“I was really grateful to find Naomi as she took great care of my cat while I was away. She was very easy to communicate with and always answered messages very quickly. Thanks again!”

About: I have always grown up with dogs and cats in my house since I was a kid. And ever since middle school, pet sitting has been my favorite side hustle. I have cared for cats and dogs, big and small old and young, and those that have had extra dietary/medication needs. I have worked with difficult pets and I’m happy to play and be patient with pets that need extra love and attention. I am currently a medical student and my classes usually run for only half the day. My afternoons and evenings are generally flexible and, and I’m open to coming by in the morning before classes would start or afterwards for a mid day-afternoon visit. I can accommodate whatever needs you and your pet may have depending on your home. I have no problem crating pets if needed. Please don’t hesitate to ask or specify any needs you may have.

“Jennifer accepted a last minute request to check on my two dogs and cat while I was unexpectedly in the hospital. She even brought my packages that were sitting on the porch inside for me! Her communication was prompt and she took great care of my babies. Thank you!”

“Neve is an amazing dog sitter! Our dog loves seeing her and never wants her to leave because she is so good with him! She is easy to communicate with, punctual and reliable. She is so kind and caring to our dog, we would highly recommend her to anyone!”

About: I’m a reliable, experienced dog sitter who genuinely loves animals. I’ve been caring for pets for family and friends for over 15 years, and my 13+ years as a nanny have made me patient, attentive, and highly dependable. I’m available for drop-in visits to let your pets out, walks, and house sitting, and I treat every pet like they’re my own—making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away. I am currently in between jobs, which gives me a very flexible schedule to meet you and your puppies’ needs whenever you may need help. My availability is mainly Monday through Friday, but I can be flexible depending on your schedule and your pets’ routines or any specific care needs. When I house sit, I focus on keeping your pets comfortable by sticking to their normal routine as closely as possible—feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any specific care instructions you provide. I give them plenty of attention, affection, and exercise so they feel relaxed while you’re away. I also keep your home clean, secure, and well looked after, bringing in mail, watering plants, and making sure everything is just as you left it. My goal is for you to have peace of mind knowing both your pets and your home are in good hands.

About: I’ve grown up my whole life with dogs varying in sizes and ages! All my family and friends know to reach out to me if they need their pets taken care of! I provide a safe, clean, and loving environment for every pet in my care. I follow each pet owner's instructions regarding feeding schedules, exercise, medications, and daily routines. I make sure pets have fresh water at all times, receive plenty of attention, and are kept comfortable and secure. I also provide regular updates to pet owners so they can feel confident that their pets are happy and well cared for.
About: We love dogs! We lost our fur baby and miss having a four-legged fur friend around. We will treat your dog like our own. My husband has fostered over 20 dogs and we had our mix for over 8 years before losing her to lymphoma. Prior to that I had a Great Dane for 11 years. We have recently cared for friends and neighbors' dogs. I am recently retired and my husband works part time so we have plenty of time to shower your pet with attention and as many walks as they want! We have a fenced yard and are conveniently located steps away from a dog park if your dog prefers being social. We live in a beautiful, quiet, pedestrian friendly neighborhood.

“Absolutely amazing! Natalie did more than asked and followed instructions perfectly. She was very communitive while I was away for a whole week. She played with kitties and they loved her!! Recommend.”

About: Hi everyone! I have been pet sitting for over 10 years with all types of dogs. I have experience fostering dogs of all breeds and sizes, most which come from bad situations and need help with their confidence and training, so I am able to help potty train and work through other issues. I have one small dog, Nemo. Care would be private (only your dog and Nemo) safety is my first priority, and they will be watched at all times! My avalibility is set only for days that I will be able to be home 24/7. If other days are needed and your dog is good to be by themselves for any certain time, message me and I will be more available !! I work from home Monday and Friday and reserve my weekends for spending time with my pup. My dog Nemo has separation anxiety so I am normally home with him all day, or bring the dogs with me to a local restaurant or park to get outside and be active. This will be a private service, only Nemo and your dog. I am very attentive and will be able to send lots of pictures to you!

About: I have had years of hands on experience, caring for dogs of all sizes and personalities through owning my own, voluntarily Humane Society, and pet sitting. I’ve worked with everything from high energy pups to more timid or older dogs, burning strong patients in confidence. I’m committed to making sure every dog feels safe, happy, and well cared for. Pet care fits very naturally into my daily and weekly routine because I currently have a very flexible schedule. I only attend school twice a week in the evenings, so I have plenty of free time during the day to dedicate to caring for pets. I'm able to give pets lots of attention, playtime, walks, feeding, and companionship throughout the day rather than rushing in and out. I also enjoy being active and keeping a routine, so making sure pets feel comfortable, cared for, and loved fits easily into my lifestyle. I provide pet sitting in a safe, calm, in private home environment. I live in a separate, self contained apartment on family property, allowing pets to have their own quiet, comfortable space while there is a small dog on the property. It does not enter my permit, ensuring your pet can remain any stress-free environment without interaction unless requested. We also have a large, fully fenced backyard for secure outdoor time, and I’m located just down the street from a well-maintained dog park, offering attention additional opportunities for exercise and enrichment.
About: What sets us apart is that your dog becomes part of a real, active family home—not just a boarding situation. With a structured daily routine, lots of attention, and a home full of care, we treat every dog like they belong with us. Your pup won’t be left alone in a quiet kennel environment—they’ll be included in family life, walks, and consistent companionship. Someone is almost always home too so you know your baby is in constant care. I am a preschool teacher and am off summer and holiday breaks. I work mornings and am only a 60 second walk from the church I work at so am available to come home quickly! We have watched many, many dogs for friends and family in past and now with the kids of age to work and the love of dogs we’re expanding! I am a preschool teacher at my church that is a 60 second walk from my house, I also have teenage triplets who both babysit and dog sit (they love to do both), so someone is always home and available for walks, feedings, and love. The triplets are very active sports wise so having our own dog in this season isn’t an option so we love any and all opportunities to have one in our home, it is such a blessing! We have a wonderful, quiet street near Bayshore perfect for walking. Most of the people on our street our retired with dogs so dogs are the children around here! Having three teenagers as well who absolutely love dogs ensures your pup is being overfilled with love.
“Matt took excellent care of my cat while I was away for a week! He sent tons of photos and provided tons of updates so I knew she was well taken care of. I will definitely be booking again the next time I need a cat sitter. He definitely has a natural ability to care for animals and made me feel at ease leaving my cat for the first time.”

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Tampa-Bayshore Gardens
Christine was amazing!! Super flexible and good with both of our dogs! One of them had an accident and she cleaned it up, no problem! We also loved the pictures & extra time she spent with them! Would recommend Christine to anyone & will definitely be choosing her again!

Amanda did an amazing job taking care of my cat Teddy! He has been going through a lot and is on new medication, but Amanda gave him his meds no problem. She was great at scooping his litter box and cleaning up after him. She’s an amazing sitter, will definitely use again!

Valerie cared for our pets Ruby, Zeus,Zoya and Sunny- a dog and 3 cats. We also have an aquarium. She also fed our fish. Our senior dog Ruby had several indoor poop and pee accidents indoor in between visits much more than usual. Valerie cleaned up each time she came for drop-in visits. Ruby is usually very anxious when we return from trips but this time she didn’t seem anxious at all. Will recommend Valerie.
