I was badly injured at the start of the year and needed help cleaning my two guinea pigs' enclosure, a unique request for an app that centers around dogs and cats. She wasn't phased at all by shaking out their mats, sweeping, and starting laundry, and she often left the area far cleaner than I did when I was previously doing the work myself. She put a lot of care into looking after my animals and went above and beyond to make sure they were comfortable. She was so wonderful, I asked her to continue coming twice a week even when I recovered from my injuries. I only wish I could bring her with me to the new city I'm moving to. Thank you Naomi!”

My husband has fostered over 20 dogs and we had our mix for over 8 years before losing her to lymphoma. Prior to that I had a Great Dane for 11 years. We have recently cared for friends and neighbors' dogs. I am recently retired and my husband works part time so we have plenty of time to shower your pet with attention and as many walks as they want! We have a fenced yard and are conveniently located steps away from a dog park if your dog prefers being social. We live in a beautiful, quiet, pedestrian friendly neighborhood.

About: I have always grown up with dogs and cats in my house since I was a kid. And ever since middle school, pet sitting has been my favorite side hustle. I have cared for cats and dogs, big and small old and young, and those that have had extra dietary/medication needs. I have worked with difficult pets and I’m happy to play and be patient with pets that need extra love and attention. I am currently a medical student and my classes usually run for only half the day. My afternoons and evenings are generally flexible and, and I’m open to coming by in the morning before classes would start or afterwards for a mid day-afternoon visit. I’m currently a nursing student at the University of Tampa and am flexible with afternoons/mornings during the week. I am also available all day Friday-Sunday. I am experienced with dogs who need to be leashed, have an electric fence in the backyard or that come to when called. I have given baths/groomed, walks, runs, playing catch and cuddles.

I’ve been dog sitting and walking since high school including senior pups, and handling two pups at a time! I’m comfortable with medications, special diets, and giving plenty of love and attention. I'm great with all breeds and sizes, as well as high or low-energy dogs. I've cared for newly adopted puppies up all the way up to 17-year-old Huskies. I work Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. I am available for morning walks and breakfast before going to work, and evening walks, dinner, and all the play time they need once I am off. I do not work weekends and am available all day Saturdays and Sundays. I am gentle with all pets and follow any and all instructions provided to me by their owner. I adhere to their diets and make sure they get plenty of exercise. I don't make them do anything they don't enjoy, and pay close attention to their body language.
