About: I've owned two dogs and a cat for the past 17 years. Unfortunately we're a pet free family at the moment so we're eager to fill the void while we take our time to find the right dog to add to our family. We do have a small child who will be at home some days and all nights/weekends, but she loves animals and plays very gently. Making sure you feel comfortable while you're away is something I strive for. I can guarantee a picture and status update at least daily so you can rest assured that your pet is in good hands and is living it up! Last thing to note is that I am active and plan on being active with your pet. If your dog likes/needs walks, I'll make sure they get out and about and have plenty of opportunity to burn off some energy. I work from home and have limited engagements during the day, so the majority of the time I'll be here hanging out with your pet. I have a fenced in back yard with plenty of room to run and play. I've got a young daughter who may also be around during the day, and will be around in the evenings and on the weekends. We live in a nice walkable neighborhood and I like to get out and walk, so I'll make sure your pet(s) have plenty of exercise and attention.

I've owned and cared for dogs from a very young age and love being around them. I am located in the downtown/channelside area, so I can get to wherever in a pinch! I also work remotely with flexible work hours, so I am looking to fill time throughout my week caring for your pet or house sitting. I work remotely Monday-Friday with flexible hours that allow me the ability to be active with your pet throughout the day, take them on multiple walks if needed, and offer extra cuddles/play time! As mentioned, I have a very flexible work schedule with very few meetings, so I can provide your pet the necessary attention and exercise during the day! This also allows me to stick to your dog's routine if they have a certain structure they are used to.

Emrick took such good care of our cats while we were away! They are relatively new additions to the household and this was the first time we were going to be gone for an extended period. We were also new to Rover and she took the time to explain how it works, what her process is, and what to expect. Everything was perfect! She kept the litter box tidy, the food bowls filled, and the water refreshed every day while we were gone. She even played with them to make sure they got some exercise and attention. We loved getting pictures of them after each visit! We are so glad to have found Emrick here on Rover and would book her again in a heartbeat!
Emily is the absolute best! I just went to Europe - absolutely terrified she would bring up random BS that she couldn't walk Dallas etc. when I had no options to do anything when I was that far away She handled everything seamlessly! Book her immediately! Shes a college student thats on point!
Ashley did an incredible job dropping in on our two cats for a long trip! She made sure both of them were doing okay, fed them, made sure all their litter and water was okay, and spent plenty of time playing with them and sending us pictures!
