, medications, and routines, and I always keep a close eye on details like locked doors, secure leashes, and clean water. My goal is to give both pets and their parents peace of mind—knowing their furry loved ones are safe, happy, and in good hands.
“Carly is the best!! She was very responsive and accommodating in the booking process, and during her visits she was so loving to my cat Dill - including lots of snuggles and play time!”

“Blaise booked on short notice when my plans fell through for my dogs. I really liked getting pics with a report about what each did on their walk. Great, friendly and reliable!”

“Brittany was great with our pup! We had never used the drop-in service so we didn't quite know what to expect, but she made it so easy! The communication was great and our pup was well cared for. Would definitely use her again!”

About: Hello! I have experience working with all ages of cats and dogs, from kitten/puppy to elder animals. I can follow the schedule that your pup needs, whether that is medications or any other special needs.I have a cat whom I adore more than words and want to spread that love to your wonderful four-legged family members. I currently work full-time for rover (as of right now) and can't wait to meet your furry family members! Send me a message and I will be ready! I am not currently able to have other animals in my home, as my cats strongly would disagree with it, as well as space. (haha). I take all animals ability to coexist with one another very seriously and would never jeopardize that special relationship.
About: I have cared for my families dogs since age 12, providing feeding, walks, playtime, cleaning, patience, and dependable care. I follow every owner’s instructions carefully. I am going to start college at APSU. I am open on all days of the week. However, the time of day depends on the classes I have on a certain day of the week. The weekends are open but not every time. Sometimes stuff does come up for me, like a doctor's appointment for example, but it doesn't hurt to check and ask! I provide a safe, clean, and calm environment by following each pet’s routine, ensuring fresh food and water, supervising play, securing doors, and giving plenty of love!

Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.
House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Chapmansboro. On Rover:

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
